I've been a member for roughly 2 yrs. Great place! I see familiar employee faces, very accommodating. Towels and cleaners are usually pretty well stocked, extras upon request! Gets a little busy at times but well managed. Would recommend!

I recently visited the Mr. Clean Car Wash and had an extremely disappointing interaction with an employee named Joshua. From the moment I pulled up, he was unfriendly and dismissive, barely acknowledging me and rushing through the process without any explanation or courtesy. When I asked a simple question about my membership options, he responded in a rude and condescending tone, making me feel like I was an inconvenience rather than a paying customer. This left such a sour taste that I seriously considered canceling my membership on the spot it's unacceptable for a service-oriented business to tolerate this kind of attitude. I won't be returning anytime soon and suggest management address this issue before losing more loyal customers.

To be fair, my car has a lot of tree sap on it. Thus is the reason I brought it to the car wash. When I finished running the car through there was still a ton of tree sap on it. After vacuuming and wiping down the interior I asked the manager if he would allow me to run the car through a second time to see if we could get more off and I was refused. I feel like I paid $27.00 on a premium wash for nothing. Updated: just as I hit send on my previous review the manager came out and looked at the car. He did allow me to run the car through again. He tried very hard to get the dirt off. So I would like to give credit where it's due. I have never been to a car wash where they refused a second wash if the first didn't do the job. That I feel is a poor policy.

Weird set up and limited staff. Tried to show the front of wash tunnel worker dried birdshit on the roof of my car even tipped him $5.00, but birdshit remained after wash. There are better services in the area at the same or better price. Try Big Dan's.

This is a good car wash. i love that they have a mat cleaning sink, two types of vacuum head at each stall, an air hose, rags, trash cans, and cleaner. The staff is always super friendly and does a good job trying to brush the car clean prior to entering the car wash. My only complaint is that I pay for an unlimited membership but can't drive through more than once a day. This frustrates me because I only go there to wash my car about once a month, and sometimes the car is super dirty, and I want to drive through twice. Since I paid for it, I should be able to use it.

My Santa Fe was not very dirty to begin with. I felt it needed a deep wash and good wax on before summer. I paid for the platinum full service wash. After going through once, I showed the attendant that many areas were not very clean. He agreed and sent it through a second time. There are still missed areas. The final finish looks good, but the cleaning aspect is weak. Seems like the high price is for the fancy color lighting effects.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at MR Clean Car Wash. Joshua, one of the staff members, was incredibly unfriendly and outright rude during my visit. His lack of professionalism made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable, to the point where I’m seriously considering canceling my membership. The service quality did not justify the attitude I encountered, and I expected much better customer service from a business like this. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone based on this experience.

I started my monthly car wash subscription about six weeks ago. I was having trouble with using the app. A young man named Mekhai (I apologize for misspelling, or if I remembered his name incorrectly) came out immediately and helped train me in how the license scanners work. Then I asked about the military discount, which he immediately processed for me after professionally and politely asking for my military ID. Here is the reason for my review: I am the service manager for the entire continent of North America for a medical device manufacturer located in Nuremberg Germany. I KNOW what good customer service looks and sounds like. It is not the "services" that Mekhai provided me that was impressive. It was HOW he provided them. His display of calm competent knowledge, his treating me with incredible respect, and his entire interaction with me left me VERY IMPRESSED. This young man is definitely management "material". If Mr. Clean Car Wash is looking for management quality personnel, you should look no further than this young man. If I had an opening in my business, I would have offered him a position. I will add that I have been EXTREMELY satisfied with the car wash itself, my car looks phenomenal! I wash every week here in Oxford and have ALWAYS had a GREAT experience! Richard C.
