I stopped by today, because I have been busy and have not had a chance to clean my car for around a couple months. I really like to keep my car clean and chose the SUD'S CERAMiC. I am so glad I did that. When I took my girlfriend out to dinner, she was complimenting me and saying how clean my car looks and I am probably taking her car over there now. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could. Superb customer service, including Stavoros one of the owners who gives top of the line customer service and the cleaning is outstanding! Totally recommend!!!

I recently moved back to the area, and came back to re-join this car wash and realized it was under new ownership, so I was really excited because I have had issues with the old ownership in the past. What a difference it was, the staff was so friendly and helpful getting me sign up for my membership. Today I came back to a 2nd time since re-joining and I did my regular drive thru wash and opted to do the express was and interior clean and I am so happy I did. Harold, the attendant who clean my car, did such and incredible job and really went the extra mile while cleaning my car. He buffed out some scratches in my car’s paint, he lifted stains on the cloth interior and made my car smell great and shine as bright as new inside and out. His service was incredible, and you could tell he really cared about my car. I am so happy I rejoined this car wash, the new ownership is great , and if you get the upgrade wax and interior, ask for Harold, he is the best.

I brought my car in last Saturday to have it washed inside, it's a new car so it's not much work, but the seats had the peanut crumbs that we had been eating on them and everything was still the same, I was in such a hurry that I couldn't stop to complain, overall it was a very poor cleaning, and I regret it because I live in the area which is why I got the membership but the service left a lot to be desired. I hope they improve because I love the fact that they are so close to my house.

BEST DETAILING I HAVE EVER RECEIVED! I have been searching for years for a service in Florida that meets my standards and Mr Suds went above and beyond my expectations! Not a crumb of dust left, removed years of dirt and dog hair. If I could leave 10 stars I would!!

Great location and decent wash, but the management is exceptionally rude. I guess they close earlier than I thought, but the manager's way of delivering that news was to angrily approach me while vacuuming my car (literally had only been there for two minutes) to tell me they were about to close. About 30 seconds later, he Turned my vacuum off. I literally had 30 seconds left of vacuuming a small pile of sand. I asked him for a refund of the cash I had just paid and was told that there was no way they could refund my cash. I had to argue for five minutes to get 30 seconds more of vacuum time. I was being extra calm, as was the other employee. The manager is obviously a hothead. I didn't realize car wash managers make so much money that they can Be aggressive towards customers. There are about 10 more car washes within a few blocks of this place. Next time, I'll choose a friendlier business.

Just went there for there special normal price $30 I paid $16 my car was still dirty my rims dirty I had to vacuum myself and dry I had to finish cleaning my car myself not worth the price

Spent 45 on a premium wash and alot of the important things that needed to be wiped down were left there. I had pointed out 4 different obvious spots that needed attention and it was still subpar. Additionally, my car was left with a large scratch about 12 inches long on the passenger rear fender. Won’t be returning, not worth what I was charged, the lack of attention and the damage caused after my visit.

Horrible. You’re better off buying your own wash kit, or finding the real deal auto detailing guys that really spend time with your vehicle. You are definitely throwing away $25-30 a month to pass your car through a machine and if you pay for premium wasting another $20 for some guy to shimmy himself around your vehicle and missing every important detail! Waste of money, time and effort!

I've been going there at least twice a week for premium wash for over a year...I go there and my entrance doesn't work which I paid for....I complain to staff of issue they say I'm not in the system and someone else is using my phone number...they rejected me and my entrance with saying they will call me and never did. The little guy that said he will call said he is the owner ..that is bad business for someone that was a loyal monthly customer. If it's a system problem please let me know if not your system sucks!

Literally just left the car wash, tires still dirty, food still on the ground of my car. Not to mention they didn’t even open the back and vacuum it out. For $42.00 the back should have been vacuum. Not pleased and I won’t be returning. I’ll just drive up to SR7.

I got decent washes here before including details. This last time I arrived, they apparently had a glitch in their system and couldn’t move the lines opening the gates. Instead of informing the people waiting, one attendant was casually speaking to a customer without concern for the growing line and, the other thought it was a smart idea to move the line by calling the cars that arrived last to jump in front of who was waiting longer. Just STUPID! Unprepared employees will kill your business. I backed up and left. 2 others, did the same!

On Monday July 15th 2024 at about 2pm i came to this establishment to have my car washed. I am a member here and have been for the last 3 months since i have moved here. This particular car wash one of the brushes caught my right side mirror and ripped it off the car, Along with my antenna. I met with the manager of the store who showed absolutely no remorse or empathy and stated “that’s not our problem”. Shortly after i cancel my subscription at the establishment and i say to the employee “be careful taking your cars through here my car was left damaged” just trying to inform them to maybe take different precautions then i did. And the female employee states “get over it, that’s not our problem”. It is safe to say, i won’t be coming back to this car wash, and i strongly suggest you all avoid it as well.

Went by chance to the Dania pointe Mr suds. Not expecting much for just a quick exterior wash only. I was extremely surprised and pleasantly surprised. Joseph there is a true professional. I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but my experience at Mr. Suds Express Car Wash was so unpleasant that I feel like people should know. The owner accused me of not paying, which made no sense because you have to make a payment for the gate to even open. There’s literally no way to get in without paying. I even showed him the pending charge on my debit card, and instead of understanding, he said, “It doesn’t have a date.” Of course it doesn’t — it’s pending! What really bothered me wasn’t just the mix-up, but how rude and unprofessional the owner was. He actually used profanity while talking to me about it. That’s not how you treat customers. And when I mentioned that the wash cost $25, his response was, “It’s only $25.” Honestly, that comment really stuck with me. In this economy, every dollar matters — especially when it’s money people work hard to earn. It was a horrible experience from start to finish, and I wouldn’t recommend anyone spend their money here.

I had went to this place and had a tough time getting my car on track and subsequently my 2025 Chevy Equinox was damaged and on the top there are these swirls of scratches where the rollers left damages to my vehicle; paint was cracked and my car was badly damaged for $19.00 and I could have manually washed my self for less; I would advised people to not use this car wash because they don't care about patrons only your money; you are better to find a place who does it manually than the machine

The worst experience ever it’s like your throwing 40$ in the leak this just example my car 2026 crv and I decided to try them and I get my car back after 10 minutes exactly the just do vacuum inside and that’s it even not good when I get to my car I have to close the doors and the trunk by myself to drive off and my car smell like weed I have kids I even don’t smoke cigarettes and I get it back smelling weed so unprofessional disappointed

THIEF ALERT!!! Please do not use this business. They stole $150 from me. I had their monthly membership and they accidentally took three extra payments out of my bank account. I talked to the owner, Stavros, about it. He was very weird, would not look me in the eye, had no concern for my loss, and tried to avoid the subject by telling me I had to call a number. When you call the number you get an AI answering bot and can only leave a message. So I mailed Stavros bank statements showing the extra charges. Someone called me back leaving a message that they had received my statements but that was the last I heard from these people, even after I left several follow up messages. That was two months ago. I was a loyal customer and the owner's response to my problem was to steal from me. Since I have lost my money it may be some minor consolation if I can cause this sad business to lose some money too, so if you would consider using a different car wash that will give me some form of satisfaction I guess. Thank you for reading this. And since this happened I have found much better car washes in the area!!
