Very good car wash. Was a customer at Leo's forever until I tried this joint. Very friendly staff. I spoke with kid who owns or manages the joint also very informative. I believe he recently had a a stroke and is a little hard to understand but again very helpful and friendly.

Absolutely THE BEST car wash service for the money in town!!!!!!! If you miss Leo’s like I do well here you have it! For $12 you get an adorable happy girl pre soak your entire vehicle. Then it goes through a wash cycle that smells great. Then you get a full vehicle hand dry! AMAZING SERVICE AMAZING PRICE!!!

I was pleasantly surprised how well maintained this car wash was. Staff were nice and friendly. The car came out very clean. My only complaint is that I paid for the top package which included a wheel coating, but when I got home the wheels are literally half coated - it missed half of every wheel! The wheels are not unusual sizes - 17inch tires on a VW Tiguan. I didn’t notice until I got home which was 40 minutes away so I didn’t go back due to the time and distance but I am sure they would have taken care of it if I did.

Really good car wash. There wasn't any spots or dirt left on my jeep and that's hard to find at other car washes in the area. They have actual workers who spray it down first as you enter and that makes a Huge difference, compared to other washes that don't. The cheapest wash is 8 bucks but it's worth it. I would definitely go back.

The prices are very reasonable. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable. They have unlimited plans with a discount for additional vehicles. The equipment is safe except it did bend my front vanity plate. It wasn't encased in a frame so I can't be mad. The cars come out looking spectacular. They will give you tokens for the vacuums most of the time. In conclusion I would definitely recommend them.

Fast and thoroughly cleaned the outside of my car. The interior vacuums that you have to pay to use are a joke. You pay a dollar for maybe 2 or 3 minutes. So they are cheaper than Sonic, which is really nice, but if you're thoroughly looking to vacuum your car, you might as well do it at home, or pay extra and use Sonics free ones.

After no other recourse other than to post a negative review, which the owner did read. Things are much better. I can say I am getting my moneys worth now. The employees are doing a much better "prep" on my vehicle and it looks great. I always have always highly recommended this car wash and still do. Always spotless; bathroom, office, parking lot. Employees actually sweep.lot every morning. (Lot is 150'×150') so it isn't tiny.

I have had a membership since this place has opened. I haven't had any complaints until recently. I pay for the Ultimate car wash for both my vehicles and the service has gone down hill. I have had to ask for the front end to be sprayed with bug remover and most of the time anymore it's not out in the bay. I can't remember the last time either vehicle was wiped down afterwards even though it still listed as part of the Ultimate package. They used to take the time on pre rinse now they rush you through even if you're the only vehicle there. I did send an email voicing my displeasure and asked them to remove both of my vehicles off the members list. It's a shame really loved the service there at one point, and cars looked great.

I used to have a membership withTop Notch for yrs! I loved Allie & Brittany when they were working there. I don't like the owner! He is not friendly, he walks right past his customers & gives one token to customers to vacuum their car. I ride past all the time & business has slowed down a ton. Maybe if the owner was nicer & compromised he would have more business. I have a Mod Wash membership & couldn't have been more happier with Mod Wash! Top Notch sucks!

I just went there today and they no longer do the pressure washing at the start!! That was my entire reason for going to this place. The most expensive wash didn't do much for the bug splatter, etc., guess I'll just do it at home now.

I used to rant and rave about how much I loved this place, but it has gone downhill a bit. Most of the staff are nice. They no longer prerinse your car so if you have hard to reach areas you're out of luck. Just went through today and I have dead bugs everywhere still. Most of the vacuum work some of the time.

Great car wash experience. The guys at the front and back gave excellent service with both wand and wipe down. While I did not get any vacuum tokens, it was only a dollar for enough time to clean the floors... (I'm sure they'd have given me a token had I went in and asked.)

(UPDATE: Todd from the car wash IMMEDIATELY responded to my email and went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me. Their customer service is absolutely impeccable. I HIGHLY recommend this car wash to anyone who has been weary. They truly are the nicest people!) I love this car wash so much! However, I recently moved and am unable to make it to this car wash anymore. I have tried calling and emailing numerous times cancel my membership with no luck, the phone number doesn’t seem to be accurate. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I genuinely used to enjoy this car wash and was happy to become a monthly subscriber in January 2024. At that time, the experience was excellent and offered real value. The subscription included - a reasonable price for unlimited washes - consistently friendly attendants who pre-rinsed vehicles by hand and removed bugs from the grille and windshield - free, functional vacuums at every visit. Unfortunately, over the past 12 months, the quality and reliability of the service steadily declined. - The staff became noticeably less engaged - the hands-on pre-rinse was replaced by an automated sprayer that provided little benefit - the vacuums were frequently out of service. The most frustrating issue, however, was the repeated and unexplained closures during normal business hours. On multiple occasions, I arrived only to find the facility closed with no notice. There were no updates on social media and no communication sent to subscribers via email, text, or push notifications to explain the closures. As a paying member, this meant both wasted trips and paying for a service that was only intermittently available. I would sincerely like to see this location return to the level of service it once provided, but based on recent experience, that does not appear likely in the near term. I recommend that anyone considering a subscription to Nice Car Wash carefully weigh these factors before committing, as the current experience may differ significantly from what long-time customers initially enjoyed.

I purchased a family monthly pass, and unfortunately this car wash has been closed more often than it’s been open. When it is open, the wash barely cleans my car, leaves soap residue all over it, and often leaves dirt streaks as if the equipment isn’t properly maintained or the mops/brushes aren’t cleaned regularly. On top of that, the vacuums are almost never working. For a monthly membership, this has been really disappointing and not worth the cost. I hope management addresses these ongoing issues.
