Paid $25 for a wash, didn't really do anything. They were fast, but not clean at all. car literally just got sprayed with water, hardly any foam, or cleaner. Car was still covered in grime, and salt when done. Was told I can purchase another wash. Won't be going again, a gas station can do a better wash.

Great wash! I wish it dried my car a bit better, but other than that I have no complaints. The line moves pretty fast so even if there’s a few cars ahead of you, you can get through pretty quick. Staff have always been friendly and helpful!

Pathetic. They rush you thru the wash, and don’t clean your car. Literally ANY gas station will do better than this. If you actually want a CLEAN car, go somewhere else!!

Takes way too long for the front attendant to check cars through. Seems like they're exchanging life stories. Had to back up, turn around and drive away

Do NOT use Mister Car Wash on Robert Street. The brushes caused damage to my vehicle and I now have several different scratches on one side of it. It's a brand new lease and I work from home within the area, so I'm not exposed to crazy highway elements or anything like that. They said they'd get back to me within 72 hours of putting in my claim, they got back to me a week later to tell me they weren't taking responsibility and tried to accuse me of using a car scrapper on the side. Why would I use a scrapper on the hood or top of my car?! Incredibly rude and now I'm stuck with a detailing bill, because "no one else complained bout any scratches." Now looking through reviews, actually, several people have complained about this location causing damages to their vehicles. I'll be going further down the street or Holiday gas station is even better at this point. I had no issues while taking my car there.

The entire area in the station is full of mud from melting snow, after cleaning the car, it's dirty again from outside, even inside after cleaning it's dirty from shoes , because the station area is so dirty, after winter, it's a 5 star station maybe.
