They couldn’t provide me the service I needed but jumped my car so I could get to the shop and then called ahead to let the shop know I was coming. Then while I was being jumped he came outside to let me know that shop was down a guy but he called another shop just a bit further up the road and they are expecting me. I didn’t spend a penny but the service was beyond anything I expected!!

Went to Napa and ordered some rotors at a good price for my back brakes they were available to pick up the next morning and Justin call me right away to let me know that they were in. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong ones and got front rotors. I lost my receipt but they gave me my refund anyways. If I need car parts again I'll be returning to Napa. Hopefully I'll get the order right next time. Great customer service!!!

I came here for a doordash order. It is required that we have a picture of the customer holding the order or we can lose our jobs..I lost mine. Cassie or whoever she is, was RUDE. She said she wasn't going to take a picture and that someone else did it and to be on my way. I just took a picture of the order and left but I lost my job anyways. She shouldn't even work there with that attitude and I am so disappointed.

Purchased an alternator online ship to home, for the simple fact that under the return of used core it specifically stated I could bring to any store located on store locater. Went in very polite and was told I have to ship it to NAPA, I said my email says I can return it to any store and proceeded I can show them. Was cut off and told its company policy. I said it is not and got nothing but zero help from East side location. Called west side, explained it. they said of course you can return used core items to any store in the box it came in. I believe this location was just so arrogant to listen to me and assumed I wanted to return a new one even though I said used core many times. I guess its just to hard for people behind a desk to listen and help customers. I will only go to west side NAPA now, thanks for showing terrible customer service and wasting my TIME AND GAS to have to go to a store that actually listens and helps
