* lived in Norwalk 65yrs and this place has been there as long as I can remember. I never had a car wash there until a month ago. When my car was finished and I'm walking to get my van the man hands me my keys I tip the guy he opens my door for me and I drive away satisfied. I thought they did a good job.

If I can give a zero I would. This car wash company likes to belittle people and has the worst customer services towards the elderly community. My mother who is 71 years old went to get her car wash and she just let them know that last time they didn’t clean her back seats and if they can please make sure they do this time. When someone in a grey shirt claims to be the owner came at her with a really bad attitude saying they don’t clean the trunk when she never even said that and just went off on her without first finding out what was the issue. She was in shock of how he treated her that she almost cried and couldn’t get there name. I’ve been calling but no one answers. If that person is the owner shame on him you don’t treat people like that in general.

Went there this morning and was very happy with the wash job. My car looks the best it has in a long time. But I thought it was a little weird that there were three guys hovering around my car. But I was happy with the job so I gave the guy a $5 tip. I was almost home when I looked down and realized all the change I kept in my car was gone. They went through my change and picked out all the quarters and left all the other change. There was about $7 of quarters. I will not be going back to this place. They are thieves. Do not bring your car here unless it is empty of things that you want to keep.

For a basic car wash at 19.99 you get what needs to be done. I noticed some hard water stains on the paint and the rims of my car were still dirty though. It's OK at best. Edit: I actually went back and gave it another go. I purchased the package that is about the basic wash and my car was so clean and shiny and thr interior was clean too!

There’s no future or hope for this business if it continues with its terrible costumer service and overall work service. Car is not cared for as they claim to care for it. Neither are their customers treated decently. The good reviews come from a long time ago, they have have definitely changed throughout the years, don’t know what happened, but don’t bring yourself or your car to this place. I’d rate zero if I could.

Do not come here ! I came here for a wash when I pulled up to the line the guy at the vacuum station handing out tickets had a horrible attitude. The car was retuned as dirty as I gave it to them if not even more since the dust became mud,wheels and tires were not cleaned , water spots all over the car I had to go to the back and re clean it my self .

I do not recommend coming to this place. The owner a gray hair hispano/latino person was very rude and screams on you where there is no signs indicating that the place does not attend machine washing service. I asked and he told me to go another place. Do not come, unnecessary argument.

Good car wash. I would have given it give starts, but at $15.99 for a basic wash, this place is a little pricey. The service was very good, and I enjoyed the clear soccer fan theme throughout the interior. The bathroom and exterior was clean and tidy. The staff were friendly and if I am in the area , I would go again. Next time I will be expecting the price.

Horrible experience, first , the guy who gave me my ticket was rude as hell and was like screaming at me for no reason, note that I was their once it open their was no one there why work in customer service if u gonna have such a bad attitude this early and second I got a reasonable price car wash for them to not clean my car there was still trash and stains on my window and seat Very upsetting i try to go to car wash so they can make their money but I would prefer those detail guys that come to the house then me going and dealing with this at 8am horrible horrible experience

I went early in the morning & paid $27 instead of the $30, with their early bird special. Pricing was reasonable for what was done. I will say this much the team is definitely ALOT nicer then the other reviews claim they are. Everyone was attentive and gave a description of the wash. My key must have gotten stuck somewhere because the key came off the laynard and the lady was very sweet to tell me instead of just not letting me know. Their little store is cute, has snacks/drinks, massage chairs. They also have outside seating(I wish it had a small table somewhere), but very peaceful if you need a moment while your car is being washed. It was supposed to the Supreme wash: wash, clean tires, & triple wax. If you want a quick pick me up for your car its worth it, they pick up trash, semi vacuum, wash & dry. If you're looking for a clean clean, this is not it. I know my car wasnt super clean but even with the wash and dry the handles on the passenger side was dirty. The cup holders were cleaned but left wet, basic vacuum where trash is picked up but not everything is picked up. Wheels were wiped down, kinda. The smell from cleaning the car does linger for a bit, but you do get the option to add a fragrance. If I were to go back it would be because the people were super nice, itll probably need to be a really lazy day and the car really needs a pick me up.
