★★☆☆☆ Went to the car wash and the back of my car was still grimy after being “dried”. One gentleman who looked like Santa did not care about the quality of his work, he certainly did not care if the vehicle was clean. Barely dried the car and if it wasn’t for his coworker who went the extra mile to resolve the issue, I would have driven away with a half washed vehicle. This was the middle of the afternoon and it was not busy, otherwise I would have understood if they were in a rush. Paid for tires to be done but rims still dirty.

★☆☆☆☆ This car wash has gone downhill over the last few years. I will be taking my vehicle to another car wash. Horrible experience!! They need a whole new maintenance makeover and hire better employees.

★☆☆☆☆ A star shouldn’t be given at all. I am completely shocked and disgusted just have no words to describe this place and how I feel with the staff. I have lived in this area about 10+ years and been coming to this car wash forever seeing the same employees work here all this time. Today March 14,2025 around 3:30pm I had a surprise that has cause a very big regret not just with myself but with the untrustworthy staff here. I am fully aware I left a white envelope sealed with my name on it in between my driver seat not thinking much of it I knew it was there but would never in a million years think that the place I came to all this time someone would take something that belongs to me. As I watched my car go through the machine to get washed and then dried I stepped outside to see it get dried with the towels. The (hispanic) employee who moved my car to the front I watched him stay in my car for about to 5-7 minutes as the other employees dried the car from the outside. I kept thinking to myself no one ever stays that long inside to clean my car but I gave him the benefit of the doubt I watched as my door kept opening and closing little by little but still didn’t think much. Another employee opened my passenger door to clean but quickly shut it within seconds something I thought was odd too. As all the employees left my car the same hispanic guy was in my car and stepped outside as I got closer to the car. My thoughts went through my mind and before I drove off I noticed my driver seat was moved all the way back, an umbrella (that was on the floor) was in the side holder of the passenger, and my steering wheel something that has never been touched was completely adjusted again something they have never adjusted in all the times I came here. As I noticed all this I see that my envelope is missing I move my car back to the line to park it and think maybe it went under the seat but noticed the employee who cleaned the inside of my car disappeared for a minute or two until another car came as the rest of the workers stayed outside. As I start tearing my car apart trying to find my envelope I realize that the employee has taken it. Freaking out and extremely frustrated I go inside and tell the older guy at the register who tells me that has never happened have you checked everywhere and comes with me outside to check my car. I show him where I left the envelope and he still proceeds to tell me no one will take it that probably the “vacuum” sucked it up or I should ask the workers who dried the car. I approached the one young Hispanic guy (the one who opened the back passenger door) who seemed shocked but I noticed that the employee who had cleaned the inside of my car was taking long to clean other cars (in a way avoiding). Once done I approached him he followed me to my car I proceeded to tell him there was an envelope there sealed with my name and how all the times I come I have never seem him take so long inside a car cleaning. He starts to tell me that he hasn’t seen anything and then proceeds to tell me “if the envelope has money” once he says that I told him I don’t know but if it did to please give it back and I would give him something but he still proceeds to lie. I go back inside explain the frustration and what the employee just mentioned to me to the guy at the register and he tells me to knock on the door that the owner is there. When I do that I am very distraught with my emotions getting the best of me and I start crying explaining to him what had just happened the owner seemed a bit surprised but was no help in the situation did not bring the two employees I saw come forward to talk or anything the guy at the register started to laugh at some point and make jokes about what happened. I believe this has been my worst experience at this car wash with all my previous times coming and leaving certain valuables in my car that have never been touched before until today. It frustrates me of how they took advantage of me and the situation. To anyone reading this please double check your cars before leaving this place.
