I must say I spent over an hour at this place waiting for a car wash and it turned out to be one of the worst I have ever gotten. Had to wipe down my entire car once I got home to elbow the water spots. Could it have been because I got the basic since my car was treated I didn’t want the wax on it. Never again.

Terrible car wash. Left streaks all over the car and it was still very dirty after completely drying. They use dirty towels and don’t seem to care about getting actual dirt out, just a rinse with water and soap that moves it all around. Do not go here if you care about your vehicle

This place really do a good job in hand car wash. But my last time there this past Wednesday I wasn't happy. They said they're open at 9am. I got there 8:45am so I decided to wait. 9:10am ans they still not opened. There was a car behind so he went ahead and removed the cone so I can proceed to the entrance. I did moved forward ans the car behind me also followed. But one of the attendants went back ans out the cone back like they're not open yet. I just hope they will stick to their open time ans have their staff ready. It was just two people at 9am ans I guess that's why they were not opened.

Good quality car wash ruined by the wait time. They need at least 3-4 more workers. Cars are sitting waiting to be washed once the driers are finished, waiting to be vacuumed once the washers are finished. Totally inefficient - if there's at least 2 cars in front of you don't bother waiting will be 30+ before you even get in and another 15-20 to be vacuumed and washed. Once you're in the guys do an awesome job though.

They do a good job and they're careful with your car. It is a true hand car wash, so be prepared to wait. It is worth it. There have been times I was first with no wait, during the middle of the day. They are courteous and careful with your car.

Horrible service. They did not use the brush to clean my rims and told me to come back tomorrow or go back in an hour line. Would not have done that to a man. They treat women poorly. Would not recommend to any woman.

Good quality car wash. The wait time is 15 to 20 minutes minimum to get a car wash. I recommend getting two extra workers to help with this issue.

Errands day and came across this carwash. Went for package #3 but was disappointed with the quality of hand carwash. Felt like the wash strokes was all over the place with high potential for scratch marks coming from bottom up. My tires were muddy coming in and still muddy coming out despite the advertised tire shine. Staff was polite though.

I just got my first wash here. First wash with my convertible as I've washed it myself in the past. But I got tree sap all over the hood, trunk, and top. I'm so impressed with how clean my car came out. Considering the time and effort they put into the wash, the price is very reasonable.

Quality of service has gone down. Poor customer service. They don’t vacuum the interior well and an employee tried to put wet mats into my car without drying them first Trust me. STAY AWAY!! You’ll regret coming here for service

This is by far the worst hand car wash i ever been to. One time i came and there was about 5 cars ahead of me first let’s start for 2 cars they charged me $110, second i had to wait 1 hour and 30 minutes!!!!!!!!! They’re way too slow and super over priced for a shitty job. NEVER AGAIN!

Lacks quality, it’s too slow, and slightly overpriced. The rags are too dirty ,they are either not rotated for cleaning enough or dropped on the floor and not put aside. The scratches left on the hood were very noticeable.

They should work a little better I paid for package number two and this was what I had in the end.. And they charged me extra for the size of my car. Not happy with the service. I felt robbed.. I don't recommend this place for cars that are new. Or semi new.. They're going to scratch your paint. They don't care

Very pricey and bad service!!! I paid $30 for full service and my car is still so dirty. It was my 3rd time there because it's close to home but everytime I go there, they always do a bad job. The prices increase and the services got worse. I'm never going there again. Money doesn't grow on trees and $30 could definitely give me 2 car wash somewhere else for whatever y'all did. I do not recommend this place.
