The management and team of this store is awesome. They know their parts and how to give great customer service. I've been doing business with this store for years now and will not go anywhere else. If they don't have the part, they will go out of their way to get it quick. Great quality parts and even better quality service. Go here if you want to deal with professional auto parts specialists and want a refreshing experience instead of the always rediculous Advance Auto/O'Reilly's/AutoZone who couldn't tell you blinker fluid from transmission fluid... Thanks for the help over the years guys/gals!

very rude and unprofessional. I ordered 388 dollars in parts was told they were at the warehouse and would be ready at 9:30 am i said i'l be in at 10:30. i came in at 11:20 am no parts. was told the warehouse has messed up a lot lately . asked if i could get them i was rudely told the warehouse parts are in but other stores had my parts and they would be in later now 1230 no parts. You deserve to lose all you'r business to online competitors if i have to wait any way also orileys has thee part in stock cheaper so enjoy your charge back

(edited in update below in response to NAPA's inquiry) The NAPA brand marine battery on my newly manufactured boat went dead the last week of June 2017. The manufacturer date on the side of the battery is March 2017, but they won't do anything about it since the boat manufacturer was the original purchaser. Mark, the manager, won't even take the battery back so the Clinton, Iowa store near the manufacturer can replace it for them. I've escalated to the district operations manager and will see where it goes. Since I want a working boat this 4th of July, I ended up purchasing a replacement at Advanced Auto parts. In short, NAPA found an excuse to not stand behind its three month old defective product, and it was $92 out of my pocket to have usable equipment. Edit: I escalated to NAPA's District Operations Manager and with the help of my boat manufacturer was able to resolve the issue. In the end I had to return the battery to my local NAPA and the Clinton, Iowa NAPA will credit my manufacturer the amount I paid to Advance Auto for a new one. My boat manufacturer is writing me a check for what I paid Advance Auto. It didn't need to be this hard. Lesson learned - stay away from the SE14th NAPA Auto Parts. Mark (the manager) is decidedly not helpful. Everyone else in the process, including those in his own company, didn't get why he didn't just fix the issue. This issue has been resolved, with the SE14th NAPA store dragging its heels throughout the process. Without intervention of my boat manufacturer, I would not have been able to get a refund for the battery I purchased so I could have a working boat during the holiday weekend. For this reason alone, I leave the review at one star. I have also sent an email to the customer service address in the "Response from the owner" reply to this post, to ensure that any understanding between them and I is crystal clear.
