Terribly maintained! 1 garbage can for all vacuum areas. Had to move my car 3 times. 1 vacuum ate my coins. Next Turbo vacuum only took tokens. Tried to get tokens and all sold out. So moved to the 3rd vacuum. Finally worked, no trash can near it. Did the self car wash. No brush. So tried to use the soap wash spray! NO soap at all! So basically could of saved the $10 and used my shop vac and garden hose & it would of been a better experience! Now I get to go wash my car again! Thumbs down! That's what I get for trying a new place!

Not a terrible experience, wasn't a fan of the constant wet dog smell while doing my laundry but I obviously understood the reason for it. Change machine outside didn't work and the parking lot is a pothole-ridden disaster. I did like the ability to swipe my card for tokens, just wish there was a little more seating inside.

I love this place to do laundry! You cannot use regular coins in the washers or dryers they have a machine where you put money in and get tokens which is okay and the washers and dryers wash very well and they also have a place where you can bring your dog and give your dog a bath. Wow! When you're washing your clothes you can wash your car or have it done automatically. I enjoy going here and all the machines seem to work well never had a problem yet. Very friendly girl runs the laundromat and was very helpful one day when I had I needed to be tokens. I don't know what her name is but there is also a man that comes in and cleans up and takes care of thingstoo.... who is very friendly. Much better than the place I went to before I found this one. I would recommend no one go there because I would like to keep it all to myself just kidding.

One self wash bay. Another for the automation. Plus a laundromat

The laundry mat was very clean, but even though the dog wash area is seperate all I could smell was wet dog. There's 3 of the really big Maytag washers there which ranges from $6.50-$7.50/load or the normal size washers start at $2.25. Dryers are 25¢ for 5 minutes, but seemed to take forever drying. My biggest issue with this place is that I gathered all my quarters up from home to do laundry just to find out the washers & dryers take tokens only! It wouldn't have been so bad if they had a machine that exchanges quarters for tokens, but they don't. You can buy tokens with $ or a card. Quarters can be used for the car wash only & vacuuming out your car! There's free WiFi, a bathroom and vending machine.

Works well, but the tokens will not get accepted into the automated wash. **Edit made it 5 stars after rebuttal.

Price isn't bad and the convience of 24/7 is very nice. I've had dryers burn some of my fleece blankets on med heat though. I do like I can use my card to get tokens. It is a busy place so the machines tend to break a lot. And some machines have flaws but still work. Wish the drink machine took card.

1 Vacuum cleaner would not accept money, the other one had money stuck on the slot and could not be used. Then I used the Vacuum attached to the machine where you can clean carpets because it would accept my money and when I picked you the Vacuum the hose was broken off from the head of the Vacuum. I left to go to another car wash!

We used the self service dog wash today for the first time and will definitely be going back! For $10 you can’t beat it. The 24/7 availablity was the best part.

It's a nice small dog wash. Dryer is pretty powerful and gets your pup dry fairly quickly. I wish the tubs provided a leash that clips to the dogs collar. They have hooks but you have to bring your own clip. Also the sign says it charges cards $10 for 10 minutes. Then $1 every minute after. I did exactly 15 minutes but my card was charged $20. Hate when places charge a little extra thinking people won't notice.

Location is great.. the 3-in-1 (laundry, dog and car wash) works great if you want to multi-task. It's cheaper than most places. Not too busy. The dog wash is convenient and designed to keep the dog contained and you dry. The ONLY cons would be that they don't have a lot of washers and most are for smaller loads so another industrial one in replace of older/broken ones would be perfect AND.... that the wet dog smell when you open the door smacks you directly in your gag reflux. The dog wash is in the middle of the three. They all have their own entrances but you can still smell that wet dog while you do laundry. It can be overwhelming.

This is the worst laundromat around. They never ever clean their machines nor do they ever service them.

The prices are a little on the higher side, and there aren't a whole lot of washers. However, their equipment is higher quality than typical laundromats. It's a convenient little plaza set up that offers both a self serve and automatic carwash with vacuums/shampooers out front, and even 2 indoor dogwashing units! -- Which I consider to be the highlighting service offered -- I was going to give 3 stars, because the washers and dryers use exclusive tokens that you have to buy. It's kinda cool, but at the same time people are just trying to use their spare change to wash a few loads of laundry.. Just use quarters please. (I should note that some machines do take regular quarters)

Machines are perfect for giant dogs! Worth every penny and my go to for all winter washing for my Irish Wolfhound. He's 185 lbs and fits in there just fine!

The nice part about this place is the new air blower/dryer. No more wet seat after washing the bike. The pre soak and rinse was able to remove all of the bugs from my trip. Would use again.

Lazy, careless ownership. this place is a disaster. The pictures on Google from 5-7 years ago dont do the place justice. This laundromat used to be great, my favorite spot in erie actually. but it’s completely fallen apart. Most of the washers are broken, and the ones that arent broken, stip running half way through. There are signs posted above the washers saying not to overload them... so they clearly know the machines are unreliable. It’s June, and despite “new machines coming in May” signs plastered everywhere, not a single new unit has appeared. I lost money on a washer that errored mid-cycle and left my clothes soaking wet. And apparently two pairs of jeans and a few shirts is “overloading” a commercial washer? Come on. I called the help number on the building four times. No answer. No voicemail. Just endless ringing. No one is monitoring it, which tells you everything you need to know about how this place is run. Then there's a cute little sticker on the back door that says "if you have problems try can call or email, and someone will show up in 15 minutes, but probably not so you will have to pay a second time and hope we ever return your call or email for a refund" The car wash is even worse. I paid $14 for the top-tier wash. It lasted under 4 minutes and left soap and scum all over my car. The air dryers are strategicallyplaced to ensure your clean car gets blasted with all the dirt the nozzels are pointed at in the damn parking lot. Only one vacuum is functional, and they removed all the trash cans, so you can’t even clean your car out. It’s a joke. Emptying the trash must have been too much work. The dog wash area is disgusting. It reeks of mildew and dirty animals. It’s hard to breathe in there. The whole place is filthy, sticky detergent on the machines, overflowing trash in the restroom, no soap, no mirror, and clearly no cleaning being done at all. There's literally an inch thick mat of old animal hair on top of the dog wash machines. They use a token system supposedly to make things “easier,” but it’s obviously just a way to force card payments and avoid dealing with coin boxes. The vending machines are full of faded, dusty products that look like they’ve been sitting untouched for years. They knocked down a wall to toss in some new dryers, but when 80% of the washers are broken, what’s the point? This place has become a cash-grab pit of neglect. No staff, no maintenance, no care. I’ve seen the same dirty blanket on the floor for a MONTH. Nobody cleans. Nobody fixes anything. The owners are completely checked out. Honestly, what is so hard about putting in a little bit of work to clean the place? Like come on its a self serve facility. All you need to do is clean and maintain the damn place. I’m done. Go to Laundry on Pine Ave instead. Top teir machines, better prices, and actual staff that keeps the place spotless and an actual enjoyable place to be. Seems like the only person who does care, is the person who stocks the claw machine. Always great little prizes in there!

My absolute favorite laundromat in town!! One stop shop for everything. Always well lit, clean, machines aren’t bad, and 95-100% of them always work. Also love the little table they have because it’s the perfect spot to do work or read while you wait. Carts are a nice size, wheels work, folding tables are also always clean. The automatic wash works well, you get what you pay for with any automatic wash. Would recommend to anyone!

There was toilet paper in the washer that someone left I unfortunately put my coins in before checking the washer 8.50 so I cleaned it out and used it because it will not give you the coins back after you put them in... I than went to vacuum my veichle and the vacuum took my money.. I reached out to management I felt like I sent enough proof to get my money reimbursed instead they questioned me like they were the FBI...I decided to just give up and take the $9.50 loss, who wants to waste days going back and fourth over $9.50 they should of did the right thing after viewing the cameras...they wasted enough of my time going back and fourth with me through text...I finally texted them back and told them to forget about it. 🙄...On top of this the bathroom was disgusting & my nose burned from the smell....I went another day seen someone spilled soap on top of one of the washers went back 4 days later and it was still there...now im questioning if they even clean. VERY POOR MANAGEMENT.

Even though its one of my go to car washes (its close by), this place seems to have very poor management. The self wash bay is almost always out of clear coat and spot free rinse, which is disappointing. The automatic is OK. Decent value.
