Fast service but the people at the towel drying station should do better. I asked to get my car dried but was completely ignored until an older guy walked up and told me it’s only for certain members. I have a monthly subscription paying $23 per month so getting my car dried should be part of the subscription!

Substandard quality. See photos below. I paid for the platinum service which includes interior and exterior cleaning. I was thoroughly disappointed when my car was given back to me. I ended up having to redo it myself when I got home. There were crumbs still left in the door sill. The mats had sand on them as if they didn’t even use a vacuum. The dash was barely wiped. The interior had a moldy smell from the obvious dirty rags they must’ve used to wipe it with. This is not my first time here. I’ve been here 3 times and I’ve never been impressed. I will never use this place ever again. I’ll take the time to do it myself or hire a mobile detail.

Laziest vacuum job hands down. The girl scanning the cars had a nasty attitude. I had to drive back and have them “re-vacuum” and the staff are looking around bewildered like there isn’t obvious leaves and straw wrappers sitting out on the seat and floor mats. I’ll save my time and money next time and go down the street to do it myself.

Worst detail i’ve ever seen, did a $15 interior detail vacuum and everything and did absolutely NOTHING all they did was wipe things down, and it’s dumb to pay for people to vacuum your car and doesn’t do anything right. Not one seat on cup holders were even clean. fire these employees🤦🏽♂️. Do better mister. Need for sure need my money back. Y’all are scammers just to get more money.

Went to wash my car (sedan, blue, four-door) at this car wash yesterday. I got the maximum wash ($36). Everything seemed fine until the next morning. Spots all over the car, see pictures. I get it, cars can dry weird. My problem is the next day I went back and asked them to re-run the car, just for a rinse (normally an $8 value) to see if it would take care of the spots. The sales lady (do not remember name, she was Hispanic with glasses) was no help. Finally after asking a manager, the manager said denied the request. She suggest, "it is your fault for parking next to any sprinklers." I did not park next to any sprinklers. Regardless, I bad situation with the spots. Mister Car Wash could have handled the situation better. Simply a lack of care and customer service on their end. I hope this does not happen to your car, however, if something does happen (such as spots, a scratch, or other car wash malfunction), do not expect much help or responsiveness on their end.

Staff was courteous and friendly. My car came out cleaner than it went in, but I expected more for the price I paid. I love 1.4 miles away drove right home from Mister Car Was and took these photos.

I spent $50 and this is what I got. The people that work there are so rude. The girl taking my money was very pleasant. I explained what I wanted and she showed me the most expensive option. I thought the price was outrageous, but I really wanted to get my car wiped down on the inside She was the only smiling face. I spoke to the person that would be cleaning my car to make sure they would wipe the inside down. I explained that was my main concern. Their response was we’ll try. I smiled because I thought he was kidding. No he wasn’t. And they did not try. I have directly sent this company a message with no response. They do not care about their customers. I will never come back, and I will make sure I tell people about my experience. What a rip off. This is the Mr. Car Wash on Gandy

It knocks the dirt off - but leaves terrible streaks, a layer of dirty oily haze, and dirty water spots. The rinse water is not clean. The spinning drying tool / tube at the end is the worst part - it leaves an oily dirty haze all over the car and clouds up the windshield - they clearly do not clean the tools like they should and their use of dirty water situation is not good. ———— You have to go home and clean your car after this car wash. Recommend you go somewhere else — no vacuums to clean the inside.

I usually don’t leave reviews especially negative one. Cons: However, I am very disappointed with my service today. I paid for the titanium interior and exterior service. I even spoke with a worker pointing out the dirt I needed cleaned. It looks exactly the same as I went there with. My passenger seat did not get vaccumed. Pros: friendly staff

Paid for interior and added tip to make sure I get satisfaction from cleaning. I pulled over in gas station next to to finish drying out the car. I was looking at the workers I swear looked like no one wanted to be there. I should get a refund for the service and get my tip back they didn’t deserve it.

They signed my elderly (87 years old) mother in law for a car wash plan in Feb 7th 2025 to one of her credit cards. On Feb 17th 2025, they signed her up for another plan on a different credit card - despite her having the same car for the past 10 years, she only has one car, and she lives alone (so did they forget to put the barcode sticker on her windshield? No idea since the car is gone. Did they "upgrade" her? I don't think so since the 2nd plan was a less expensive one. It appears to be straight up incompetence that they signed someone up for a 2nd plan despite them already having one). My mother in law then totaled her car in August 2025 and did not remember even signing up for either plan. I just talked to Alexis at corporate who let me know the Mister Carwash policy is that it is the customer's responsibility to cancel their account and that no back credits are to ever be given - when pressed, she confirmed this is true even if someone dies. Feel free to go there if you like supporting their policy of preying on the elderly.

They rush to clean your car, usually missing wheel cleaning and other areas. They wiped down the inside of the windshield, actually making it dirtier. Staff attitudes aren’t great. Expensive prices for the service you receive. Skip this place.

I went to Mister today to have my Jeep washed. There’s still bird poop on my front window, pollen on the hood of my jeep and my interior is still disgusting. I paid $42 plus a $10 tip and will be disputing this charge with my bank. I’m not going thru another car wash to clean up the mess that was left behind. Not sure what happened to Mister, but at one time this car wash was amazing. Now it’s a waste of time and $….

I currently have 3 vehicles attached on the membership. The staff is usually awesome; however, I was having an issue getting break dust off the rims of wine of my vehicles. A bought some pre treatment and ran my cat through the exterior lane. After looking at the rims I still had debris on my wheel I asked the attendant for a towel to wipe the wheel and he aggressively stated the towels are for the interior wash. I acknowledged that I was aware however I just needed to wipe my wheel and I would return it. He proceeded to say that I could purchase one but I could not use a towel. From a customer service standpoint I felt like why do I not take my $130 monthly membership down the street. By the way I am speaking about the location at 3622 Gandy blvd Tampa. Please do better for your customers!

Exterior wash came out clean, good drive-through system, but paying $40 for a membership and then being charged an additional $15 plus tip for them to do the inside of my vehicle only for it to appear They shook out my floor mats without actually fully vacuuming the inside is absolutely ridiculous and i would not recommend this place. I would much rather go to Woody’s car wash down the road, or the Mr. bubbles about to open and self vacuum at no additional charge and know that my vehicle is going to be clean instead of wait 25 minutes to still not have a clean vehicle. My vehicle was not very dirty to begin with, I usually clean it weekly, it really appears like they did not do very much at all.

I like going to this place because the location is nearby but also because the prices are more reasonable than the other big car wash places. They have the option to go through the self car wash machine or you can have your car washed in detailed by the staff, they do a great job and their prices are reasonable. This place has been around a very long time and I hate to see that big chain car washes are starting to take over the area. This car wash is the only location that actually has several people that had employees whereas most other car washes they’re pretty self-sufficient and only have a couple of employees.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received yesterday at your location. My car was still dirty after being sent through the wash a second time. Additionally, the interior cleaning was poorly done, despite my complaints at the time of service. I attempted to call the location three times today but was unable to reach anyone. At this point, I would like to request a full refund of $55.00. I have attached pictures for your reference.

Was an Unlimited member for years and still technically am, but will be canceling today. Used their normal exterior wash Saturday before Christmas. That day they apologized for the machine breaking off a front piece of my 2023 GMC Truck. The manager on duty Malek said they were “Sorry, this happened earlier this weekend to a similar truck. We will take care of it for you. Our manager will call this coming week to resolve it with you and tell you where to go to get it fixed.” Two weeks later I haven’t heard from them, so I called. They took an accident report, pictures, etc and didn’t follow up. When I called today, the other manager “Troy” said Malek was out in PTO for a couple weeks and he’ll follow up when he gets back. I wish this place would take responsibility for ripping up my front hood.
