Good wash and friendly helpful staff. Best vacuum and vehicle final dry place INDOORS. Allows you to make sure your car is wiped dry the way you want it.

Took car in for basic wash. Hood was still dirty. Scratched 3 window frames that are tinted. Couldn't find anyone in bay area to have this looked at. My car is garaged. Very sorry I went there.

The car wash facility offers exceptional service and management. Additionally, the location is highly convenient. One notable feature is the indoor vacuuming service, which provides a comfortable and hassle-free experience. Moreover, the facility is newly opened, ensuring that all equipment and amenities are in pristine condition.

I had Hundreds of lines all over the top of my car. I was able to buff out with time and effort. Im trying to get ahold of someone to let them know which is proving to be difficult.

I don’t get how the kiosks are clearly meant to be used by ourselves but they have a pushy guy that walks up and operates them for you and pushes you for membership and tips which is weird. It’s an otherwise clearly automatic car wash, just unnecessary

The washes come out great, BUT the value is becoming suspect, especially when you look at Jax being the OG in our area and not offering air compressors to blow out water from mirrors and other areas on the car or truck. We all spend a lot of money on these washes and 1 minute later, soap and water are all over the side of your vehicle and honestly, it looks like $hi+. Mr. C's and others offer these little touches that go a long way. I've been with Jax a long time, but it may be time for a change.

Good spot for consistently washing your daily vehicle during winter to get rid of salt build up etc. Has an excellent warm indoor area with air nozzles, vacuums, and even Matt’s cleaners. Great wash If you do not stress to much about minor clear coat microscopic swirling scratches etc. If that concerns you don’t bring your weekend cruiser with perfect paint corrected vehicle through this, use a touch less wash system.

Car wash is okay, I feel like I have to go through at least twice to get my car clean, I do like that they have free vacuums.. but I felt harassed to buy a membership. If I say no, I mean no. I won’t change my mind even if you ask me 10 times. It was quite annoying.

Been here multiple times and each time I have a problem! I understand they have to try to sell you on the monthly subscription but if someone says no the first 3 times politely!!! WHY do you keep going then gives ME attitude because I said no I am in a rush.

The location on Schoenherr north of Hall Road seems to be the best of the Jax in Macomb. Its very busy though the employees stay very friendly and professional. The wash system is superior and the closed garage for vacuuming is an added luxury. I go to the other locations and recognize that they are not on par in all categories.

The last few visits to various Jax Carwashes, have not been too impressive. I have a stock pick up truck with running boards and can they can’t seem to get the ice off of them lately, nor the underside of my bumpers. Normally the prewash guy(s) hit them with a power sprayer, but lately all they hit me with is a lower power prewash and typically only the driver side if there’s only one person. At one location (hall & 94) the dryer wasn’t tall enough to reach the top half of my windows and today at the Jall & Schoenherr location, there was no human dryer. I’ve always tipped $5, but today I decided to start tipping on my previous visit instead of my current…. I’m probably going to cancel my membership and start going to the smaller independent closer to home.

You should know: They do NOT wash the underbody. Even at the highest tier. Registers break constantly The vacuum area smells like pot ALL the time. It’s a strong smell (not judging but some of you guys would want to know). Blowers don’t dry very well. The guys that wipe afterwards only do about 10-20% so my opinion is what’s the point. I’m going to try a different Jax since I have the membership. I hear the one on Hayes and canal does the underbody

After changing the owner to Jax, the quality is not the same anymore. Lines are huge and only 1 of the 3 lanes works at this location in Shelby (23 mile) for unlimited members, which is very tight for trucks. Had an issue last week and ended up scratching my truck because the only lane available was full of snow and construction materials on the ground, difficult to steer, difficult to see. Owner said that unfortunately is not their responsibility. Very disappointed!

Sadly had just bought their unlimited plan, as they were having a deal due to not getting enough customers. The last time I went here, when it was called cleanview (now called Jax) I felt my vehicle was cleaned pretty good. However, this time I was supposed to get their highest level clean and this is what my car looked like immediately after when I went to use their free vaccums (which I did appreciate). Not thrilled with the clean, also the people drying the car spent more time standing by drivers window waiting to be tipped then they did actually wiping the vehicle down... the lingering came off as creepy.

Unfortunately, I forgot my car mat there because they have machines that wash them, cool right? I tried calling two days later and the robo voice said go back to the location. Went back to the location and the manager was too busy to speak. He said “Call” or come back, knowing I would get the robo voice again I went back a few days later. Went back a couple days later and I talked with the manager. He was not the regular manager, said he would look. He was the one washing cars and I went to the window so he could see I was waiting and he saw me and signaled one minute. Waited a few minutes until there were no cars and the guy just ignored me. The guy that dries the cars off said he would look for me. He said there was a pile of mats there yesterday and they were gone. He said he hoped they didn’t throw them out, which leads me to assume they threw them out in the trash. Terrible customer service by both managers, thank god the towel guy at least got me an answer, at least he goes above and beyond!

I live 2-1/2 miles away from the location I went to, arrived home and noticed water marks all over the car(yes, it was towel dried after going through the wash tunnel with the high powered blowers at the end) and the back end of the car was still dirty. I've gone to other car wash places where the attendant uses a brush on the windshield, back window and across the back end(I have a spoiler on the trunk lid) to make sure that all areas of the car are cleaned. For the price I pay for my membership(which is supposed to be the "works") I could have gotten a better job at the $5 wash Very disappointed

They’re usually pretty good, but I have an issue with paying full price for a wash and half of their car wash isn’t even working, the first main brush isn’t working that cleans the windshield and the top of the car and then the last scrubber on the right isn’t working and then I’m tipping at the kiosk being pushed by the attendant and then they don’t even have people drying the car’s.
