Exterior Wash & Decontamination They didn’t just rinse and go. Every crevice, wheel barrel, and lower bumper got a perfect hand wash with pH balanced shampoo. They clayed and decontaminated the paint to glass smooth perfection even on those impossible carbon ceramic wheel wells.

After driving by a few times I stopped by and talked to Brandon about getting my 2004 Volkswagen R32 detailed, including paint correction and full ceramic coating. Next Level Detailing will definitely get my repeat business! Brandon treats every car with the upmost care like it was his own, and with fair pricing. I originally found him through Google due to an extremely smelly mouse invasion in my Honda interior and ventilation system that needed professional level cleaning. A deep deep clean and I needed it fast, Next Level Detailing made that happen! I loved his work so much I brought my fiancé’s Mustang in for a flawless window tint, and when I picked up the car he “couldn’t return it to me dirty” and did a complimentary clean to the whole vehicle. The service is unmatched, 10 stars! Going back for my own windows and maybe a wrap job! Edit: I went back for the window tint on my Cadillac, he did such an amazing job that my father went in to get his truck done as well!

We were in a rush because we just purchased the car and heading out in a few days. It turned out to be great that the first place we called couldn’t get us in. Next Level was better pricing and way more convenient. They literally put us in immediately and 3 hours later, we had our baby back with the front side windows tinted to match the factory tinted rear windows and the windshield tinted absolutely beautifully!

I gave a three star for an honest review so hopefully I don't get another message from the owner. I expressed some concerns of what was going on in my life and that I needed to get my car cleaned and the owner completely ignored what I said and decided to charge me almost $500 just to clean my car because I own a Tesla and I felt as if I was being taken advantage of just to get a basic cleaning on the interior and exterior because I had a nice car and I was expected to pay a lot of money. I left a review on this and after calling several other detail places, a lot of them charge half of what this guy was charging and expressed empathy for my situation. I got a message from this guy through text expressing his disdain for my message and then all the sudden having compassion and empathy for my situation. I felt very uncomfortable, pressured to give a better review and just really not a good situation. I understand that this person has done a good job for a lot of people, but when you make mistakes, it's not good to go out of your way to personally contact people who leave reviews and basically lightly harass them about it and then on top of it try to make up for the mistake you did. I will not take this review away, this review stands and I was completely surprised that this person reached out to me. It was a very uncomfortable situation and I gave it a few weeks to be able to reply. Hopefully he lost my number by now and I don't get another contact from him. Be aware of being honest about reviews. This place may call you and harass you for it like they did me

I usually try to support local businesses, but my experience here was extremely disappointing. The young man helping me seemed nice, but some of the people working around him were unprofessional. In particular, there was an older man who seemed impatient and rude, even when I was picking up my car as a new customer. The main reason I went to this shop was to have my brakes painted red. While the front wheels came out fine, the paint on the back wheels started fading after just a few months, which was really frustrating. Unfortunately, my issues didn’t stop there. After leaving the shop, I noticed my lug nuts weren’t installed correctly on the two back wheels, which caused the rims and wheels to shake violently while driving. I’m not a car guy and didn’t know how to fix it, so I ended up driving around with the loud, shaking noise disturbing my neighbors and people on the road—completely unsafe. This careless mistake caused damage from the inside and could have led to a serious accident. This was my new 5.0 GT, a car I saved and worked hard for, and to see it treated so carelessly is infuriating. I genuinely wanted to support a small business, but this experience completely ruined that trust. Honestly, I left feeling disappointed, disrespected, and frustrated as a customer. I regret not speaking up sooner, but after discussing this with friends and reflecting on my experience, I feel it’s important to warn others. I cannot recommend this shop based on my experience.

A couple of weeks ago, my car was accumulating a ton of moisture and mold due to a malfunctioning sunroof. After getting the sunroof repaired, I brought it to Brandon and his team at Next Level Detailing. They fully dried it out beneath the carpet, cleaned up all the mold, and detailed the interior. The results were impressive, and my car looks brand new again. They also tinted my windows, and the quality of work there was also excellent. Brandon and his team were thorough, professional, and clearly take pride in what they do. I'd highly recommend Next Level Detailing to anyone looking for quality work at a fair price.
