I originally had left a 1 star review for this car / pet wash. We had no hot water for our pup’s bath and I had a problem with getting tokens for the vacuum. However, after speaking with the owner, he explained what had happened to cause the less than desirable experience I encountered. While this particular experience did not go well, I revised my rating to a 5-star because the way the issue was handled was exemplary. Customer Service is key and I am happy with the outcome. Also, I was not offered a refund, freebies or compensation for the revision of this review. It is solely on my own accord and based on my own opinion on how well the resolution was handled.

It is a self serving pet Wash at a car wash and everything you need is right there. The water gets warm (not hot) after a moment of warming up and there's soap, conditioner, and warm air to dry your pets. My first time at a place like this and my dogs and I loved it.

I bought the rainbow wash for $10 dollars. It did not get the dirt off my car. My car looks dull. I ran my finger over the car and dirt was present. I will wash it myself

Hands down the absolute best carwash around!!! Touchless is the way to go unless you wish to ruin your paint. To the clients leaving bad reviews for their cars not getting clean... you have to wash your car more than once every six months 😂. I drive 20 minutes out of my way to come to this wash. I usually see management onsite taking care of things and making sure the bays are clean for the next person. You can tell that this business genuinely cares about customer service. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Very good car wash and excellent customer service. Recently, I made a mistake and paid twice at the self serve station. This was entirely my mistake. My go to car wash. Close to home, always clean and everything working properly! The automatic wash is great if you need it. I normally use the self service bay in the winter to clean the salt/snow off and it’s great to be able to do that and keep my truck somewhat clean during the winter.

This is a great car was as well as its hidden Jewel of being a pet friendly wash as well. It has 3 stalls on the side entrance and you are able to have a room to your self to wash you best friend. Its a great place to wash your pet, the rooms are very large and they have ramps to help you get your pet up on the washing table. It takes 5 coins for 8 minutes of time to start. You have may different options to choose from, you can get soap, shampoo, rinse, and they have an air dryer as well. I highly recommend this place. A person travel about 30 to 45 minutes to get here and it's worth it to me !

Love this car wash and will continue coming here. However, these drive through wash units need some much needed maintenance. Water dripping down onto your car while the dryer runs over and what appears to be mold on the washing unit. Hoping management reads this and addresses the concern as I would like to continue coming to this location. Would be happy to change my rating if I see this addressed. Update- my concerns with the upkeep were addressed. Five Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Just had my car “washed” here. This place used to be great. Now it’s a spray only wash. Does not get your car clean at all. Bird poop still on the car and the windshield is obviously not clean. I bought the most expensive wash at 13 bucks. Still bird poop all over my car. Doesn’t clean your rims at all. Terrible. Will never be back. Plus he has signs all over telling you your paint will be ruined by brushed car wash “ which was excellent” it Will ruin your paint. Well you are admitting then that since you have been in business you have been ruining paint. Trust me, completely awful just go somewhere else. See pictures
