The best car wash I've ever used. My car was really really dirty! It had been sitting under the carport and hadn't been washed in about 4 months. It cleaned it up like someone handwashed it!

As a member of their unlimited program, I have encountered persistent issues with the gate camera and sensor. Despite repeated attempts to resolve these problems, I have been unable to obtain a satisfactory solution. This situation has caused significant inconvenience and has led me to consider canceling my 2 vehicle membership in the near future.

Finally a car wash worth paying for! This place is amazing. They are veteran and family owned. The tag reader makes it easy to get in and out and the parking lanes are wide with long hoses. Welcome!

Love this car wash! It was so nice to see they had everything stocked up and their staff seemed to be very involved as it is one of THE cleanest car wash spots I have been to! The car wash itself is so entertaining for little kids, my 2 year old had no problem enjoying all the colors and sounds. I was surprised at how great their vacuums were and how well they had been up-kept. Definitely would recommend this spot if you are wanting to finally get your moneys worth at a car wash!

This car wash is by far my absolute favorite in all of Madison county! ( I've been to a lot trying to find the right one!) my car comes out clean, but most importantly these men that work here are so very friendly they go out of their way to make sure the customers are happy and have what they need. they definitely make coming to this car wash a lot better knowing that they care about the customer and getting the car clean. Not to mention when going through the wash, it smells fantastic! I've been to a lot that stink and smell of mold. So it's a refreshing to know that my car is being cleaned.

I received a call from Josh today about a visit I had there a week or two ago that wasn’t so good… I felt rushed through the car wash , they were not paying attention to see if my wheels were lining up , i could hear my tire scrapping along the track, got inside the car wash , power went out 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ BUT….Josh went above and beyond to help me, he listening to my issue and I really appreciated him taking the time to call me…He was amazing !! I went today and my visit was 5 ⭐️ today 🙂🙂 Thanks Josh !!!

This is the Best car wash in the Huntsville area! My truck always comes out looking new. I love the Endless Car Wash Club you can join. Also love the fact that it smells amazing when driving thru. Other washes I have had to turn off my a/c due to the sour water smell not with this one. It smells amazing. All their vacuumes have awesome suction and they provide towels and cleaner for your windows and anywhere else you may need a touch up. Though a touch up is rare because the wash does an outstanding job. Great customer service with some amazing workers! You won’t regret using this wash you will be shocked at the service and how clean they get your automobile!

The owner wanted details about my 1 star! Well the details are you owe or the company owes me $2,000 for the side panels that broke off my car in the wash. When I tried getting a refund the 2 teenagers that have no say or authority there they said no because they were cracked before. Yet I’ve gone through many car washes like that and it’s never happened once in the 2 years I’ve had the 350Z. And plus there are clips that hold it in. Anybody who is smart would know a crack doesn’t cause all 5 clips to just pop out randomly. I will be back in person to talk to someone who is actually in charge there instead of the 2 teens who scrub cars all day while I get my hands dirty and cut from actually working on cars mechanically. So I would know that shit like that doesn’t happen out of nowhere. The panels go anywhere from $500 - $800. Not cheap parts!!!

UPDATE! I received a telephone call about my review. They listened to my opinion and points of few and vowed to do a much better job. Today I stopped in and it’s definitely obvious that they heard my voice. The experience today was 100% better than previously. I can’t thank you enough for hearing me out graciously and keeping your promise of doing a better job. I highly recommend this organization and staff to everyone!!! I’ve been a member at this car wash ever since they opened. In the beginning they were super nice and made sure every wash was a great experience. Over time they’ve started losing their luster. There have many times where I’ve been made to feel that they’re rushing me through. As soon as I pull up they type on their computer screen and they don’t bother getting my antenna or cleaning my running boards. Today, with absolutely NO ONE in line but me they not only missed my running boards, they didn’t clean off my bumpers or windshield. STOP RUSING PEOPLE THROUGH!!! Hopefully someone monitors these reviews and will get back to customer service rather than treating all of us like numbers.

Always excellent service and well maintained equipment. The attendants are great about scrubbing down the car, especially if there's lots of bugs on the front. The vacuums are in great working order and have compressed air guns. There's always fresh towels and cleaning spray available too. Unlimited washes for the cost of 2 washes per month is also a great deal if you like to just quickly go through the wash when you go by!

SUMMER 2025: I was traveling for business, came across this car wash as I pulled through a local drive through. “Josh” I think was his name, was so kind. I shared w/ him how I needed to pay for 2-3 washes at once and come through one time right after the other bc of the dirt. He assured me, they could help. They took extra hand washing/ and I only had to through one time. They were GREAT.

Not all that impressed with this carwash. We bought the $30 Grraphene wash with tire shine, wax... the works. Needless to say it had been a few months since the car was washed however for $30 this was not a place I would go back to. The vacuum was decent however it was on par with other places of this type. The wash want powerful enough to get bird poop off the widows or front grill despite two guys having prepped it.
