I always buy the $20 wash because I like having my tires shined. The last several times it doesn’t even look like they did it, not shiny at all. Lower your prices if you’re going to give low quality service.

I would think twice about using this particular Mr. C's location. I have been going to this location for quite some time and I bought a Bill's Best monthly package. After showing the attendant that I paid in advance, my car was both washed and dried poorly. Each time I went back, my back bumper was missed with the brush before I the wash began, or large areas of my car were not towel dried after the wash or the Amor All was not put on. The last straw was this morning when I showed my phone to the attendant so that he could see I had prepaid, asked him to give me change for a $20 for a tip and he handed it to me just as the car was starting to move to the wash cycle. I counted the change and did not give me a $10, $5 and 5 $1 dollar bills. He shorted me $10 by only giving me 5 and 5 ones. I will never go back to this location. I will drive 2 miles up the road to 26 Mile and Jewell. When you rip customers off, they stop frequenting your business. Beware.

I go there all the time I like the service they offer but when they’re little busy they do sloppy job I purchased the highest interior exterior cleaning they offer comes with tire clean and shine only one wheel was done the other 3 they didn’t touch also cup holder and door pockets never touched and interior was half way clean

Provide a good wash but these automatic modern washes don't get all the bugs and grime off. They need to spay down your entire car to soften the stuck on grime before you get to the automatic equipment and this place doesn't do that. Not bad for a quick "rinse" type wash.

The most unmotivated staff ever. It's a cross between no management and working poorly in protest of something. It's every person at every station. When pre-rinsing, the staff will just wave the sprayer indiscriminately just accomplishing getting the car wet, not actually rinsing. I suspect they are aware of the poor job they are doing as they have a pulse from what I can tell. Once in, they do not bother to tell Ram owners to fold in mirrors. You find out by the wash pulling the mirrors forward and back. Just reminder would be nice. Top wash includes blowing out mirrors. The team however dries the car, then kinda blows out the mirror. Not correctly, but just enough to get the side of the car wet that has been dried already. The rest of the water comes out on the way home. They do their poor job of drying so thoroughly that cars are piling up and you are stressing about all cars piling up. It seems to be a game of wondering when you will take control and leave. I am sure the founder of Mr. C's would be disappointed by what this location has become. Back in the day when I would go to the mack location and Rodney was running, the experience was the opposite. All ran as it should and you left with a clean car no matter what it took. This location is so bad, I would never waste my time addressing it there. Look at the latest reviews. It's just not worth getting angry for the cost of a wash. This small business is not worth supporting given what has happened to it. Spend your money someplace else.

Mr C's is a good car wash, but it is expensive for single-use washes. If you wash your car regularly, then getting a monthly pass is a good bargain (and I would probably raise my rating to 4 stars.

This car wash takes extreme care and detail and, more importantly, friendliness with their team members working there, making sure they go above and beyond . Many times, they have helped out with air and door jambs and special requests within reason and are really quick to.

The location down the street is SO much better. This location seems to be filled with just flat out lazy workers. My wheel wells are never sprayed out properly. They basically just spray the tire in a circle motion. 7/10 times I have to remind them to get my back middle window. Today, the guy said I'll try but its pretty high up. I drive a stock Ram1500, nothing special.. And isn't that what the towel on the stick is for? Also, there is still ice blocks on my running boards and by my wheels... Like, seriously? I worked at this exact location way back before it became mr cs and we weren't allowed to give this poor level of care. Do better.

Every single time I get a car wash here, the initial guys that spray the car down NEVER wash the rear of my car. I have gotten a wash here for years, and have brought this up multiple times, but the issue has never been addressed. And the wash itself never touches the rear. So, I either have to go back through the wash and awkwardly tell them to spray the rear or go home and do it myself. I'm writing a review now because the last wash I most recently had was abysmal. My car was covered in dirt from some dirt road driving in wet conditions, and when I got home, I noticed that there was dirt all over the back of my car. And the dryers SMEARED the dirt all over the back end. This will scratch the paint. I will not be going back. Such a shame because they are so close to where I am.

Got there at 5:57pm. Sign says open. There are a total of 4 cars in line. They tell me and the car in front of me that they are closed. Takes literally 4 minutes to wash a car. Good service would have washed the car in front of me and my car. Cancelled membership Won’t be back

They probably should not have this unlimited deal for a retired guy with the first new car he ever had. I love it. Easy to use. Everybody busy doing a good job. In my neighborhood. There is no negative so far in two bad weather months.

So I decided to give this place a try again. I took my car if for a full service wash, but the service I received was 2 star at best. I give 5 Start for the people being polite , but a 2 star for cleaning. They completely missed my interior door panels and did a very poor job cleaning the center console. I now have a mark near my drivers side mirror on the exterior door panel that I can't remove. I didn't think to check the car before I left the parking lot, its the kinda mark you would get from a high pressure spray being to close to the surface. I normally clean my car myself but I was pressed for time what a bummer.

Terrible experience at Mr. C’s Car Wash. I paid $36 expecting a full service, but when I left and looked around, I had to turn back because none of the inside mats were cleaned, and the car clearly hadn’t been vacuumed. I brought this to the manager’s attention, and instead of acknowledging the issue, he argued with me and insisted the mess I pointed out wasn’t there before—which is ridiculous. When I asked for a refund for the service I didn’t receive, he only offered a free wash for next time, which I declined because I had no plans to return. Then, he had the nerve to say he might have to put me on a “do not wash” list just because I said I wouldn’t be back. That’s not how you treat customers. This place is a joke—overpriced, sloppy work, and even worse customer service. Save your money and go literally anywhere else.

Got the Billy’s best wash (includes interior wipe down). The outside is nice.. I’m not sure what they wiped down inside tho. I keep my car pretty clean aside from dusting it and dirt on the rubber floor mats that I had to pay extra for and they take out to power wash anyways, it should have been simple to get the dust off the dash and center console. Won’t be spending the extra 20$ on that service again.
