Very sloppy, lots of spray wax smears on windows and body panels, buffing cream not cleaned off, pet hair not removed. Paid $300 for what a 2hr detail job.

First of, my car wasn’t even that dirty, some parts of the car like the seatbelts are still filthy. I’m very disappointed. I paid $375 for nothing.

I can’t say enough good things about MJ’s Auto Detail. My car had a serious mold issue, and they completely took care of it from top to bottom. The difference is night and day—my car looks, smells, and feels brand new again. On top of the amazing work, the price was very reasonable, especially for the level of detail and care they put in. They were professional, thorough, and clearly know what they’re doing. I’ll 100% be using MJ’s Auto Detail again and would highly recommend them to anyone who wants their car truly cleaned the right way.

My daughter lives in this area. She acquired a used car that, unfortunately, had overspray all over one side due to a neighbor who painted his house (as we later found out). I called around and felt the most comfortable with MJ's as the place for her to take it. I was able to give my daughter a gift certificate to be honored later. At the time of the appointment, I received a call from MJ's and he explained how the process for removing the paint overspray would be more time-intensive than just an exterior detail. I knew this would be the case going into it from having talked with him before. He wanted to keep me posted as they continued to work on the car. They ended up keeping it overnight and working many hours the next day as well. I was very impressed with his communication, willingness to take more time (rather than have her re-schedule), and even stay late the next day to get it done. The car looked great and she was very happy. MJ's let me know there were a few areas (plastic trim pieces) that would be dangerous to remove every bit of overspray due to the thin and faded paint of this 20 year old car. I appreciate his knowledge, experience, work ethic, and communication. I live a few hours away, and haven't met him in person, but I would definitely recommend this auto detailer for many reasons and trust him with multiple types of services. It's hard to find this level of customer commitment and flexibility.
