I usually put gas first & they give you the option if you would like a car wash for $7.99 after you put your gas. The car wash in the morning around 8:40am are usually clear from traffic. The lines for gas are fair & they are pretty quick even though they are remodeling the gas station.

When it was New it would Wash & Blow Off the Water Decently not no more and I usually use a Chamois to wipe it Down. I Usually Dampen it up before I Go . On a few occasions I have stopped unexpectedly and I ask attendant to Dampen it for me until Today there was a young guy with Reddish Hair in a small ponytail. And he said he couldn’t do it that he would have to get another employee to Do it. I left with him to do just that . I proceeded to go thru the wash . When done I went back to him and he he couldn’t do it. So I Drove away with my back window full of Soap andv what would turn out to be Water Spots all over my Truck cause I could not wipe it down. Oh Well

The air blowers are not working like before. This is too much water left when existing the car wash.

AVOID until they adjust equipment!! It used to be decent but in the dry off parking all of us noticed the blowers at the end were not getting off the water and were leaving waves and streaks and dots on everything that had to be quickly rubbed off or it left ugly spots all over our cars. No longer a good deal they need to service their equipment ASAP

I've used the Costco Carwash a few times, and I've noticed a clear difference depending on the time of day. During the night, the wash is noticeably faster compared to the morning. Tonight's wash was rushed, my car came out still wet, with soap residue all over, and the blowers didn't dry my car properly. It seems like they might be adjusting the timing during rush hour to get more cars through quickly, which affects the overall quality. If you're looking for a thorough wash, it's probably best to go during non-peak hours when they aren't rushing to keep up with demand.

I think it should be cheaper for the wash it gives your car. The wash is woth $5. Also cmon your a billion dollar company, you really can afford to put a vacuum station🤦♂️. Plus the machines are too rough on your car, to the point where I had scratches on the paint smh. FIX IT COSTCO!!!!

New facility is always nice. However, the attendant doesn't exactly guide you in too good. I bumped the rail pretty good going in. No vacuums.

First you can't beat the price for the drive-thru car wash I have no complaint about the cleaning it's an excellent car wash. Get gas first and then you can add it on to the receipt for the car wash

The last 3 visits were not satisfying. I went there this morning. When I parked to dry off excess water. Soap was still on my back of Honda CRV...which is not a large vehicle. Enough soap to make me complain. The price is "great " but I feel the quality of the car was is not as "great" as it once was. Hopefully this problem can be fixed. I put my trust in the high quality standards that costco is known for.👍

Decent carwash. There was no wait for the carwash. Only 7.99 but you have a lot of good washing options included in the packet. If this was done in other car washing facility it would have been more than 10 dollars. Good money for its value. One minus is that they dont have vacuum cleaner.

HORRIBLE! Does not work on all cars. Smears the dirt around and there is no spot free rinse. And it takes 45 min if you want a refund!!! Well, it is now (8/20/25) cheaper than Fast5express... still no vacuums...

Nice to finally have a Costco Car wash in this area. It is very convenient for those on the 605fwy. Only drawback at the moment is the entrance to the car wash used to be the one for gas, so they have an employee directing gas customers to the next driveway. They also have some temporary plastic signs at the moment but once they install the appropriate signage it will have all 5 stars. 👍

Works for a car wash and it's a good price- $7.99. It's quick despite the long lines. Unfortunately I did not realize there was no option to opt out of the brushes until I was already trapped in the line. I have a small car (14.5' long, 54" tall) and the brushes caused several noticeable scratches on the roof and quarter panels. You can catch your fingernail in these scratches, meaning it broke through my clear coat. I would NOT recommend this car wash to anyone who cares about scratches, or who has a darker colored vehicle, as scratches are more visible on dark colors.

I had no idea Costco has car wash. I was in the area, and decided to give it a try. There was a line, but it went surprisingly very fast, at the directionof the Costco attendant. I don't know if it is the best idea to get in one after another so close to each other. I am assuming splashes from the dirty car in front of your, go on your car. But there are more brushes than the regular car washes system, I believe. Also, plenty of foam, your car will look like a snowy hill! For $7.99, I think it is a good deal, which I expected from Costco!

The car Washington is not bad for $8 but I definitely won't wash my cars again. I always wash my cars there but not any more last time I went the car was broke my side mirror, I filled a report, not expecting more than a mirror replacement. They took like almost 4 weeks to complete the report just to tell me that they were not gonna pay for anything because the mirror might be already broken, and there no proof of that so there was nothing to do, though the week before the incident I noticed that the almohorol for the tires wasn't working and still the day of the incident, a week after still wasn't working. So I wouldn't go for a car wash there again

If you just want a quick rinse and semi wash for $8, come here. It's an express car wash, so don't expect much. For the price I'll gladly pay it for a quick shine from months of dust or dirt. It doesn't get a lot of the hard stuff out, but I don't expect express washes to be able to do that. Would come again if and only if I happen to get gas at this Costco and my car was really really dirty.

The Costco Norwalk car wash was pretty reasonable to clean up my Subaru Crosstrek. It definitely got the job done and I can say that this car wash is better than many of the other machine car washes I have tried before, including the Chevron machine car wash. I would recommend this car wash to get your car clean!

Wow, what can I say. Second time I used the car wash and my entire truck ended up with chips and scratches all over. Even the tailgate. Over a dozen on the hood alone. If I wasn't getting rid of the truck next week I would be really angry.

Update 10/15/25 Service still the best out of three so cal locations I e tried, but the drier hasn’t been working as well as the first few times I’ve been here. Leaves the windshield and other parts of my truck very wet. I realize I could set off myself, but I just need it clean enough to get back on the road and fine with a few drops, but last two trips were annoying enough to notice. Still great for $7.99, but hope it’s just a calibration issue and can get back to “good enough” and “dry enough” wash and dries so I can just be in and out like before. —— 4 stars - For an automated car wash, it’s not bad for $7.99. Been to all three So Cal locations and have to say this one might be the best organized. Definitely better than San Juan Cap.
