Recently went to this location for a quick wash. Long story short, a hitch on another truck struck my front end but luckily no damage. The only thing to suffer was a personal front license plate. The manager, Stephen, helped me with the situation and was able to replace the front license plate. Safe to say, Stephen and his team showed up in a big way for minor inconvenience to help me out.

I’ve been very happy with this car wash subscription. I think I’ve had it a little over a year now. I love that they scrub the front and back of your car before going through the wash because I’ve used several before and they always miss those spots. I also love how they have the spray and microfiber cloths for you to use to clean the inside.

I had a terrific experience at Moby's Car Wash. The check in was quick and efficient. The wash itself was not rushed, and I was particularly impressed with their prewash rinse and brushing. All of the dirt from several trips back and forth to Texas was cleaned off and my sedan was shining again. The vacuum stations were well stocked, and there was no loud music blaring from other patrons' vehicles. I'm now a subscriber and I'm looking forward to my next visit.

I don’t know what kind of magical car-cleaning universe I wandered into, but Josh and Thomas are apparently the superheroes I didn’t know my vehicle needed. First off, Josh didn’t just scrub my car—he deep-cleaned its soul. I swear the paint was emotionally moved. And then, as if that wasn’t enough, he drew a heart on my window like some kind of wholesome, car-washing Cupid. And then there’s Thomas, the polite professional of the car-cleaning world. He kindly asked if I wanted my car mats washed, and before I knew it, he had them looking fresher than the day the car rolled off the lot. He washed and dried them with the enthusiasm of someone who truly cares about car cleanliness. And as if that wasn’t enough, he even hooked me up with air fresheners — my car now smells like it’s trying to impress people.

We have multiple vehicles with monthly memberships to Moby’s. This is a great location with quality equipment. Today I ran my wife’s vehicle through and had just started taking out the floor mats to clean when Josh Sykes walked up and offered to clean them for me. He took them away and did a great job getting them looking good. What I appreciate most was that I didn’t have to ask or even look for someone. He immediately saw that I had removed the mats and came to see if I needed help. It is what we have come to know from this Moby’s but today was especially appreciated. We always feel as though we get our moneys worth from our monthly memberships.

The turn into the wash tunnel is a tight radius and I need to be precise in my F-150. I like that they pre-scrub your windows and the overall clean is good. The drying could be better as you pretty much have to get out to dry several surfaces or get spots. Also it is not rare for it to power down while you're in the tunnel. That's probably not ideal for whichever section you're in at the time.

Love the smells and for the most part it was a good car wash. Didn't get bugs off first time through. Went through second still didn't get them off. Not the $20 car wash I thought I'd paid for. If we would have had time we would have gone through Was bummed as hose kept coming loose at vacuum.
