Apparently, they don’t know how to insert a debit card to use the chip. And when you try to call and speak to somebody on the customer care team and hangs up on you such a wonderful company.

The equipment in the bay May be old and dated in comparison. However, don’t be alarmed, the staff on the other side are fantastic and always have my car in shape to where there is nothing more I ask them for.

I had an excellent experience thanks to Will at the car wash. He was incredibly hardworking, detail-oriented, and friendly throughout the entire process. He made sure my car was spotless, both inside and out, and took extra time to make sure everything was done right. You can tell he takes pride in his work and truly cares about customer satisfaction. I’ll definitely be coming back—and I’ll be asking for Will!

Change your time if it changes. Closing time is now 6pm per the attendant. We drove 15 mins away specifically to come here. Very disappointed.

“Clean, rise, and dry” is very misleading because they in fact do NOT dry your car. Maybe they mean the air coming out of the car wash. The price is ridiculous for them to not dry it or the interior to be not be included. For the price and go to bubble wash or any other do it yourself car washes

I’m not sure about the other locations never used them. This location is trash! I paid them about $40 for an inside and out wash and left a $20 tip. I was only there not even 24hrs ago. Just look at the pics and you be the judge. Also, they have like three people working on the inside detail once it comes through the drive through car wash so I’m not understanding why my car look like this??? Never again!!

Well for starters I just have to say I’m very disappointed almost every time I go here it’s very understaffed not organized it almost feels like everything gets done backwards and the real reason why I’m leaving this comment is due to the fact that their machine every time I take my vehicles there I notice Scratches which the manager of this company and employees will continue to deny that their machines is even possible causing such abrasions I have been around the automobile industry my whole entire life and I always have brand new vehicles.. I just now purchased my truck three days ago which has only been washed by them and through their machine and the result is Scratches!!!👺 I’m canceling my subscription until this place gets updated and staff is increased to do a better job lines are too long and takes too much time to get you out sorry hope to see future improvements at that point will consider going back to this location……

I actually enjoy going to this place. I always get the exterior wash combined with the interior service. I don’t have any problem with the quality of the cleaning. However, I’m afraid I’m going to have to find a new place to go. This is mainly due to the employee that processes your payment before you go through the car wash. The last 2 to 3 times I’ve been here he pretty much talks down to me like I’m an idiot because I don’t want sign up for the membership. Even after telling him no, he repeatedly asks over and over again. The car wash is the last place I want to go to face aggressive sales pitches.

The carwash apparently has oil cycling through the mechanical brushes. The oil slim is not coming off. The manager has done nothing. I'll be filing a small claims lawsuit.

1/26/2026 Came back. The team was outstanding. The car was very clean. Thank you so much. I paid $50.15. They didn't clean the dash, fingerprints were left on the trim. I don't know what kind of wax they used but it left spots and a dull film on the hood. I'm done with this expensive place. The staff is always polite. The star us for them.

The Whole crew is amazing they work together, fast and they get the job done. They greet you with a smile, very respectful and their quality of work is excellent, Kevin is absolutely great and their crew is so consistent! I only go to this particular Mister and Dale Mabre because of the quality of service My wife and I receive, we always leave a generous tip. Thank you Kevin and the crew, you’re appreciated.

Very poor service for expensive price. I bought the platinum package cause I have been told include in and out detail service when my truck was done all flor mats are dirty dashboard and cup holders as well.. never come back

Worst car wash I have ever been to. The people that work here are so lazy. The cad wash is super basic, it doesn’t clean any dirt off the car. The people that clean the inside are extremely slow and lazy. They barely wipe anything down… dust is everywhere in the car still. My car is still dirty inside and outside. Do not come here. The most expensive and the worst car wash I have ever been too.

We ended up here because the Hyundai dealer was unable to provide the free wash that comes with a new car. The dealer provided a free wash coupon at Mister. I took both vehicles since I was there. I was disappointed that I could use the coupon but couldn’t add a vacuum to the service. Therefore I put my coupon away and paid full price for 2 washes and interior cleaning. Staff was friendly, attentive, and did a solid job. The process moves quickly but thoroughly which is nice. I received the car very clean inside and out. A solid car wash location and I will return. For business, with IT technology much advanced, adding some options like interior vacuum for those with coupons for other stuff cannot possibly hurt.

The employees are nice and polite. Unfortunately, this is where anything positive to be said ends. This is my second time using this location, and both times have been very unsatisfactory. For a $43 car cleaning, I guess I expected better. I won't be returning again, I just wish there was a decent car wash that can meet minimum expectations for cleaning. The outside was I guess, barely acceptable but not for their advertised "Titanium package" and where is the wheel shine? Interior which was the most important to me at this time was unacceptable. Save yourself your time and your hard earned money!

Ran my truck through twice didn’t request pressure spray inside bay first time . Bugs didn’t even come off no problem go back through a second time made request that maybe they can use spray gun to get them off this time nope I seen my man request it for me on the radio but lazy in the bay just ran me through again. Service sucks anymore bugs still on the front . I like the amount of locations Mister has but may be time to start searching for another car wash company . They want to be very anal over heavy ass coolers in the bed but can’t even do their basic job . Thanks for nothing sincerely a long time customer 8+years Update* Thank you for stepping your service up back to standards when I first became a customer!! Been through a few times since my bad experience and it has been nothing less than top notch !
