The folks here were absolutely amazing! Our entire experience was seamless, from booking the appointment online until we came and picked the car back up. They were incredibly friendly and professional and even offered us a ride home because we only have the one vehicle and even offered to pick us back up. They went above and beyond any and all expectations! When we came back, I was shocked at how good our car looked! It looked brand new and you can tell that they take pride in their work! Motorcity Detailing did a wonderful job on my SUV. It desperately needed it and now my car is spotless!! Pay attention to the policies and be aware of the potential fees: $25 rescheduling fee (on the 3rd reschedule and they waived this for me), credit card fee of 4%, and a $40 pet hair fee. The fees are all reasonable, especially for a small company, but might come as a surprise if you aren’t expecting them. Still worth the price as my car looks wonderful now! Due to the cold temps I brought my car in as opposed to waiting for higher temps. I was able to wait in the very comfortable, accommodating, and stylish lobby and worked while I waited. I’d go again.

I can't say enough good things about RaeKwuan at Motor City Detailing. To be honest, I was hesitant to bring my car in at first. It probably hadn’t been cleaned properly in about 5 years. Between our children and the heavy construction work I do, the interior was embarrassingly filthy. I wasn't sure if it was even salvageable. RaeKwuan didn't blink an eye. He took it in today and worked absolute magic. When I got it back, it looked almost brand new. It's literally as good as a car in that condition could possibly look. I went to motorcity detailing today to get an interior detailing service for my kia spprtage and the guys did a great job! Dylan was kind and professional and even offered to drive me home if I did not want to wait in the waiting room. (The waiting area was very nice) The office manager was also a nice lady as well and even gave me a quick tour of the shop. Overall I am very pleased with my service and I will definitely be back for an exterior service.
