The agent is helpful and listening to my concerns! Got 3 cars active with mister car wash but one of the car barcode is not functioning properly and the other mister car wash agent in different location refused to let me in to get my car washed! Asking me all kinds of questions and didn’t provide option or one time claimed care pass ! The so called manager is not helpful and seems irritated by the situation! What matter most is not getting my car washed but how she make me feel about the service, and I am a member for long time with 3 cars! It matter how you connect with your customers and make them feel good about service your company provides! The same company but the agent that help me out this morning is nice, pleasant and caring person! She even apologized for the inconvenience caused by the other location so called manager reaction! She should respond but not react because she had a bad day! Over all! It make sense for your company upper management to do check in and make sure that all the agents provide the same service at all locations! No pick and choose! Must provide Same and opportunity for all customers that comes to your door!!!!!!!

I was travelleing thru the US heading back to Canada. At one of my overnight stops i decided to get a carwash to remove the dead bug splatter on the bumper and front windsheild. I asked Google to find me a place and i ended up here at Mr. Carwash in Brooklyn Park MN. I told the attendant what i was looking for, a simple basic wash that would remove the dead bugs. He suggested the basic $10 and to tell the attendent working inside the wash to remove the bugs with their powerwasher. I didnt have to say anything. The beautiful you lady working inside the wash knew exactly what she had to do. She took her time trying to remove all of the bugs and succeeded.. i was very pleased on how attentive the employees are at this location and the wash was well.worth it.. car along with tires and rims came out very clean....

I’ve been a member at this Mister Car Wish for going on over 3 years now. I go multiple times a week and I’m on their highest membership (I’m the one with the hello kitty car)! It’s completely worth it to me - especially in the MN winters. The staff are attentive, helpful, friendly and extremely kind. They truly make the experience for me and it’s nice to see the same familiar faces! It shows me that they treat their employees well if they stay long term, and I like to support companies who support their employees. I typically go to the BP location but if I do like that I can use my membership for other locations as well - makes it convenient when I’m out and about in other cities. Overall very happy with my car washes and I’ll continue to come here!

I do not usually come to this location, but today I had to swing in and get a car wash. The staff was extremely friendly and I was very happy that they spaced our cars a little bit more farther apart than a lot of other locations. I hate when someone is on my bumper and I am on someone else’s bumper. I also was impressed with the amount of vacuuming stations that they have. If I am in this part of town again. I will definitely stop back in to get my car washed
