Was extremely disappointed today. 5yrs I’ve used this wash. I’ve driven from all 4 surrounding counties, solely to use this service. Cheap, effective, always worked. Today, was nothing I was used to. Coin receiver(s) jammed, vents CAKED with mud high enough to touch an oil pan on a regular suspended sedan, bill changer gave coins instead of bills, spent 4-5 minutes flicking between nozzle selections JUST for high pressure WATER & never got it. Ended up driving away with soap still on the rear. It’s not $100, but I spent more money than needed to utilize the service(s) offered & am quite unhappy. I’ll end by giving the benefit of the doubt. The owner is courteous. Maybe he’s going through something, but you purchased a business in the service field & are failing upkeep of maintenance – I will no longer use Monster Wash moving forward :(

What a great car wash if you want to do it yourself. The price is awesome. The only thing I wasn't pleased with was the air dryer. It seemed weak and hardly blew, so I gave up on it .Otherwise, it has lots of room. Vacuums and garbage cans. I highly recommend this carwash!!!

We used the soap gun and the foam brush. Both features worked phenomenally well. We got a clean car and were able to work specifically on trouble spots. You don’t get that kind of nuance in an automatic car wash. Definitely coming back!

Usually my favorite spot for a touchless wash — been here easily 20+ times. This last time, the dryer never initiated, leaving my car wet after the wash. I contacted the help number and they took my name and phone number, but I was never contacted to resolve the issue.

Always been a big fan of monster car wash. I’ve been going here for years! Great prices and usually not too busy. Only gripe, is you get a lot of muddy work vehicles or trailers and they don’t rinse their mud off into the drain when they’re done. I use the self-serve, but in the winter, it’s nice to have the touchless car wash as an option. I was having a hard time getting my card to swipe, and the owner came up and introduced himself to me and help me out. Super awesome guy! Definitely recommend location or any of the other ones that Kyle and his wife manage and own!

I have used a touchless car wash multiple times with no issue , this time my car was still covered in soap and the cycle was done so I had to go back and pull through the self-serve and spray the car down . No call back after a week after calling the number on the sign and left a message with an answering service.

Perfect wash for cleaning off drawings on your rear windshield. Contactless wash is amazing if you don't want to worry about things damaging your vehicle. Very cheap and effective.

The automatic did not rinse my car off. It made several dry passes over the car with no product or water at all. Went straight from soapy to dryers leaving my car covered in suds. I then went to the self-service bays to rinse off and both the high pressure rinse and the spot free had some sort of chemical in it. The water never ran clear and I ended up leaving with a sudsy and spotted car. Had to go to another car wash to clean up the mess.

This car wash always has dirty and muddy bays. My last visit to this place I used gold dollars and it gave me .25 credit and I didn’t notice. Waste of $10. I got 3 minutes. Won’t be back.

Car wash left soap or other residue when using the spot free rinse. Used the "spot free" rinse for well over 5 minutes and it continually sprayed soapy residue all over the car. Will never return and recommend you skip this place unless you don't use the spot free rinse or like to leave with a chemical residue spotted car. Now I have to go somewhere else to fix the problem caused by this "car wash".

This is the car wash I go to when my regular one is too busy. This one would get 5 stars if they had a foam cannon or foam gun instead of the brush, I don't use the brushes on my paint. But I do like the touch of having the dryers in the bay! Helpful to get the main bits of water off. I included a photo of my car after a wash here :)

I usually like going here, i went yesterday with my truck and wife's pathfinder and boy did i pay a pretty penny for a couple of washes. I think I will find another place to go.

Self serve car wash was pretty good. Chemicals seemed stocked and trashed were emptied. Took about $10 to wash a Subaru by hand. Tried two of the vacuums and neither of them worked. Rather go to a competitor for their free vacuums.

Clean. Credit-card enabled. Excellent quality soap in the foam brush. All of the materials were in good shape. Good prices - I took my time to do a good wash and my total was $8. Will gladly take my cars here.

My husband and I just washed our car with the foam brush and used the spot free rinse and our car is 10 times more dirty than it was before we washed it… not happy at all. Granted only wasted $4.00 but now we have to go spend more money to get a decent car wash… maybe the foam brush needs to be replaced???? We used the stall at the far south end.

Still one of the worst car wash I've been to. There was no pre wash chemical, brush and spray wand didnt have swivel fittings so I fought the hose constantly, the bay next to me was complaining about how his wash kept shutting off every 30 seconds. All the wall hanging devices are worn out, car wash is a complete joke. Only went to it because crystal clean was absolutely packed!!!!!!! Obviously for good reason too. This car wash was not busy...... wonder why. Definitely won't be returning.
