We tried the automatic carwash several times and each time it leaves big skippers, usually on the rear of the car. They updated the system several years ago but nothing had changed. I told my wife even though it's the closest carwash to travel to the next carwash

Its a car wash; if monetary and merchandise devices are "emptied daily", how come their not refilled with merchandise? (Shamies/scents) you got an extra $2 of mine! This is a Saturday and I believe busy

It was okay....I was able to complete my mission. I prefer the one in Reading where you pay 1 price for unlimited time. I felt rushed to keep paying, so my time wouldn't end & I refused to use my credit card at an unmanned business.

Owner doesn’t take care of the of his power washers or the hoses to it. One had a hole in the hose and it went crazy when turned on. Impossible to wash my car so I wasted 4 bills on that. Had to go to another stall to finish my car. I called the owner to let him know about the problems I had but he ever called back or addressed the problem.

The bays are usually pretty dirty and good luck getting help if you need it. On my most recent visit the water pressure was just slightly lower than my bathroom faucet at home. Really terrible and since there's no one there to talk to your out your $8 or so since it took forever to rinse the car with the water barely coming out. Sadly, it's the only place in town so you're stuck with it. Terrible.

I swiped my card for 3 minutes no soap came out water slow and they charged me $10 dollars that is ridiculous. Horrible DO NOT come here for car wash .

Horrible wash, didn't even clean the wheels and tires. 15 bucks for the best wash and it still was dirty.

First vacuum I tried was broken. Second worked fine but change machine wouldn't work so I couldn't finish my van since broken vacuum kept my money. Was warned by an older gentlemen not to use the debit machine because it sometimes charges you twice.

I would say probably the worst car wash I have ever used, tire cleaner soap was non existent, facility is not well kept, after all done vehicle was still dirty. Having said all of that, a wash can set you back about 6 bucks, so it's cheap, just figure on going thru 2 times before vehicle gets clean.

Only got soap sprays and rinsed in my car. The whole machine wasn't working and was acting wacky. The spinning brush block my way to leave forward. I had to reverse to get out good thing the way was open from the back. I pay and didn't get my full car wash service. I used this carwash many time before with no problems and now I would like either my money back or when it's all fixed a free carwash service because my money and time was wasted. Theres no sign that said out of service or not working . Very disappointed.

I paid with a card and when I saw what it actually cost it was $15.00 and it did a terrible job. I HIGHLY recommend going somewhere else!!!!! Regardless of how dirty your vehicle is, be patient and go elsewhere. Not to mention when I tried to call them to explain the situation their phone number was disconnected…. This place is a straight up ripoff!!

I wasn't sure if the carwash would be open after the extreme cold weekend of Christmas 2022, but it was open and I was able to get the salt washed off of my vehicle. The automatic bay did a great job, and the blow dryer helped keep the doors from freezing shut. Thank-you got being open!

At the self service station: good location but terrible setup, vacuum area is awkward, decent water pressure, the pre soak option was terrible, the foam brush was broken and there are some other options most self serve stations have that are missing here but the cost per minute is the same. But a great spot if all you need is a high pressure rinse

I've used this car wash for awhile, It's not the most advanced thing in the world but for a quick clean it is worth it... Only issue I saw today is the automatic car wash seemed to be having some trouble, almost like it didn't know where the back end of my car was...

For the automatic $10 deluxe wash I was very disappointed. I under stand that this is the next to the lowest tier wash available and that the brush only goes around one time, I guess? It did NOT clean the lower 1/2 of the sides of the car. Please see the salt streaks left on the car from the Nor'easter earlier this week. The brush never hit them. My car is a regular sedan, a Mercury Grand Marquis. So I went around to the service door. When I told the the attendant of my problem, his response was "well I will pass it on to the owner". I ask if he wanted my name, "no" was the response. I asked if I should call the number on the door his reply "well if you want too.' I also asked of he would like to look at what I am talking about, " nah" was his reply. So I called the number. The answering machine identified itself as Kwik N Klean Car Wash in Morgantown PA leave your message after the tone then it came on and said this mailbox is full and cannot accept any more messages and hung up.

Most expensive automatic wash cycle is $15. Still never touched my front bumper. Dried soap spots on my car and the vacuums are pretty good. Not returning.
