The Mr. car wash monthly package is a great value! And this particular car wash is exceptional! I wish all Mr. car washes had an air hose to fill up tires with! That would be a great plus!

Let me start by saying the employees that work at this location are great and this review is not a reflection on them. Two huge issues. 1. My car was damaged. I bought a brand new car earlier last month and wanted to get a car wash membership to try to keep it looking nice. After just two washes my car is now completely covered in countless abrasions that make it look like it got stuck in the middle of a desert sand storm. I've effectively paid $40 for the privilege of damaging my car so that I can now pay significantly more than that to get the paint repaired. 2. Website won't let me cancel my membership. After noticing the damage to my car's paint while I was out, I immediately attempted to cancel my membership through the website. Despite my membership being linked to my online profile, the website refuses to let me cancel my membership and gives me a random error message. Suuuuuuuper super shady stuff. Regardless of how and when issue number 2 ends up being resolved, issue number 1 will ensure this remains a 1-star review. Don't use this car wash unless you don't really care about your car or you're really eager to figure out what's involved in repairing micro-abrasions across the entirety of your car.

Was loving the platinum wash... then old man winter came and reality slapped me in the wallet. There is no under body wash. The ENTIRE reason I was excited and willing to have a monthly membership was to wash the salt and snow under my van. I actually went in after a car wash and asked why was there still mud in my wheel wells after 4 washes. They told me the wash only "rinses the under carriage". Looking for a real MINNE-SNOWTA car wash! Why build all these beautiful car washes and NOT do under carriage? Obviously, corporate decision makers need to spend a winter in Minnesota!

I went to this location today and was very dissatisfied with the service. The soap didn't dispense evenly, and the water was really musty. It was so strong it left a musty odor in my car. Update: I returned to this location are week later and regret it. It still smells so bad: musty like sulphur or swamp water.

I was about to cancel my unlimited wash plan because this location constantly has my vehicle smelling like mildew after it gets washed. I just saw they have a different location in Brooklyn Park and that one has been good so far.

Basic wash on my Volt equipped w/ small roof rack worked very well. The attendant at the kiosk was helpful. I noticed one top brush going through, Idk if they controlled it, or if that's what a basic wash does, but it seemed to stay high and above my car as I passed through so the brush didn't contact the roof rack. If I can repeat my experience a second time I will be confident in using this location routinely. Nice free vacuums. Thanks! Second time: not very clean. Lots of bugs left on the front. It seemed the brushes on the right side didn't contact my car except for the last one? $10.85 seems expensive for how dirty it came out. Maybe I waited too long to wash it? Meh. Let's face it, one size fits all carwashes don't really make sense.

Just left the car wash and I still have windows with easily seen swirl and wipe marks. I come at least twice a week with my membership and in the last 3 weeks they still miss spots on my windows.

Paid $20 for the platinum and left wishing I had just gone through a gas station wash. The platinum explicitly brags about wheel shine and my wheels are still covered in dirt. Bugs all over the front of my car. Employees were pretty nice but nobody was quality checking as I left.

Just bought a membership to this car wash, and the wash scratched the tailgate of my truck on 20 Sept 2024. Filed a report and am now waiting for the GM to call me after they investigate the damages. Will update the review once they call me. Management denied my claim on 24 Sept 2024 and stated they will be getting a second opinion from another manager. I will stand by for the next call on the other option on 26 Sept 2024. After calling to talk with corporate and getting the regional manager involved. Jason approved to get my truck fixed through a mobile detailing company on 6 Oct 2024. The issue has been corrected, but I will not use this car wash again.

People always say my car tires look AWESOME! Mister does a great job. Been using them since they opened. Unlimited washes and each time is only like 2 minutes. The free vac is also useful too as I have kids.

NOW OPEN! This new location is the spot! New added features that no other Mister Car Wash location has. They have a mat holder, an air tool (MUCH needed for the water in the side mirrors and window crevices), and a skinny hose for tight spaces!! Check out the photos. So glad this spot opened up due to its' convenient location for me. Additionally, the vacuum is MUCH more powerful, and there are some new things in the car wash that I can't recall. ENJOY!

From the moment I drove in here today 2 people asked if I need it help, they explained to me how the monthly membership works, i have to say that your customer service is incredible, I have not seen such a amazing employers like this place for a long time. I used to have monthly memberships for all my fleet vehicles, a total of 12 vans. Due to bad customer service, I cancelled them all. Even when I go back for single washes, my vehicle doesn’t come out clean. Even after pointing out the obvious dirt and salt marks, they try to blame the road? I believe that’s why I came in to get a wash in the first place. Won’t be coming back to this company.

Not impressed. Bought the top of the line monthly car wash and my tailgate didn't get washed, supposed to get underbody defense and underbody rinse but i go through the wash and get out and check the underbody of my truck and its mostly completely dry underneath. I'll be canceling this membership after my month is up

I'm new to this Mr Car Wash business. Best wash I've been through. Been to the staff for questions on several occasions, (trying to figure this all out) and nothing but prompt courteous service. After experiencing this place, I will NEVER use Fleet Farm or Kwik Trip wash again. I don't know why everyone doesn't use Mr Car Wash. Can't beat the price for the service and amenities you get access to. I have the cleanest white car around! Thank You Mr Car Wash and staff!
