I have mixed feelings about my experience. The transmission went out unexpectedly on my car and I found myself in the need of a new one. I went through noller ford off Topeka blvd to do a trade in and though the people were nice and worked with me to get a vehicle, my immediate sales person was a bit all over the place. He kept waving during our appointment to help do test drives for other clients and did not keep us updated on where in the process I was. He would get up to go grab a paper or check with something regarding my trade in deal and would be just gone. When asking around to other employees there that’s when i would find out he left for a test drive. This happened more than once e during my experience. Though the sales person mentioned leaving for his honeymoon so I understand being excited and trying to get things wrapped up before leaving, it’s trusting scheduling an appointment and then feeling like I’m being dragged along or that my time is not valuable enough to have the focus on me. Everyone was very pleasant when I was asking around trying to locate the sales guy I was working with and was apologized too by other employees but the whole experience just rubbed me the wrong way. Because of the others helping to improve my experience I give this 3 stars. If I had to rate based on just my sales guy I would have given it a 1 star and that’s only because he was at least nice when he was around. Had the wonderful opportunity of speaking with Cordaryl who bent over backwards to make sure my experience was better than it started. Because of that and all the other employees who really went above and beyond I’m gonna increase my rating to a 5 star.

If you need a new Ford truck go see Eric Tucker you wanna talk about a phenomenal salesman. He listened. He was helpful and a very pleasant person to work with. He’s not like your typical salesman. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience with Noller Ford. Would highly recommend them to anyone especially salesman Eric Tucker!

Do not recommend. From the beginning, nothing went smooth. No communication between online sales and sales associates on the floor. Bought the extended warranty against my own judgement. Called and emailed multiple times to show me where on the warranty it says what I was promised. Two weeks later and still no answer. Stay far away. They may be cheaper than the competition but the service is less than 1 star.

DYLAN is AWESOME! In 2019, my wife bought her 2017 Ford Fusion from these folks. At that time, Cordaryl was our sales person. The service we received at that time was superior. A few months later, we had gone back to these guys and ended up buying a 2014 Ford Escape from them. CORDARYL was our salesperson again. This week I had gone back in to look at their selection of trucks. I asked for Cordaryl only to learn that he had been promoted too Manager. He REALLY was very deserving of that promotion. I asked another salesperson, Dylan, about the trucks that I was interested in seeing. Little did I know that it was after hours. Nonetheless, Dylan stayed late to assist me. The following day, I return to the dealership and meet with Dylan - well ahead of our meeting appointment. Dylan made the time to fit me into his schedule. I was pleased with the experience that I had entered into - although, because of my schedule, I had to return after work to complete everything. I ended up driving away in a 2022 Ford Maverick. The service was impeccable. Dylan seems to be working to take cordaryl's Title! The only draw back to the vehicle that I've bought is that it's blue with Orange interior trim. The orange will be replaced with RED. I can't be seen driving in something that resembles a Denver Broncos fan... not being the New England Patriots fan that I am! Need a vehicle? GO SEE THESE GUYS! Trust me, you'll be glad you did!!

Every person here went above & beyond for my first solo experience of buying a vehicle. I was speechless at how seamless, simple, and quick it was, and how friendly they are there. You will definitely feel like a priority! Eric Tucker worked overtime many evenings to find EXACTLY what I asked for plus more in such a short unexpectedamount of time! Not to mention working with me in my budget,and I definitely needed a specific number. He was even making sure to check on his own how that particular year was in known issues for me and my kids safety. Thank you so much for that! Christian in the Finance office worked with me on every aspect and even delivered more than I expected. The Ford warranties are the BEST. I cant thank them enough for all the help and im so excited about finding the perfect vehicle. The SALES DEPARTMENT was amazing! Chris was wonderful, he went above and beyond to make sure everything was switched between old and new car, made several calls, and helped to find the perfect car. Husband Chuck was interested in Bronco Sport. He initially talked with Paris who deals with internet sales. He wanted car brought to us as we couldn’t get out the day he was looking due to watching grandkid. She passed on on to CJ who was a delight to work with. He brought the vehicle out and we test drove it in our neighborhood. We were interested and set up an appointment with him the next day (his day off). He was ready for us and all went really smooth from looking at our trade in, being able to get the payment where we wanted it and getting the paper work done with Rod Hernandez. (Hope we remembered correctly). Sorry we don’t remember the sales manager’s name who looked at the trade in as all for were extremely efficient, friendly and what I liked most, did not pressure us about anything. We have dealt with Ford many times and have dealt with several sales people that were nice, but over all this was the best experience we have ever had at Ford or anywhere else buying cars.

My wife and I were interested in 3 different vehicles at this dealership. I got hooked up with Barry and he was just fantastic. A very nice man, knowledgeable and friendly. We also worked with Tony in the finance office and he was also very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Never pushy, just informative and shared with us what he thought would be best for our situation. The team at Laird Noller in Topeka is a wonderful team. Multiple others from the team, including Cedric, check-in in on us throughout the process to ensure we felt like the only folks in the place. We ended up purchasing a beautiful 2023 Ford Expedition Max. It was priced more than $5,000 below the expected value, they were more than fair on our 2 trade-ins, and gave us a very fair deal on an extended warranty. I can’t recommend this dealership enough. Fair, knowledgeable, and friendly. They have absolutely gained a customer for life with the Lewis family!
