I love this place!!! I feel like for 16 dollars you get a pretty good deal. My car is spotless when I get out of here. I avoid going on busy days because the machine tents to be faster on those days so I notice my car is not as clean. I really enjoy also the fact that they dry your car off as well at no extra charge and the vacuum area to no extra charge as well. I live in Castro valley but I make the trip because I feel so disappointed when I go other places, I spent more money and my car is not as clean. The staff is so friendly too

Nice price. Good staff. No long wait. It’s fast. High power vacuum. Only down side is, you have to buy multiple full paid plan if you have multiple cars. Three cars means three plans, no discount on additional car as others offer.

The service was great. Do not forget to put your car in nuetral when entering the main washer. I love that they provide wipes for your dashboard and car deodorizer. I am new to the self-service vacuum station. I think it is great.

After the car wash. The hood of my car was scratched on multiple spots. I dont know if its from the machine or the people who was pre scrubbing the car before the wash. Probably from the brush touching and collecting debris from the ground. The swirl mark looks so bad.

Great value for a simple and quick car wash. Just make sure you have a good credit card that works cos you gotta self pay at an auto kiosk with no human attendant. The wash was good and drying was quick. I didn’t have to wait. And I plenty of free self serve vacuums so I took my time to clean up inside myself. Oh and the wet wipe they give us good for a wipe down of the dash and other dusty spaces inside. Overall I like this place. Prices are reasonable, it’s quick and the machine does a decent job. Will be back.

the car wash was good but the drying was not, by the time i pulled to the vaccums it left dirty dry spots, he only dried one side of the car???? also the wash left many scratches on the side , front bumper, and back of my car.. this place is good my tires are still shiny and car was too but beware of your paint being scratched and your car not being dried fully..

Had a disappointing experience at Neo Express Car Wash. The wash was rushed, and my car still had dirt and water spots afterward. The vacuums had weak suction, and staff didn’t seem interested in helping. Not worth the price—won’t be coming back anytime soon.

The best automated car wash I’ve ever been to. It’s not perfect, but close enough for the price. For $19, you get the sealant which leaves a slick finish. Their vacuum bays are spacious and vacuums are quiet and powerful. Their monthly packages are worth it if you go more than twice a month. Tesla drivers: put into Car Wash mode. When you pull up and they start to wet the car, put into Free Roll.

Loved this car wash. Was going to do self cash wash, but this is so much better. They lightly scrub the car before the wash and wipe it down after exiting the automated car wash. The free vacuums are an added bonus. Oh! .... and they give a dashboard wipe, too. I think better than most other competitors' carwash. Fast service & the workers smiled & were very pleasant.

Liked this! I like the way they do car wash - not fully automatic but I think this works better and still costs only $12. Best thing is they had vacuum for you to clean up the car. Never seen a car wash with this. Hope they would maintain this quality of service!
