Today I went to the ModWash and was so surprised by the customer service. Jose offered to clean my window and my mats and I really appreciate that because I was in a hurry. I’ve been to this location numerous times and I’m always satisfied with the service. Get the membership if you clean your car often.

After two months of using ModWash - I’ve decided to cancel my membership. The car wash does not clean my car… I don’t understand it. I’ve attached photos. The back of my car is actually dirtier than when I go in. These photos were taken after the second car wash in three days - as you can see, I am sitting in the vacuum area just after the wash sequence. Around Thanksgiving, I showed the attendant what the car looked like when I came out and she offered to pressure wash it, which was really nice. Then a few weeks ago, one of the attendance pressure washed it before I went through the car wash, which was also very nice, but it still came out the same way. Also, it looks as if small particles collect on the windows, So when I rolled down my window and roll it back up and there’s a line of debris. Really odd. Yesterday, when I decided to cancel, they didn’t ask why, but I did notice that the different attendant hit the ‘financial’ button on the screen 😂 No, It’s not financial. Your car wash simply does not clean.

Had the best experience here the other day. I went for a car wash but before that I asked a worker for advice on how to get a particular smudge off my car which wouldn't seem to come off. He went out of his way to clean that off nicely. Then when I went to pay for a carwash he blessed me with a free premium carwash. This is the only carwash I've been going to (Falkenburg Road, Tampa, FL) for 1-2 years and every time it's been a good experience!

I was visiting from out of state and simply needed to give my csr a bath. ModEash was near my hotel so I give them a spin. Car was nice, shiny and clean afterwards. The staff was extra friendly and the cleaning amenities were awesome (I've never seen a car wash with the air-blower...great for getting water from crevices and drying your rims). I strongly recommend 👌

My employer has a commercial account with ModWash so I took our company truck there for a wash and interior clean. Service was friendly and professional. The washing process off without a hitch. One vacuum machine was inop, but the one on the other side of our bay was working fine so the interior of the truck was cleaned without further issues.

I have the top tier wash membership. Wash quality is poor. My car is still soaked when finished, only the drivers side wheels are treated. Cleaning bays are pretty tight. Definitely not worth the $47. Definitely will be canceling

Tae was a major help I came in with bird poop all on my car. I never knew there was a bug protection area. He got all that off and came and was a huge help cleaning my car off. Love this place. Staff always so help and positive. He danced and kept a beautiful positive energy the whole time.

BAD Wash + TERRIBLE Customer service. I purchased an upgraded wash for $20. When i got home I noticed the car was still very dirty in 3 areas the Machine missed. I Returned the next day requesting another wash. The Mod Wash employees told me NO they would NOT honer another Wash. I asked for a manager, the mod employee said that "he is the highest rank mngr here." I asked his name and with much hesitation he eventually said he name is "Artavious" which seemed false. There are many other washes in the area that would gladly honor a bad wash job & the inconvenience. I highly recommend DO NOT WASH Here.
