Well you have to buy their tokens so that's one thing but the wash machines are fantastic and sure the dryers I got my clothes done quite efficiently and well done there's no television snow radio it's barebones laundromat and there is no restrooms there it's not the Oasis but in a pinch it's near my house and it works

Generally this is a good laundry facility. But unfortunately it is closed until April 7, 2020. All laundry facilities are supposed to be open because they are considered essential like banks, grocery stores and pharmacies. This facility is the only one for the Rincon Valley residents.

They got a lot of washers and dryers, but not the cleanest establishment. The folding tables are all the way at 1 end, kind of inconvenient. And don't bring quarters cuz you got to buy tokens I went with all quarters and everything around was closed so I couldn't trade it into Cash. I got lucky and somebody about $10 worth of quarters off me but that won't always happen.

Huge laundromat! We are on vacation from Arkansas with our 6 kids so we had a lot of laundry to do. They have huge industrial washers that wash 8 loads at one time. They only take tokens so bring cash to put into the token machine. Two doors down there is an amazing Mexican restaurant that is delicious and priced very reasonably. I've been told by locals to do laundry during the day because at night it gets crowded.

This is really a wonderful laundry mat; just left there. I used the Big John Washer-$10 and/or 20 tokens. Really fast and got my clothes clean. I washed a down comforter with 2 medium sized blankets along with my clothes and very happy. And, I used the Dexter Express stacked dryers which where really good. This place is located in Rincon Valley and very clean; no issues. Will be back!

Don’t wash here and stay clear of trusting your items in this place mine were stolen and the owner went on a community page lying and saying I left my items over night and that’s why they were stolen but when I called and footage was reviewed he told me it was stolen while I was doing laundry in there he kept trying to detour me from placing a police report and would not give me the footage without a police report owner is not trustworthy and neither is this wash facility

When my dryer went down I needed to use a laundromat and was impressed with Montecito because it was super clean. They had an attendant who was very busy making sure all the units were shiny and operational. It made me reconsider doing my laundry at home because I could do several loads at once, and have that chore all completed in just over an hour. Special shout out to the attendant who does a great job!

Changing your cash in for 50 cent tokens is pretty cool, makes it easier to pay at machines as you only have to put in half as many coins. My only complaint is there could be a few more spots to sit down. Me Update******** 10 stars******* I chose a busy time to come & was patiently waiting for a washer to open up. One of the wonderful people working( pretty sure her name was Tricia) overheard me telling my friend I was waiting til a washer was open & she paid for half of my load $8!! I wasn't complaining about waiting but she wanted to make up for the inconvenience & show she appreciated my business. I was so pleasantly surprised & happy to see that some people still realize the value of great customer service!!! Thank you so much. I will be a life long customer!! Great job!!!!

I agree with everyone else here - this is the cleanest laundromat I’ve ever been to. The machines look brand new, they are very reasonable, and the attendant is super nice and is always attending to the machines or cleaning something. I washed two down comforters for less than $20. Can’t beat that! I love this place.

My cloths were picked up on Monday morning dropped off Wednesday morning. They communicated with which I appreciated. My clothes came back perfectly cleaned every thing was folded professionally and dress shirts were hung on hangers. I 100% recommend Montecito for your washing needs.
