Was not satisfied with the results! Left dust in all cracks and tight spaces. The truck was pretty clean before he started and felt like I got a quick wipe down. There was no detail involved. Left spray on inside of windshield and some sort of blue wax on dash.

Suddz did such an amazing job!! I was recommend to use them by a friend and I’m so glad I did! They came to me which was so convenient, got my car to look brand new, asked if it was up to my standards before leaving, and were so respectful. I’m a college student who likes to travel a lot so my car had sand, dirt, grass stains, and food spills all over and suddz got it right out! I highly recommend them!

Suddz did a great job cleaning our car. We had dogs have an accident in our car with crap everywhere and they were able to get rid of all traces of what happened including the smell. The interior looks a lot better now as well. I would recommend them for similar cases

I cannot recommend this car detailing company enough! I accidentally gave them the wrong address, and instead of getting frustrated, they were so kind and understanding about it. Brayden, William, and Connor (I believe—sorry hun if I got that wrong!) went above and beyond to make sure everything still went smoothly. The level of professionalism, patience, and attention to detail was unmatched. My car looks amazing, and their customer service was truly next level. Canceled 30 mins before scheduled detail and ruined a surprise birthday gift for an employee. Apparently they do not own a mobile water tank to actually do mobile detailing. Seems a bit odd to me that a key component of your business offering (water) is not something you can provide. Their staff person did suggest to me that I just do the interior detailing and then run the exterior through a car wash. If he's comparing their service to a generic car wash, I took that as a good indicator of the level of service they provide.

Really impressed with this service! I was in a time crunch and booked the appt for the next day. My interior looks like it came straight off the lot! Years of pet stains, dirt, and dust were all gone. They were efficient, detailed, and had amazing customer service. Highly recommend!

Kid shows up in, what looks to be his personal vehicle with a few small tools. He spent 3 hours on my small SUV. There’s still dust on door panels, he didn’t roll the windows down and wipe the top of the glass, he didn’t wipe any kind of protectant on the paneling or dash, there was no foam bath, and he steamed the carpet… for an extra cost…to me that’s not a deep shampoo with a little handheld steamer. I had to remind him to do the "steam cleaning and deep carpet shampoo". He said he forgot, then proceeded to "do it" for the final 10 minutes.i could’ve paid my 16 year old nephew a third the cost to get kind of work. Please send someone who knows what they're doing and has the integrity to finish the job properly. On a different note, the kid said "if you have my number, call me next time and I'll come do it for cheaper". Not an integrity type of move at all. Edit, response to owner: So, your customer is supposed to spend their entire day holding your employees hand and holding them accountable for doing their job as expected and paid for? I tipped because I’m not a jerk, and knew I would be reaching out to you for resolution as it was clear that my having to remind your employee what they were supposed to do wasn’t getting the paid for results. However, you have refused to respond to my attempts to contact both by phone and text. I expect to be contacted to resolve this, otherwise I will dispute the charge as I did not get what I paid for.

My grandmother wanted me to leave a review for Rachel. She says that Rachel was extremely kind and talked her through the whole process, and did a beautiful job detailing the inside of her Sedan. I can also say for myself that she did an amazing job. It looked brand new, and it only took her about 45 mins. My grandmother said that she felt so cared for while having a conversation with Rachel. She appreciated the company. It's amazing to hear about people like Rachel who have to come and do their job and put in the extra effort to talk to their clients and make them feel heard. Thank you for making her week better! :)
