Was my car even cleaned? I paid for an interior just to have to take towel from my rack and wipe it down myself. They didn’t even notice me walk over and grab a towel, hence showing their lack of attention. Really? These were the pictures I immediately took after getting my car back. Won’t be coming back to this location again.

Paid for a Platinum wash and detail, my car is still dirty. They didn't wipe down the door sills or the door panels, the rims are still dirty. Very poor detailing. I gave the a 2nd try and will not be going back here

They do a great job! Leo was very attentive to detail and left my car feeling new. Customer service is also A+ and professional. They removed the dog fur that was in the nooks and crannies or my SUV.

Save your money, go somewhere else, garbage. I have a good size truck and it didn't wash the right side of the truck. Coming out, the roller didn't come down at all to touch the windshield. As I got out to get a towel to dry the windshield and noticed the whole back of the car was wet as well cuz the blower didn't blow, it sucks

I hate complaining to this extreme but as a paying customer one should never have to tolerate disrespect at a business establishment. Disrespectful employee (Christian)skipped someone ahead of me that was not a member. Christian does not seem to comprehend what customer service is. He didn’t like my pissed of “tone” with him when I addressed the issue. My NYC tone just has that effect on people whenever I feel disrespected. I didn’t curse nor disrespect him as a person. I called him on his lack of professionalism. My tone upset him. He claimed “it takes a lot for me to get upset.” He never apologized or owned his mistake. He was clueless as to my claim that I felt disrespected because he skipped someone who arrived after me. Told me it “makes no sense I feel that way.” I told him he would not have gotten a tone from me if he’d done his job. I even apologized to this clown for my tone. Told him “I’m owning my error of my tone” you should own your errors too. He basically said whatever to me as a response more like yeah ok. This is an unprofessional way to handle an error on his part. He claimed he had too many people at one time and was unaware. Poor me boo hoo My guy! In a customer service situation it is your job to be aware and organized. If not go do a different job! Christian as a young man who’s the face of a business you should learn to own your errors when you make them and more so pay attention to your surroundings at said business. Oh the wash? They did a decent job on my truck. But with the Customer Service here being so disrespectful, I doubt I’ll be back to this location.

My first time here doing my hubby a favor. The staff was very courteous and friendly. We take our truck to Georgia for hunting and only a full service car wash gets it clean when we get back. Fully recommend this car wash.

Went today and was forced into the interior lane where I was forced to hear a upgrade pitch then had to backup to go in the lane they had closed off ...then waited at an empty entrance for several minutes. Stop the sales tactics. I just want to get my car washed quickly.

This used to be my favorite car wash - quality, efficiency, friendly employees. However, the last few times I came in for a service and paid nearly $50 for a Titanium wash, the dash of my car was still dusty, the seats weren’t vacuumed properly, there were water stains on the windows, and it didn’t look like interior of the doors was cleaned/wiped at all. Would expect more thoroughness for a $50 service

It's the worst place to wash your car! If you want everything to come out full of streaks in your painting, it is the perfect place. They damaged my entire new truck. It was their first wash and they damaged all the paint I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE EVER IN MY LIFE. Giving it one star is too much

I don't wash my truck often, it's used for my painting business so it's dirty on the inside BUT when I need to refresh it and get a good wipe and vacuum inside and out, this place does it best! Good job guys 👏🏽 The other regular car wash machines are just pass through and then you gotta clean it yourself but at Mister Car Wash it's a full clean inside and better outside. Great people, nice, thorough plus the price is reasonable.

Great place, everybody did a great and courteous friendly job from guiding to the entrance lanes over showing us the very clean (including restroom!!!) waiting lobby to finally guide us to the perfectly inside and outside cleaned car. Looked like new! Waiting time so short that we could not finish the drinks from the vending m/c. 😀 My warm hearted recommendation.

I chose the Platinum package (interior and exterior), but I was very disappointed. The worker used my own dirty cloth from inside my car to clean the windows and dashboard, leaving dust and sand everywhere. The area near the gear shift was not properly cleaned, and the tires still look dirty, even though tire cleaning was included. I will upload photos. It was not worth the price, and they also ask for tips before the service is finished, which is not appropriate.
