Scheduled an appointment about a couple of days in advance via Google business messaging for a mobile visit. The entire experience was pleasant and quick. They spent about 3.5 hours on 2 cars (one sedan, one SUV) performing clay bar treatment on both of them. Jorge even removed stain on one of the leather seats that I wasn't able to get out myself! Upon completion, I mentioned that I need a receipt. Jorge promptly texted and emailed me the receipt after reaching his shop. Would highly recommend and definitely visit them again in the future.

I've been walking past New Image Autodetail on my lunch break for a while now. I finally stopped in yesterday to ask about their services. Jorge stopped working and answered my questions. He was very professional and polite. I was fortunate he had availability the next day. When he realized our schedules didn't quite align, he offered to come pick up my vehicle and drop it off while I was at work. I requested the Express Wax service for my car. Stopped by and asked Jorge to check out my right side headlight on my 1998 540i that I recently purchased. I asked him if he thought I would have to buy a new headlight or if he could save it. He took a look at it and said no problem that he would be able to take care of it. I asked him what time would be a good time for me to come back and he managed to squeeze me in right then and there, he then got to work on it. Saved me time and money because if he was not able to save it I would have probably have had to go buy two new pairs of headlights to match. Now the car looks 100 times better. Crazy how a simple headlight can mess up the whole look of a car. But Jorge took care of it and the results speak for them self. I don't trust anyone with my cars but I've known and seen the type of cars Jorge works on for about 3 years now and I knew he was going to deliver when he said he was going to take care of it. Thanks Jorge.

The side of my car was badly scratched, and several other shops told me it would take a full day—and even then, they probably wouldn’t be able to remove all the scratches. I brought my car to New Image Auto Detail, and in about two hours it looked like new, with every scratch completely gone. Jorge is a true magician, and I would absolutely recommend New Image AutoDetail to anyone.
