Been there a few times. Seems to be a little high priced. Every time I was in and out very quickly. Even with a line in front of me. I like how little time it takes! My only complaint is that the back bumper is never clean. I've been through with 3 different vehicles and all the same result. If they could eliminate that, car would look beautiful from from front to back!

Chose this car wash because it was noon and they have a helpful discount on Tuesdays before 1pm. First problem happened when the intake computer never asked which wash I wanted or asked for money, it just told me to pull forward and raised the entry bar. So I did move forward and was able to tell the attendant. Neither he nor the manager had any idea what happened but offered to go back to the computer to choose a wash. He took my $20 bill, asked which wash I wanted, and I said the cheapest knowing it should be $5 with the special. When he handed back my change, I was charged $10. Not a big deal, but not the cheapest wash. I just felt a little scammed. The car wash was otherwise fine, had ample vacuums which were free and worked well. They may just need to keep a better eye on their intake process and remind their employees what their Tuesday morning/Thursday evening deals are.

Great wash and great staff. You do have to dry your own car but they offer a 1 time towel club enrollment which I like and prefer. Big bonus - free vaccums.

I had a premium membership for a year. Been going there on Weekly basis never a problem with my bike rack. As of today they said I can no longer go through with a bike rack. I don’t know if it’s a stupid ownership or lack of trained employees or both but that was a horrible experience. Don’t use them!! Go to another area with the same machines never a problem with bike racks

This morning I was stuck in this car wash and midway through everything stopped moving. I put my car in drive as I had no choice and my car was full of soap. The girl that was helping kept me calm and motioned me to go back through after the manager or owner she thought fixed the situation. Second time through went better and she walked along side of my car to help keep me from having a panic attack. I'm a disabled Senior and I have to say I was terrified. I want to thank her. I won't try going here again. Hopefully my car is okay. On the outside it looks undamaged.

I wouldn’t recommend with so many other local options, decent car wash. Unfortunately they have an automatic gate which dumped onto the roof of my car upon exiting and caused a chunk of paint to be removed. I’m not a fan of leaving poor reviews but I feel this is more than necessary.

This is by far the best car wash for monthly plans. One of my issues with doing monthly deals was how often other car washes would close for bad forecasted weather. I just came here on a day we are expecting up to 3 inches of rain, and they are open! For a work truck that needs daily wash this is the best option. They haven't let me down with a closed sign yet.

The Best Car Wash Ever given my car. Right on Main St in Macungie. Very New equipment. NO TOUCH Wash. And FREE VACUUMS !! SO many spots to pull up and use their excellent vacuums self serve. Garbage cans to empty out all your wrappers and empty coffee cups !! Gotta do it Eventually! The stuff piles up on my front floor. Yeah? Wawa every day will cause the pile up!

First and last time using this place. I should’ve known better to go to a car wash that uses brushes. The car wash damaged my vehicle and the manager tried claiming that the damage already started before I went through the wash. Not true. He also stated that they can’t cover the damage because it’s an aftermarket part. Didn’t even offer the overpriced fee back for the car wash. The touch free car wash down the road works much better! PS, the car came out filthy, and the dryers didn’t work.

Okay, you got it fixed, took a while.But it's fixed yay. The one brush is spinning now, but it does not touch your vehicle.So it's basically its not working update, not fixed. The people are great at this car wash. But the owners are not fixing the equipment. You need to fix your equipment and maintain it. So it works when I pay $40 a month for unlimited washes fix your equipment.
