I always go to this location to get my car detailed whenever I’m on that side of town. I have been trying to speak with management after coming there last week and the young boy stole my credit card out my car and tried using it the same day he stole it. My credit card company had alerted me trying to see if that was me using it for the charge that was pending. Before I went and got my car detailed my purse tip over in my car and I thought I picked up all my credit cards that failed out my purse. Just that one card that was under my seat apparently was left behind. I found owner number online to report that the boy stole out my car. The owner responded back to my text and told me he going to call me in a minute and I said ok. Never called that day. But he called my phone back the next day which I missed the called , I returned the call back within 15 minutes after missing the call . Never answered or returned my call. I’m assuming he didn’t mean to call that number. I love supporting my black owned business but when it’s time to conduct business they don’t want to handle it in a professional way. I will not return to this location because they have workers there that will steal out your car and they don’t seem to care about it or try to address the situation properly. Be careful taking your car here they literally taking things out your car while you sitting back waiting for your vehicle to get finish.

I give this place 4 stars due to them doing a good job on my car. The only reason I haven’t gave them 5 stars because. I wish the owner would do better with his staff. the way they present themselves, they don’t greet you, some, not all have a blunt in there mouth while servicing you. They all need T-Shirt uniforms to represent the company in a better way. Appearance is always important . Speak life into these boys because they look like they all have low energy and moving at their own super slow pace. Just saying, no judgement here, I just would like to see my brothers do better and be Great.

Probably one of the worst experience of my life. Very rude and unprofessional people. Place of work was dirty and smelly. Towels were NOT fully cleaned. Also, they do not take credit card. ONLY CASH, which tells you what type of business they have. I brought my new car and they scratched while putting wax on it since they did not have the right machine to do it. I WILL NEVER USE THEIR SERVICES AGAIN!

That Car Wash place is not the same nomore they have cracked head up there wash car they do a horrible job this is the second time I bought my car up there and my was still look dirty inside & out bring back the old people who used to work up there and the guy who used to run it because they not doing an good at all

Requested an inside and out cleaning with shampoo for my carpets… the job was ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!!!! $40 + $8 tip. I wouldn’t come back here even if it was free! I don’t know the mans name who ”cleaned” my car, he needs to be fired or trained immediately. I drove off and the sunlight hit my car revealing the work that was done. I was in complete disbelief…..My seats were not wiped down properly my packet of gum was soaked from it, my dashboard was ABSOLUTELY NOT CLEANED. He never touched my doors nor my center console nor my dashboard nor the radio or around it nor the back where the rear windows are. My car was not vacuumed properly. I had to return and have him wipe it down. He was angry and claims he did which I found disrespectful. Even his colleague helped him “clean” what he hadn’t touched at all. He didn’t even clean the windshield part where leaves get trapped. Even with extra help my car was still dusty. I’m getting upset just writing this….I’d clean my car with my tongue before I return here. I’d give this service 0 stars!!!!

I drive on this lovely Thursday morning from Pembroke Pines where I live just to come to get my car washed by these gentleman but today when I arrived at 8am the gates was still chained up just thought they was running late so I left did two of my errands.Business hours say from 8am to 6:30.I came back at 10:15am gates where still chained up this is very unprofessional this makes the business look bad.However I was informed by one of the guys that (jay) will be coming within 45mins to an hour to unlock the gates this is ridiculous.I’m actually waiting to get my car washed caused i adorable the service here but not today I’m not feeling it.

Man, I don't get why people are giving this place 4 and 5 stars. They charged me 35 bucks, cash only, for a half-assed job inside and out. Even threw in a 5 dollar tip, and the guy still left the inside dirty. And don't even get me started on the outside - water spots everywhere. I'll post some pics soon to show you what I mean. On top of all that, the place is in a super ghetto area, and I could smell weed the whole time. Should've just left when I saw that, but it's on me for staying.
