Don’t purchase a membership if you want vaccumms included in a car wash membership. Almost every time I have driven here, the vacuums are all shut off. I’ve wasted so much time driving here for nothing. The 2 times that they have been on, the suction is absolutely horrible and they have no additional tools or towels. You’re better off cleaning your car at home. Quick Quack or Fabulous Freddy’s are top tier.

Went through one morning on my way home from work. Used to have a quick quack membership and canceled it right after and got one with mister. Car wash is so much better. I know people are bitching and moaning about rags but the ones at the quack where always wet so I'd rather not use dirty old rags. I bring my own. Vacuums are good. You want a smaller nozzle buy one. As far as the wash goes it's great and doesn't bend the front plate all to he'll like quack did. Only down side I can think of is maybe be open till 8pm. But it's nice they are open on Sunday.

Update below. The first portion was a review from a few years back. My favorite carwash. I have a monthly subscription so that I can run my car through as frequently as if like. It's an awesome deal, ~$35 a month versus around $15 each time .... Just had this experience: I went to the Mister Carwash in American Fork. I've had a membership with them for years. I have loved their carwash. Thursday while going through we heard a loud sound, almost grinding, but definitely louder and more rough than it should have been. After going through the wash and getting home, my fiancé noticed the damage and took the pic below. I called their corporate number immediately because the AF site was closed and explained the situation. They had me take the car into the AF site and let them take pictures and submit the official claim. This was the response I received: This is Bryce with Mister Car Wash. Upon reviewing your incident, the cameras dont show us a before picture at all, the damage is too low in their field of view. The damage on your car is not consistent with the way the equipment works also. Any damage from the Wash would be a constant pattern from front to back of your car, not just in one spot. The damage on your car is not from the car wash. I am putting this out there because I don't want any one else having a similar experience. I cancelled my membership after having it for years

Not so bad, not so good. Before I bought my car wash, which cost $26 I asked the guy if they have rags I can use to wipe down the interior. He said yes so I went ahead and bought the car wash. Went through the car wash that went OK just fine. They have brushes and shit that wiped down your car for you on the outside . Vacuums were OK but they don’t have any crevice tools or attachments that get cracked super good and some vacuums are more powerful than others so keep that in mind if you get a weak vacuum, you might need to move to a different vacuum. They didn’t have any rags available at the vacuums. I had to go talk to a customer service fellow and bug him eventually I got a rag, but it was dry and I had to get a separate spray bottle from him. I don’t think that service they typically provide where was quick quack they have damp rags available for you to use at the vacuums. Anyway, I used the rags and returned them. They seemed a little annoyed at my presence and annoyed that I wanted a really clean car, especially on the interior, even though that’s what people go to car washes for. To clean the car. Not horrible, not great. But that’s why I shop around next time. I’m going somewhere else.

This place could be really good. Paid the $30 for an outside and inside clean.The outside was clean but I was not impressed with the interior. They cut a lot of corners and missed a lot of spots. There were a few other cars in line to be cleaned so I wonder if they felt rushed to move on to those cars? Just slow down and do the job right the first time and make sure people get what they are paying for.

Mister car wash is a great value on the monthly subscription. I have used 3 different ones in the last month as I am moving to a different town. Happy they have so many locations and so far all of them excellent They have a good people working there.

We take our company vehicles to Mister Car Wash every Friday. They provide fantastic, happy, friendly service and a quality car wash. Our business account is affordable, and my personal account is, too. There are locations across Utah and Salt Lake County, making it a worthwhile option with minimal cost.

I actually give them a 3 but because their staff are always attentive, polite and professional I had to go 3. A good clean truck has been mostly consistent here but the tire shine a disappointing feature for over a year and that's why I got the membership in the first place. They don't compensate or sympathize.

So disappointed, purchased titanium car wash and then after wash find out I have to pay $1.00 for each towel I want to use. They didn’t even treat my car with bug wash so needless to say front of car still covered in bugs. Their answer go though again. Don’t have time for that, just give me a towel and I will wipe down and leave. Won’t go here again. Will find location that values their customers.

I have had a membership to Quick Quack and Mister at the same time for different vehicles so I could judge for myself which I felt was the best. It’s been my experience that Mister’s customer service, employee friendliness and quality of the wash is superb, far superior over quick quack. This location is large, clean, with friendly and kind employees. They even have a covered (garage) dry and clean station. I know people complain about the towels, but the towels that you use at quick quack are usually dirty and leave streak marks. I prefer to purchase the towels at Mister (much higher quality towels for $1 a piece) and I just wash them after I’m done and leave them in my car. Over all, Mister has something that quick quack doesn’t when it comes to over all quality and employee training and professionalism. I highly recommend this location.

Always greeted as I pull the vehicle through the "gate" The enter guide person is always ready and helps guide the car in, and waves as you are ready and in position to start being pulled through the facility. The wash/rinse/waxing is consistent and good. I like the horizontal rotating brush position better at its (newer) current location. It is located further inside the facility. It makes it easier to see and exit at the end.

I like Mr. Carwash because I get consistently excellent results. Every time I go through to clean my vehicles. The automated process has really got it down to make the car clean the first time. And the vacuums are good and strong, which is a big deal because that’s the part I play.
