I'm updating my review because the last time I reviewed the car wash I wasn't exactly sure what you get with what's you pet a because it's package car Wash include something different. I'm only updating it to four stars because of the confusing package details, however once you understand what you're actually paying for they actually do a really good job at making sure your car is clean, add say take good care of what they do. If you're looking for an absolutely clean interior, that is considered a final touch which without a package cost $50 extra oh, I got one of these done today and the car looks absolutely amazing and smells amazing. The people who work here are always very pleasant and very nice and never once had a problem with any of the employees. Facility itself is astonishingly clean. they have some of the cleanest restrooms you can imagine in a public setting. They have free popcorn and water and if you drink coffee they have coffee as well. They're very quick at what they do so if you plan to walk to 7-Eleven make sure somebody knows you're going.

Frankly, don’t even waste your time here. My car was already cleared and empty but I went to get the interior cleaned. They literally finished in 5 minutes, only doing a surface wipe and vacuum and not even thoroughly. There were many spots missed and my car looked exactly the same as when I brought it. Wasted my time and money. The images are showing just a few of the places that dirt and grime was left behind, but it was literally all over because they did such a lazy, rushed job. Also, they didn’t even put the new scent thing in my car and unfortunately I didn’t notice until I left to ask for one. But if they offered it before I paid for the service, then why would I need to remember to ask for that again and not them?

Left trash in the car, did even attempt to clean the back wheels and leaves still stuck to my windshield. Was still dusty on pretty much the whole dash, i asked the guy for a towel to do it myself, he ask what I thought. I told the two guys the car was “eh not great”. They then told me to have a nice day after, didn’t seem to care that I wasn’t satisfied. I also tipped before. That was a mistake. Won’t come back for sure.

I’ve only been a member at Mister Car Wash a month, and my car looks like a brand new car every time I bring it to Mister car wash. The employees are very friendly and have amazing fragrances to make your car smell nice like cherry and new car smell. Mister Car wash is the best place to get your car washed.

Please save your self the time and money. Both locations are terrible. Pay $45 for a self car wash is exactly what your in for. Spoke with management on how dissatisfied I was with my first wash at location #1 and they gladly gave me a voucher to return and give it another shot. Went to location #2 and it was worse. Rims left dirty, car left dirty as well as parts of exterior. Whatever you do avoid this place!

Worst car wash in my life. First I was not aware that im not aloud to vacuum my car myself at this location.... then when I do a walk around on my car their car wash ripped the corner of my bumper off and cracked my light.

Stopped in for a quick cleaning before my rental return. The service was quick. Would have loved to have more of the sand in the rear trunk removed. But overall it was better than when I arrived, based on the cost it was worth the service. The staff was friendly, and quick. We were in and out in 15-20min.

This location was very kind and all smiles, especially Gene. He assisted me in the month discounted trial for car washes and made sure I understood everything while being transparent. His kindness was much appreciated in rough times. And my car! Wow, after neglecting it for some time and enduring my tough commutes, I didn’t think it was possible for it to look so clean and pretty again so quick. They 100% took their time with the interior but not too long which is soooo nice. You guys are awesome, thank you again!

Ok so let me start by saying i always handwash my car. I been to carwashes before. But it's been awhile. Anyways running late today so didnt have time to wash it myself. Take it to this carwash. Guy sells me on the "titanium" wash becuase apperently it's their best. Please look at the pictures. Idk if they are scratches or not but will check when my day is over. Tried to just rub it out with my finger and does not come off. They usually have two people drying cars but all 4 bays were full and waiting for 1 to clear is very awkward because there is literally no space. So i left Ridiculous. Should not have to buff my car off after a "premium wash" so if anyone wants some water splashed on their car this is your spot

Price wasn’t a problem and neither was the customer service. Leaving scratches on my car that need to be buffed out or covered up is truly disappointing. I paid for the titanium membership and the very same day leaves this scratch on my car. Probably don’t plan on going to them ever again and don’t recommend anyone else to try them either or you could have the same first time experience as me.
