It looks like a new car, thank you! They were very professional, provided amazing customer service, and employ courteous, diligent, hard working employees. The front windshield was particularly damaged by hard water and film buildup, and they came back, at no extra charge, to try one last remedy (before possible replacement). I scheduled with Nick's a week in advance and arranged to be late to work on the day of my appointment at 11am. At 7 am the day of my appointment, while I was still asleep, their technician Dylan texted me trying to move my appointment up. I was unable to respond due to being asleep. At the time of my appointment Dylan again texted me saying the job before me took longer than anticipated and he was going to cancel my appointment. He clearly scheduled someone else in the meantime and wasn't able to complete the job on time for my previously scheduled appointment. The owner contacted my and provided nothing but excuses. If you value your time, choose another establishment, because Nick's does not!

I can’t begin to describe the fantastic job the team did detailing the inside and out of my mom mobile! I have three boys with all the sports gear and two white huskies that roll around in my explorer. Shoutout to Nick's Mobile Detail in Chico! My poor Altima was basically a mold paradise after some interior water damage. But these guys worked their magic and turned it into a fresh ride again! I had water damage inside my truck from a window seal malfunction during a couple week heavy rain storm. My truck was parked during this time and starting developing mold and water damage.. Nicks mobile detailing was able to get my truck in immediately! They did a fantastic job getting the mold neutralized and restored for a very reasonable price!! Thank you!!

Dylan and his team (didn't get the other twos names) did a great job with such care and detail. They were very accommodated and patient we had some electrical issues and could get the trunk open. They waited as we figured that out to clean it. Offered to get some stickers off of the car as well. Going to use them for any future detailing needs for sure! 100% recommend

Update: Nick reached out to me a few weeks ago about my bad experience. He apologized and told me he was working on employee training so this doesn’t happen again. He offered me another detail free of charge. His employees came out and did a great job. They got all the spots that were missed and redid the entire inside. They asked me to show them what spots were missed so it didn’t happen again. From one small business owner to another I appreciate this gesture. You can’t always control your employees work and I applaud him doing what he did. … Unfortunately, my vehicle didn’t come out the way I wanted. While it is far cleaner than it was before the service, the attention to detail I was hoping for did not happen. They’re a more than a few spots that were missed by the 2 employees cleaning the vehicle. The employees were very friendly but more time could have been spent on the car. I told the person I scheduled the appointment with that I wanted a full interior detail. I’m not sure if that was not communicated clear enough or corners were cut. My steering wheel is now falling apart even more than it was before. It appears to have been scrubbed too hard or the chemicals were too strong. Air vents were missed, seats were not fully cleaned, and the interior windshield has streaks and smudges. Overall, like I said before it is far cleaner than it was before. However I was hoping I was only going to have to have this done once but it looks like I will have to have another service to have everything cleaned.

Kiesha and Dylan from NMD came to our home yesterday to clean just the interior of our Lexus CT 200. They were friendly, polite, kind and extremely professional. Over the course of about 90 minutes they turned our 2013 Lexus into a brand new car. Their focus on detail was superb. They are really precise in what they do. They cleaned areas of the car that I did not know existed. When I spoke to Dylan he told me that during the summer they are booked out for over two weeks. The Lexus is my wife’s car and she is extremely happy and proud of their finished product. Everthing looks like new and clean in the interior of the Lexus. They really know their business. They worked hard and steadily the entire time. Their pricing and customer service is the best! The end result was an absolutely beautiful brand new looking Lexus. We could not be more happy that we had picked NMD. They communicated well and they were great to work with. We will definitely use them for our future detailing needs.
