Stopped at Bond auto parts in Hooksett several times in the past year and not once left with what I needed !!! So just do yourself a favor and run down to Dow St. in Manchester to Sanel Auto Parts, the guys there and the inventory far surpass the small town stores #my time is to valuable.

I usually depend on Sanels to get the heavy duty truck parts I need for 3 different companies I perform maintenance for. Today, they let me.down. After I have them the part number, they simply told me they couldn't help.

Out of all the NAPA's I've been to and dealt with, this is the best and busiest one. Michelle in Salisbury is the best parts person I've ever dealt with. If it's out there she'll find it. Even parts they dont have in stock they get them very quickly. Most cases the next day if its not in stock. Love doing business with her

I like Sanel I have an older car an 1989 and I often have a hard time finding parts Sanel most always has them. I have been using them for years and in the 15 years I had 1 minor problem which was small a mix up on a order. They made it right had the part to me later that day. They provide excellent customer service, they know there stuff. I highly recommend them. What would make me give a 5 star is a online website. Please catch up with technology Sanel's.

Dave behind the paint counter was very helpful with high customer service. I needed a custom spray can color mixed and was not familiar with how this works. In spite of the phone ringing off the hook and he being the only guy there, he delivered very high customer service with a positive upbeat attitude. He took his time to explain my options and help me have the tools to make an informed decision. Retail doesnt always go this way so whoever is managing the place knows how to choose a good staff member with Dave. Recommended!

I went to buy car paint for my car. I gave them the color code. When I picked it up, I went to try it on my car, the paint looked so much different. I came back to the store, and I asked for a refund. He said that is not returnable. Also, the customer service was awful. I don't recommend you to buy car paint from them.

The guys in the store that I dealt with were all very helpful and knowledgeable. Very careful and sure to make sure that I had the right starter for my truck. Nothing worse than going home with the wrong part. He triple checked everything and made sure I was good to go. I would recommend this store to anyone looking for anything automotive related.

Best staff of any auto parts store, period. They will spend the time to make sure you're getting what you need, and have no problem darting out to check inventory and show you parts before purchasing. No gimmicks and prices are surprisingly good compared to other places and they seem to have multiple options for just about everything.

I purchased a battery from them last year under warranty, and when I returned because it stopped working, they refused to replace it and didn’t even bother to inspect it. The front desk representative was extremely rude throughout the interaction. I recommend going to Walmart or O’Reilly’s instead. I will not be returning.
