The employees are always very friendly and helpful, even having allowed me to stay a little after closing to continue vacuuming my pick-up. It is a great car wash for a good price. It would be nice to have a Rain-X treatment with the Premium Wash instead of a wax treatment, though.

This place was a life-saver today!!! Our car got broken into in Portland and we were so lost on what to do. We managed our way to the car wash to look for a vacuum, which they had!! The employees are so so so kind; everyone we interacted with was amazing and understanding. Huge shoutout to Tyler for helping us bag and tape our window, he is awesome!

I feel like the chemicals used in this particular car wash have hit an all time high in the perfect balance. My car looked darn good today rolling out of there

The people working here are friendly, but be careful about using the car wash itself. If your windshield is hot, the cold water that they use to wash your car can crack it and cause significant damage. They have a sign posted before you enter the car wash about this but it is never mentioned by any workers when you go through. $15 to wash the car, but now there's a $350 bill to fix our windshield and they are not liable because of the sign posted. Pretty disappointing. To the owners, please consider using warm water during hot weather to avoid this problem for your customers. Although I am sure that will not change, so just wanted to warn others about this.

Great carwash, the people that work there are super polite. I've been using them for well over 30 years and never a problem. My issue is with how difficult they make it to cancel their WashClub membership. There's no where, anywhere in their app or website to cancel once you enroll, it's a bit scammy if you ask me. I had to call their headquarters in order to do so, how many elderly folks are stuck paying every month? Subscriptions that are hard to cancel should be against the law but since we're lawless I'll use the reviews. I'm definitely willing to give them another chance on the Wash Club but they need to make it dumb easy to cancel.

All in all my favorite car wash in Portland. Friendly staff, plenty of vacuums. Usually not too crowded. Also in close proximity to Les Schwab and a gas station.

Nice car wash in Beaverton. Have not seen any scratches in my car. This place used to have workers that came out and towel dried your car as it came out the wash. It even had detailing services, unfortunately after the new ownership those choices went away. The free vacuum afterwards is nice and the small trash bin next to it. Sometimes they get so busy that none of the vacuum spaces are open. When this happens it’s better to just go home and do it there. When my car is really dirty and once through was not enough to get my car clean they let you go through again no extra charge. Staff is friendly and professional.

Happy experience here this morning. Someone friendly and helpful to check me in and explain their process, a simple ride thru the wash - it all took maybe 2 minutes (no line) and my car looks really good. Def be going back - thanks Kaady!

I've been using this Kaady car wash for many years because they do such a good job cleaning my car quickly, and it's right down the road from my work on Canyon Rd. I used to just use any car wash near me because I thought they were all the same. But after getting a black car and seeing how the cheaper gas-station type car washes' brushes left severe swirls in my paint, and left a lot of dirt in areas that should easily be cleaned (I know drive-thru washes can't get everything clean, but they should get the majority) I switched to Kaady exclusively. The quality of their materials is so soft that it's far better for your paint, plus, their chemicals never stain your Tesla trim like those no-touch car washes use. Nowadays, only two people wash my car... myself by hand, or Kaady!

Pretty simple process, pull up to the booth attendant, pay, slowly enter the washing station (someone will guide you), go into netural, wait until you reach the end of the track to drive off, and self vacuuming available after.

Great place for a quick wash. Wish they would improve the vacuum's. I noticed a few cut and some just didn't work. UPDATE: Thank you for fixing the vacuums! They work much better!

Good service, they do push a bit for the upgraded wash though. That and it is the third time have ended up with a broken vacuum.

Customer service is always great here. Car comes out clean. If its really dirty, don't expect magic. You might need to go again. If your car was parked for a week, it should clean it up pretty good.

Good automated car wash. Attendants are always polite and helpful. Wish they had more vacuums and they were more powerful, but I could say the same for any car wash place. Recommended.

Do not use this car wash location. I had the worst customer service experience I've ever had in my life here tonight. The car wash left soap scum all over my car once it dried. I washed my car right before going out of town and came back to find it like this. I went to ask what could be done, and I dealt with the rudest manager I've ever interacted with. He was short, had short blond hair, and appeared to be in his 20s. He wouldn't let me tell him what had happened and immediately began yelling and swearing at me, even using the F-word. Over a $10 car wash. Who treats their customers like that? Even more, who treats a fellow human like that? And what kind of company would employ people without basic human decency and zero communication skills? If someone's hands really were tied how hard would it be to apologize for the unfortunate experience, offer the customer service number, and wish the person well as opposed to interrupting, yelling and screaming at them? I will never go back there again.

So easy to do business here!! Tell the person at the entry what you want and you are off! Clean car and no worries. Not clean enough? Turn around and go through again. So easy. Vacuuming is free

As of 4/26/23 -Simple car wash. Make sure you check the pricing before inserting your card. They usually try to get you to buy the 15 dollar wash instead of the advanced (10 dollar) wash. Vacuums can use an improvement but it's "free". I use air quotes because they bake the cost into the wash 😂

I saw the West Slope location changing the sign for a regular car wash price from $10 up to $12. Same wash, just a 20% increase. The vacuum hoses at 3 of the after-wash slots weren't working or the hoses were missing. The wash and dry tunnel does a very good job.

Not bad except it’s just not very thorough. I just went through and you can still see tons of dirt. This is all loose dirt from driving around in Bend. There is also a lot of water as the dryers only do an okay job. There will be water spots.
