Car came out dirty from the wash. I paid for there best service which included hand drying of the car. When the guys dried it off they did an absolutely horrible job leaving streaks, dirt and water spots all over the car. I asked them if they were done because the car looks terrible and they just handed me a towel and walked away. Never coming back here again. Response to the owner.: You’re correct this is my first review I ordinarily do not leave them. You’re terrible quality of work and customer service led me to leaving my first review ever. You ask for proof if I were there. Look at your cameras between 930 and 10 AM and look for the blue Tesla I’m sure there weren’t that many there at that time. I will also be more than happy to provide you with a receipt from my credit card statement when I receive it. You may also speak to your two incompetent employees drying vehicles the short skinny kid that handed me the towel when I complained. Never offered to rewash never offered to rectify the situation just handed me the towel and walked away. All the while the shorter heavier set gentleman just watched and walked away as well. My car gets washed at least once a week and I have never ever had such poor service or quality of work. That’s my review and I’m standing behind it. Perhaps your time would be better spent correcting the deficiencies within your organization than trying to call people out.

In my opinion this is simply the best soft cloth location of them all. Car comes out the cleanest and always dried off by hand the most. Would definitely recommend the monthly subscription so you can go to whichever location of your liking!

I recently visited this car wash for their $15 cleaning offer, and it was a terrible experience from start to finish. They barely cleaned my car, leaving dirt and grime in many areas. To make matters worse, they turned off the vacuum machine before I could use it. When I politely asked for a partial refund so I could go to another car wash to finish the job, the staff responded with extremely rude and nasty remarks, telling me to leave in a very disrespectful manner. This place provides poor service and has incredibly unprofessional staff. Save your money and avoid this car wash at all costs. You will be much better off going elsewhere.

I've been using Northvale Car Wash for...well, ....as far back as I remember. So far back, to before the price was $6! I go out of my way to go there, due to the quick service and the job they do, and even if there's a line, it moves quickly. Vacuums are a big "plus"!

Paid $18 for the highest ceramic coating wash. Totally not worth it. Unsure if I even got anything special. Went through car wash and my car was still pretty dirty Free vacuums though.

I can’t say enough good things! From the packages and free vacuums to the employees. I had an issue with the dealership taking off a plate in the rear of my vehicle. This caused me to hold up a line and not get through into the car wash. One of the employees went out of his way to remove the screws and fix the issue to avoid me also getting a ticket since the dealership let me leave driving a what I know now, as an illegal vehicle. There was absolutely no need for him to even offer but that gesture let me know there are still people in this world willing to go above and beyond to help you out still. Highly recommend this location and this car wash!

Excellent car wash. The entrance is automated it will take cash or credit. You choose the type of wash you want with the press of the button. I don't know how the machines know what you paid for. A couple of guys give the cars a pre rinse before the wash starts. It doesn't seem like the wash is that long but the car came out clean. There are vacuum stations when you exit and you do it yourself they work pretty well. There were workers there if you needed any help

Terrific car washes, been using Tenafly for over 30 plus years. I've been driving lately to Northvale for a couple of years for the 6.00 wash. I was extremely surprised that you raised the price to 8.00 now. I mean, come on, please don't keep it that high. Utilities haven't increased this much. And overhead hasn't increased that much either. Can you at least try taking to a dollar increase instead of blasting us with $2 more? I've met you in the past many times you've been at the locations. And you guys are terrific 👍. Everyone completely loves the car wash and your staff. But reconsider your prices again please... Greatly appreciated
