Gave a text reminder of our appointment which as a mother of two is extremely helpful because I lost track of the days. Came on time. They were super polite and just got to work. Having two children of course my back seat was a mess and now my car looks brand new inside. Definitely worth every penny. If you’re on the fence don’t be!

I asked him before he came to my home, a price to detail my car. He said he had to see in person. I asked him again when he arrived. He told me $100. I said go ahead, and do the second coat. When they were done, he told me $650. I felt lied to, and ripped off. If you hire them, get a price in writing before they start any work!!! Lessons learned. Bad experience

Kevin, is very professional, on time, organized and affordable. My car was dirty and it had been smoked in. Due to my father being ill I wanted the smell gone as much as possible because, I have little time left with him. When I take him somewhere I didn't want it to smell like an ashtray. Kevin was neat, kind and as I said before very professional. He only uses the best products. He got out all the stains I could see even though he said some he couldn't but I didn't see them. Kevin is top dog to me in the auto detailing. He has been doing this for years. My carpet also noted we're not wet after he was done. He also put just as all professionals due the paper floor mat down. I am telling you he is the best. Thanks so much Kevin for everything. I am also going to look into juicing for my father. I recommended you through my local neighborhood/ surrounding areas nextdoor app. We will be using you again. Hopefully my car will not be as bad as it was this time. 🛑Genuine review from a regular person🛑 Got the services in May 2020 I have always been skeptical about these “protective coatings” for vehicles. I’ve always felt like something about them might be a gimmick. After weeks of research I finally swallowed my pride and made my decision to give it a try. After all, I definitely wanted to protect my brand new car. Long story short, Lavish Lux Auto Spa has truly made me a believer. The amount of patience they gave me with all my annoying questions, showed me they really have the knowledge and patience for these services. This reflected in the outcome. I have never seen a car without swirls in the paint (not one freaking swirl from top to bottom) and a coating that mimics a mirror. From my rims, to my exterior, even interior everything is just flawless. I’m honestly just speechless. If your reading this (I never write reviews) please do yourself a favor. Stop doubting if it’s worth it and please let Lavish Lux Auto Spa take care of your investment! Jillian and Kevin (owners) if your reading this I can’t thank you enough for giving me a LAVISH service from beginning to end. These guys did an amazing job! My car looks immaculate, it looks brand new! They've managed to remove many scuff marks on my car that other detailing devices could not remove! My seats are a combination of fabric and leather, they now look brand new. I am extremely pleased with their level of detailing and professionalism. They come to you fully equipped! I was very impressed with time and the care that was given to my car. It was treated as if it was their own. This type of service is very hard to come by now a days. The price was very reasonable and I will definitely be recommending them to my family and friends. Update: Just got a ceramic coating put on my car and it looks amazing. I used Lavish Lux service in the past and received grade A service from them. I heard that they did ceramic coating and based off my past experience I had zero problems trusting them to do the work this go around, and O BOY did they deliver. My car looks like it’s brand new off the show room floor. Not only was the work stellar, they were very knowledgeable on how to maintain the vehicle shine. Once again above and beyond, I’ve been to different establishments before in the past and never received the type of care and excellent quality of customer service. I WILL be returning for future service.

Kevin and his crew showed up promptly to my appointment and got to work right away. We love Lavish Lux! We've hired them twice and both times they've done an incredible job. First time, we left a car in storage for several months and it grew mold on the seats, but these guys took care of it super quickly and the car was as good as new. The second time was a two-car wash and wax. They were incredibly professional, fast and efficient. And all this paired with the convenience of them working in the parking lot outside our apartment? A great service!
