Soap brush wasn’t working right and both of the vacuums didn’t have signs saying out of service so it took my money twice. Good way to make free money.

Avoid at all costs! No soap in the self-wash bays. The auto wash machine doesn't take coins and ate $2 - refund button doesn't work no help panic button. This place should be shut down

I like to use the 10 minute wash it cost $3 and I usually do 5 minutes scrubbing with the brush and then 5 minutes rinsing with the hose and my car is thoroughly cleaned.

This car wash is pretty convenient and I don't think I've ever had to wait for a self service bay. Occasionally, soap will run out or the change machine will break and no one notices for a while, but it's good, otherwise.

First of all it was a pain in the butt to center our vehicle so it would activate the wash. My husband had to drive in and out numerous times to activate the machine. Then for the rinse cycle just a trickle of water came out. And even though we paid to have our vehicle air dried, we had to drive off with a wet car! Apparently the air dry feature doesn’t work!!!! Lastly, this machine did a horrible job on our vehicle. It completely missed the center of the car on both sides.

Car wash did not work. I paid, pulled in, it sprayed my car with water and that was it. Sat there and waited. Tried pulling up then backing up, nothing happened. Tried calling the # listed and screeches like a fax #. Horrible experience and total waste of money. Had to go across town for a wash.

I went for the complete wash on 24th and state in Erie, PA. Received a light spray and nothing else. It was very upsetting. They do not have a way to be contacted, only a fax machine. I want a refund. If I could give a zero, they would receive it. Don't go

A Few Issues with this Car Wash... This review is specifically about the automatic wash - not the self server bays. First issue: I used a charge card to pay the wash and it took quite a long time to confirm the charge - maybe ninety seconds to two minutes. Not so bad in the summer probably but with my window open and a freezing breeze blowing in was a notable inconvenience. Next, it isn't terribly obvious where you are supposed to center your car - I admit this is probably just me not paying attention but I had to back out and try again - something I've never had to do at any other wash. Next, it is pretty tight in the stall. Not sure it would take a large vehicle. And finally.... No dryer. Not even as an option. Again - not so bad in the summer but it was freezing so the water ended up freezing on my car.

Don’t use touchless car wash unless you want your car to get scratched!!! The space is to thin and it’s impossible to get in there correctly. On top of that, the most limited package literally didn’t clean my car.

Worst car wash I’ve literally ever been to. I could piss more dirt off of my truck than that pressure washer could ever remove. Put in 5$ used about 30 seconds worth of time and left.

Not very clean and I don’t think any of the settings like wax or foam worked. Leaky handle dripped all over my shoes.
