didn't wash and dry my car properly. I really don’t understand how the rating became 4.8. I came here just based on the rating and I was seriously disappointed. Even 1 star is more than it deserves.

This place is the worst place that I ever came to to get my car washed. After a $14 wash. there was a whole bunch of dirt still left on the car and marks on my back bumper that was never there. the ties was also left not cleaned....... I will figured out a way how to get in touch with corporate never again will I go there....... I asked for a manager and no manager on site ......

One of those if there was a zero star option reviews. Valve stem broke clean off on one of my tires, which resulted in a flat, parked and reported to their employees, who none couldn't care less. Did someone light up a blunt while working? Was there even a manager on site? None of them were of help, luckily an AutoZone is nearby and a Mr. Tire down the road, which I transported and re-installed my tire in the dark. Asked for maybe a refund or complimentary wash, but was pointed out that my car was already clean. Yeah, I will no longer spend my money here. I didn't even care that the wash has given my car numerous scratches to my paint and chipped my wheels the past 3 years, but who am I.. Use at own risk, don't recommend.

This is my 2nd review and the wash excellent and everything but the clean after was an embarrassment, the towels were unfolded, there's only one cart, one time I was there, vacuum parts were missing and some were just turned off. The lot was dirty and not met with my standards.

The wash itself is subpar. The main issue that I have is that they seem to open and close whenever they feel like it. I went there at 8am, they didn't open until 8:30am and recently I went there at 4pm and there closed. The sad part is that this Cherry Hill location is the worst out of all the Modwashs in NJ. Do better Cherry Hill!

The cleanest my car has ever been! I initially thought $10 for a basic car was was a bit much but once I left with a sparkling clean car, I felt differently. The wash cycle itself is very thorough and more entertaining than a typical car wash due to the changing light colors. Kids will love it but be aware that there are some loud unexpected noises that could be startling for young children. The vacuum and self service cleaning stations are well stocked, clean, and orderly. We had to move once due to a weak vacuum but otherwise we were very happy with the set up. The heavy duty clips for holding floor mats in place so it is easier to vacuum them is smart and not something I've seen before (although I wouldn't claim to be a car wash expert). The damp towels are smart as they clean much more efficiently than dry towels and the cleaning supplies have little to no chemical scent, which is very much appreciated. Finally, the staff is very courteous and professional. We will return for sure!

If you want your car to look worse than it did when you arrived, this is the car wash for you. Car is still covered in dirt, bird poop, and I have new water spots all over all my windows and mirrors! Went to a manual car wash to re-clean it myself. Absolutely awful.

I visited this car wash based on all the great reviews, but unfortunately, I was pretty disappointed. I paid for their top, fully loaded wash, and it just didn’t meet expectations. There were still bug marks on my car, the tires weren’t properly cleaned, and several parts of the vehicle were left dirty. At the vacuum station, there were no clean towels available, and they only had a wide vacuum attachment, no skinny hose to reach into the tighter spaces. It also wasn’t busy when I was there, and it was far from closing time (I went around 5 PM and they close at 8 PM), so there really wasn’t any reason for the lack of towels or overall upkeep. On a positive note, Joshua was very nice and provided great customer service. The vacuum had strong suction, and the air freshener smelled great, but unfortunately, that’s about where the positives end. I won’t be returning.

They advertise free vacuums, but finding one that works is a challenge. Pulled into a spot and vacuum didn't work. Moved my car to another spot and tried 2 vacuums and neither worked. Wasn't going to move my car to another spot. Went in search of clean rags to wipe my car, there was only one. Plenty of used ones on the cart. I went inside to speak to a manager, told no manager on premises. I voiced my concerns about the vacuums not working and was told that due to motor noise they can't run them. Ok, then why not put signs up indicating that they don't work so people don't have to move their cars multiple times? There should be someone replacing the used rags for clean ones. Very disappointed. I have gone to this car wash almost exclusively for the past year and even considered purchasing a membership. Thankfully I didn't as I will not be back. There are plenty of other car washes in the area.

I have been a customer for awhile. I live in Pennsauken , and I will go the xtra miles to go to the car wash on 130 next to the Walmart in Cinnaminson. I have been going to Modwash, and half the time the plate reader don't work, or the brushes don't spin, or the rinse cycle don't work.. I AM DONE WASTEING TIME!! I don't need nice people ( which they are) but i need equipment that works!!! I work at an asphalt plant needless to say I have a dirty car at the end of the week, i don't need excusses about equipment not working..SOOOOO BYE BYE Modwash as of 2/16/26 I'm out!!!

I've been to multiple Modwash locations. This one is terrible no towels to wipe off your car. The vacuums do not work. I think this location used to be another car wash before ModWash came. Very cramped and small lot. Everyone is right on top of each other. Very disappointed!

I came into Modwash today because the weather is a lot better and I needed to clean my baby. The birds used my car as a drop zone, I pulled up and I was greeted by Corey I believe his name was, great attitude and pleasant, he also treated the bird poop all over my car the second I pulled up and made sure it was all off before I left. Like what?? This was amazing!!! Thank you Modwash ❤️

I had an issue with my membership and Carl helped me so much. He even sat on the phone with me with customer service and ushered me through the wash. He provided exemplary service and made sure that I kept my subscription with ModWash. He is a real gentleman and outstanding staff member. Because of him, I will always keep my subscription active. It was an overall great experience! Thank you so much Carl, your customer service is unmatched!

I came to this car wash today and was disappointed at the finished product. The end result was my car still being dirty after spending $30 on the top tier wash they offer. It wouldn’t have mattered how many times I went through the wash over and over again, it simply would not have done the job I was expecting. Also, half of the vacuums were shut down with a line wrapped around the parking lot waiting for access after exiting the car wash. Not the best experience all around, will not return. Also, they have all these options when you’re picking the tier of wash you’d like prior to entering and paying. Many of the additional add ons leave you confused about what’s included in your package with no Human Resources around to elaborate. They also have an option for you to purchase an air freshener for $1, but they hand them out for free at the end. I do not recommend this car wash. Save your money, do it yourself.

$14 and my car was dirtier after the wash. Only about half of the spinning brushes were working and the rinse water must be from the drain because it left white/brown spots all over my car when it dried. On top of that, the first two vacuums that i pulled into did not work. I understand that things break, but wouldn't it make sense to hang a sign rather than have your customers pull in and remove their matts before finding out that the vacuum doesn't work? This place was great when it first opened but it took a serious turn for the worse. I'll never go there again. Update!!! After leaving my review, I was advised to contact customer service where my complaints would be addressed. What a surprise...no one got back to me! This company's customer service is just as disappointing as their facilities. Luckily, there are plenty of other car wash options in the area.
