Extremely disappointed in my interaction with this business. Called and made a Saturday morning appointment for a full detail. Showed up for my appointment and there’s not a single person in the business. This was a rainy weekend that everyone knew was happening. I would imagine that a person who owns a business detailing cars would know whether you could detail a car in this weather, but a normal person who doesn’t hear from the business is going to assume that their appointment is still standing unless they are called. Well I never got a call so I got up on my day off to bring my car in for my appointment to find nobody on site. Tried calling the number on google (where it says the business opens at 8:00am and is listed OPEN because it’s after 8:30am) and my call went straight to voicemail. The owner calls back and says they didn’t know if anyone was going to show up because of the weather. But if we want to leave the car there with nobody on site he would show up and detail it later, yeah, no thank you. A two minute phone call to confirm or reschedule in advance would have helped a lot. Now I’ll won’t be back, nor will my boyfriend or best friend who both planned to make an appointment after they saw how mine went. So many reviews talking about professionalism, definitely did not see that in my interaction.

This was my first time having a car detailed and the folks here did not disappoint. They managed to get me in the day after I called and I was able to drop the car off the night before. The car I had done is my dad's and the interior was absolutely disgusting so they definitely had their work cut out for them. They did an amazing job on it! They were even nice enough to stay a half hour past their closing time to get it done. If you're looking to get your car detailed, I'd highly recommend bringing it here :) Also make sure to bring cash! I found out when I went to pick up the car that they don't take card so I had to make a quick trip to an atm. Worth it, though!

So so happy!! My dog decided to poop in our brand new car and we have the seats with holes in them so it got embedded in and thank goodness they fit me in the same day for a detailing. Owner drove me home, which was super nice. I’m so impressed on the detailing job they did and it’s smells amazing. Great business and only $25 to do an exterior hand wash. Thank you so much Kelvin, great business, will be taking my other car here sometime.

For $250, I certainly did not expect to still find dirty areas throughout the car. The back of the car was especially neglected, and after having the car the entire day, I expected more. I will be looking elsewhere for a full detail next time.

I went to Auto Bath in tears because I couldn’t get this to come off I didn’t know what it was I just knew it wouldn’t come off. From the time I walked in they knew what it was and how to get it off. It was closing time so they offered to come pick my car up as I would be working the next day and he came bright and early and picked my girl up. When I went to pick her up I almost cried not only did the outside look brand new but so did the inside I mean there wasn’t a spot missed, I mean candy from my kid that I tried my hardest to get out they were able to get out, and it smelled so good. I’m overly satisfied. I didn’t get before of the inside but listen It was terrible and they did a dang good job.

Kelvin quoted $75, when we got there he bumped the price up to $225. He told us they would wash it get all the bugs off get rid of all the dirt and grime clean the undercarriage clean the grills. It would look like brand new. The entire front end was not touched. They messed up one of the seats. Everything out of the console, and crammed in the center box. I was trying to help a friend out by making this appointment, and I will never do that again. They did not have any problem charging her the $225. But the job they did wasn't even worth the original $75. they were really disappointing. Plus when we got there Kelvin was gone, and nobody spoke English.

Prompt reply, excellent service, friendly owner and staff, and a great result. My car hadn't been cleaned in a very l o n g time due to the pandemic mostly. The interior desperately needed to be cleaned. I could hardly breath for the dust inside! While visiting family in Kenosha I decided to see what auto detailers existed near by. I called Auto Bath Hand Washing on Thursday and brought the car in on Friday. They drove me back home and came to pick me up when the job was finished. I was thrilled. My little blue Subaru almost looks like new....not bad for an 18 year old car. My rims look great! I highly recommend Auto Bath to locals and out of towners.

My car was atrocious — we use my car to transport our shedding lab mix, so my seats and carpet are always covered in dog hair. I’ve never had my car detailed or seats shampooed in the 6 years I’ve had it. IT LOOKS BRAND NEW. So very happy with the service I received and would 1000% recommend/go back again.

Every window, screen and outside trim of my car looks like the photo. So streaky and foggy - it looks like they plopped a rag in a bucket of water to clean them. Only took the two women 2.5 hours to “detail and wax.” (Note the owner I communicated with was never there when I dropped off or picked up). $250 wasted. Reached out to the previously very responsive owner with these photos and got no response. Do not go here unless you want to pay someone again to do it right.

I called on a Thursday and asked if they had any availability on Saturday. They immediately scheduled me for that Saturday at 8am. They were extremely friendly and even called the day before giving me the option to drop the car off the night before so I didn’t have to worry about it the next morning! I have a pitbull-husky mix and he has just been malting in clumps all over my SUV and it had proven impossible to get the hair out myself with my home vacuum. They had it back to me in three hours. It looked incredible and the price was extremely reasonable. Will definitely be making quarterly visits here! I already have 3 friends that plan to make appointments. Kelvin picked up my vehicle and dropped it back off. I gave him a doozie!! Trust me. There was more or less 7 years of dog hair collected and never had it been detailed. My vehicle was dropped back off looking and smelling amazing!! He was very courteous and kind and I will definitely go back to him as well as speak volumes of accolades pertaining to his work. You will not be disappointed. I wish I had more before photos to attest to all of the hair and build up but the after photos you can see for yourself - the work is impeccable! This place is absolutely amazing! I brought in my dad‘s truck (Which was absolutely filthy because he works outside and basically the entire interior was coated in mud and dust …… It even had a dirty smell to it). I just went and picked it up and opened the truck door to look at what kind of job they did and it literally looks like it’s a brand new vehicle. I honestly cannot even believe it. The owner, Kelvin (I may have spelled that wrong) was the friendliest down to earth person ever & his staff was all amazing. Five stars all the way… If I could double it to 10, I would!
