Don’t go here!!! Paid $3 twice in the vending machines and my products did not dispense! And paid for the wipes next to the vacuum and garbage cans and they didn’t work either! Pretty sure the owner was there in a truck just talking to somebody else and looked at me like I was stupid or a weirdo.

Watch when using credit card used it to rinse for not even 3 minutes got my charge took $16 from my account for not even 3 MINUTES!!!!!!!!! Need to update. The response was right. I apologize they did not take $16 out of my account. Changing it to a 4 star

Running at reduced capacity. No garbage cans. The soap, wax, etc... seem extremely diluted. Outside of car actually looked worse afterwards. On the upside you can pay with a credit card (sans, the vacuum which requires coins or tokens).

Barely any soap comes out when trying to clean your car. I’ve used this car wash very periodically over the last 15 years. And there is no change in quality. Better off saving your coins.

Self service car wash. Instructions for spraying were not intuitive, but adequate. It made the first time using it less than optimal. Knowing how to make the most of the time allowed per token, I'll be able to do a better job for the same amount of money or slightly less.

Really great car wash!! I like coming here in the morning after I get out of work! It's always very clean everything works and I love that the pressure is good on the sprayers. Also the owner is really nice!

Several times now I have been here and the amount being charged to my card is way more then the charge displayed on the screen in the wash bay. If the screen reads $9.50 then why is my card being charged $16.00. It's not the first time this has happened but it will be the last time I ever use this scam of a car wash.

Car wash sucks 3$ gets you LESS then 3 min cost me 15$ and my truck didn't get fully cleaned and the soap there is generic soap definitely disapprove of this car wash would not recommend to anyone....... USE AT YOUR OWN RISK

It sucked. It wouldn't take my cash, so I had to use my card. I had to scan my card twice, cause the first time it didn’t work. The hose had a large hole in it which caused me to get much wetter than my car. I already paid so I had to use it. I couldn't even finish because I was so drenched. You need to repair the hose before someone else has the same experience as I did.Also, checked my bank account when I got home. Got charged $22.00 and another $4.51. I will never use Kutztown Carwash again!

First time at this carwash, thought I'd wash the girlfriend's explorer. To start off with, the wheel and tire cleaner didn't work, so I went to use the soap wash, which barely dispenses soap, then to the foamy brush that was non operational, at least the rinse worked. One good thing I can say about the facility, is that its pretty clean. I basically spent $8 for a mediocre wash.

The car wash portion of the car wash is great. It is a super cheap and effective way to clean your car. The vacuum part didn't take card or dollars, it only takes coins, which is kind of annoying so bring quarters if you want to vacuum your car.

This is a very clean and well maintained car wash. There is no need for quarters like at many other car washes. You can use bills or a card. The foam brush pumps out ALOT of foam to get your car nice and clean. Also, there are settings for tire cleaner, a clear coat wax and a spotless rinse. All in all, definitely one of the better self serve manual washes I've been to.

Change machine only gives tokens to be used at the car wash. None of the vending machines accept the car wash tokens. I tried using kutztown car was tokens in the air freshener vending machine and the large vending machine at kutztown car wash and it wouldn't accept Kutztown car wash tokens.... Im aware you cant use Kutztown car wash tokens any other carwash business but it would nice to use them at Kutztown carwash.

Great car wash! This car wash is clean and well maintained. It has a nice soap to water ratio with good pressure to clean off grim. The stalls have clips to hold your interior mats and the vacuums have great suction to suck out all that loose debris (and stale french fries) in your footwells and seats. Also, I see other reviews mention being overcharged and claiming they were scammed. When paying by credit card, just like hotels and gas stations, a temporary authorization hold is placed on your card to ensure you have enough funds to pay for the service. It will automatically change to the exact bill in a day or two. It is nothing to worry about and very common.

Pretty standard self service wash here. Does have the option of using card or redeeming cash for tokens. Wash is hit or miss, some days I feel like the soap/wax is pretty diluted or empty. And theres no option to dry the car. Vacuums are pretty solid. Will this place blow you away? No chance. Will it get the job done? 90% of the time, yes. Also, wash is accessible 24 hrs, which is nice for someone like me who works nights and occasionally does a 6am wash after work..

Best self car wash I've ever used! You don't have to worry about time running out as the timer counts up. I spent 15 minutes washing my car and it was $11. To me is very reasonable price! It has all you need as far as soap and decent pressure. Definitely recommend
