I drove up to Cleveland, OH for Thanksgiving with family and unfortunately had a bird poop on the hood of my Cadillac. I tried everything to get it off to no avail. I contacted E’s Luxury Auto Detailing on their site. Erick reached out to me right away. I explained my dilemma and he asked for pics which I gladly sent to him. I explained that I wanted to make sure he could remove the stain, he said he would not charge me if he could not so I gave the go ahead. He arrived at my home earlier than the appointment time and went right to work. He removed the stain within 45 minutes, he had to wet sand the area, it came out beautifully. I told Eric I would recommend him to everyone, I would give him 6 stars, a great guy who does awesome work!

Could not be happier with E’s detailing service. The detailers showed up early. We’re very nice and respectful. Especially for a couple of young guys these days. I showed them a deep scratch more of a whole scrape on the quarter panel of my car. They assured me they’d work hard to get it out. And it absolutely came out fantastic. The ceramic job they did feels like butter and looks fantastic. I was a little concerned about a mobile detailer because I’ve used them before and did not have good success. This one went above my expectations I would recommend them absolutely.

Eric was amazing. Started with the first call. He answered me on the first ring. I had 5 questions and a whole lot to say lol. He was very transparent and honest and answered all my questions thoroughly. He is an expert in his field. I was in a time crunch and he exceeded expectations and put me on his schedule for the next morning. He gave me an eta that morning via text and arrived early exactly when he said he was. I would also add he pulled up with a nice set up. His truck and trailer looked clean and professional. Once arrived went right to work. All of his tools were top of lines everything was organized. They did not stop once to break they put in multiple hours in an extremely dirty small little Nissan versa. It looked brand new in there when it was done. He is a true professional and I would refer him a billion times. Thanks for being a true professional and taking your craft seriously it was refreshing and enlightening to do business with you. What ever his prices are do not haggle. He is worth more than his prices. I finally found my detail guy!! Btw I have been in the auto industry for 10+ years. I know how a car should be cleaned. This guy does it. Thanks for everything

I was recently in a car accident on my way home from the gym to get ready for work and grabbed a protein shake after my lift and it went EVERYWHERE staining so much especially the middle console arm rest area. Luckily insurance of the at fault party covered the cleaning costs and I was able to choose this company. I can truly say the before and after is insane! He came right to my house and fixed the scrape on my car right in my driveway in just a half hour. I really appreciate that he came the day I called as well as kept me updated on his arrival time. He and his assistant were professional and explained how it could be fixed. The charge was very reasonable as well. The “after” picture doesn’t do it justice because the paint is now mirroring everything, it’s so shiny. Would definitely use this company for any future auto needs!

I had a piece of something hit my car a few weeks ago and scuffed up the hood. I couldn’t have my 16 month old car having anything less than perfect….i was referred to E’s detailing. The price was very reasonable for what was being done….he showed up at my office right on time and the picture says it all…..looks fantastic and I will have him back to do my other cars as well.
