I love this location! I go to the Herriman Costco just because it gives me an excuse to go to this location. The employees are always so friendly and draw adorable pictures on my window for my toddler(gets washed off in the wash). The vacuums have more power than the local competition and the manager is an absolute sweet heart!

Perhaps the worst car wash I’ve gotten; the attached pictures are *after* a wash at Mister Car wash. Complete waste of money; ended up just power washing it myself at home, which I should’ve done in the first place. Bugs can be a pain to get off, I get it, but when I roll into other car washes in a similar state they power wash them off as I’m loading onto the conveyer belt thing. Not likely to be returning, even for a basic wash (which starts at $10 — higher than others in the area).

My car was unfortunately egged on Halloween, and when I went to Mister Car Wash in Riverton, the employees went out of their way to get the egg removed as much as possible. They only charged me once and let me go around 4 times in the car wash, and twice they (with my permission) put hand sanitizer on cloths and scrubbed the side of my car to help remove the remnants - their own idea, without me asking, and it worked great! Shai and Adonis, thank you so much for your kindness and your effort. You turned a really bad day around by offering your help and being so understanding. This is the only car wash I'll be using from now on.

Mister car wash is more expensive than the other options. Despite getting the 2nd best wash, there was still tons of dirt on the car. There were no cloths at the vacuum station like the other options to assist in wiping down the dirt that remained on the passenger and driver doors.

I’ve been a regular member at the Riverton Mister Car Wash location for a while now, and I’ve had nothing but great experiences! The team is always friendly and helpful, and they keep things running smoothly even on busy days. I’ve seen them handle situations professionally, and it’s clear they care about their customers. Mistakes can happen anywhere, but I’ve personally seen them go above and beyond to make things right when they do. Appreciate the clean car, great service, and hardworking staff every time I come through!

This is a terrible picture but I was trying to take it quick before the water washed it off. The sweetest girl drew this adorable puppy on the window for my daughter! This car wash has always been good anyway, but that's just the cherry on top. Thanks for hiring such sweet employees. :)

This Mister has really turned a corner in the last few months, the wash quality is better, and the team seems happier too. Chase helped me, and he is the nicest, most professional, and helpful worker I have ever met at a car wash. He knows his stuff and makes sure everyone has a wonderful experience. I will be back.

I love that my car is left with a layer of waxing and it is easier in each wash to get everything dirty.. Many times I take my time to detail my car and they do not give me a problem to take a few minutes.. they always attend you with a smile .. I have a lot of locations near me.

This locations customer service SUCKS . The employees all are grumpy, rude and look like they’re miserable. All they have to do is smile, wave and greet each car and that seems like it’s too much. I moved from West Jordan to Riverton and the west jordan location on 7800 s 5600 w is GREAT at customer service. All the employees there greet you and are constantly walking around the grounds to make sure equipment and customers are doing good. PLEASE RIVERTON SMILE AND GREET EACH OF US. Because we don’t have to come here , and you would not have a J O B .

I always have a pleasant time at this store, the employees are always smiling and waving literally running over to help me if I need it, they always greet me kindly and show an interesting in making sure my wash is the best that it can be. The parking lot is never dirty, the vacuums are never clogged, and their bathrooms are SPOTLESS. Mister Car Wash in Riverton is amazing! • Spotless • Friendly • Efficient • Never Too Busy

The car wash is good but when I needed to cancel my membership, they continued to charge my credit card. Getting them to refund the charges has been a joke. Nothing but the run around and making excuses. I shouldn't have to try more than 5 times to get the refund. Even after getting a manager involved. I'd say their customer service needs a reboot. I won't be bringing my business back to them.

Don’t know what is going on with the water or soap but the car wash smells like a sewer and there’s barely any soap that gets applied to the car. I should leave the car wash feeling clean and sparkly but instead I feel like a dirty butt and can’t get the awful smell out of my nose. Please fix this… I do not have a problem with any other location. There’s tons of soap smells delicious. I do not know what’s going on with this location.

I’ve been coming to this Mister location for awhile to wash mine and my family’s vehicles, and we absolutely love it! The team is always quick to greet us with a smile and a wave, you can tell they care about their customers. I love bringing my dog through because they always give him a treat and it makes him so happy. You will not find a better wash in the Herriman/Riverton area for this price and with such a great team. Keep it up!
