Love this car wash, always an excellent job and the workers are always friendly and have a smile on their face. Very pleasant and they are very helpful with any questions you may have. They never make me feel like I'm a burden. Also the Ultimate Wash is really fantastic and worth the monthly membership.

Love this place. I go there everyday so my car stays squiky clean and shinny. I totally reccommand using their service. Unlimited car for about 40-45 bucks a month. They also sometimes hand out little gifts like towels and a glass cleaner which is a bonus. Free vaccum. It's in a nice area close to my neighborhood. Clean car wash and there's always someone there to help if you have questions.

Great Carwash! Stay in your vehicle and get pulled through. Seems to do a great job, dryers are a little better than some due to the air being heated. Nice vacuum and air gun at the end. I'm on the wash pass to save money and I can wash my car daily if I want to. Not alot of crew washes around but I can recommend this one.

The hot blowers do not completely dry the car and leave it spotty and blotchy. I have to wipe it down at home with a shine enhancer and re-wash the windows from scratch. They need to use better chemicals. The wax doesn’t last more than a couple days.

Sliced the sidewall of my tire. Talked with staff, filled out report, and got a computer generated email saying I'd be contacted in 5 days. 3 days later they claimed it was "IMPOSSIBLE" to happen in the wash. Due to having plastic materials in wash. We'll, plastic can cut... from the attached picture. You can see how the tire was pinched and cut. Havent even been refunded on the price of the wash. Asked to talk to someone next in charge, waiting...

Changing my rating from a five star to a 3-star based on experiences here over the last couple months. Certain staff members are too hurried to push you through my car doesn't look as clean as it used to. Certain staff members seem unhappy to be there. Sometimes you get yelled at if you are not pulling forward fast enough. And they sometimes forget to wait for your back tires to get on to the chain until they hook you up and then you're bouncing all over the place. Today was the worst experience and I am pausing my membership after this. I am not sure that I want to return.

It's a good wash i had the premium service. But they broke my antenna the long silver one that came with the truck. No problem i replaced it with the 6in all plastic antenna. More durable right. They broke it all the way down pass the base. Put in a claim they are refusing the claim. Reason it wasn't the original antenna.

Cleaned well with just the basic. The heated dryer did better than most, but did leave some spots behind. $10, $15 and $20 option. I think for $10, the basic should include undercarriage also. They don’t have automatic kiosks so you will need to deal with a person trying to upsell you a monthly plan. I’m also concerned they’re not actually spraying off the cars at the entrance. All that dirt and grime is going right onto the mitter and dragging across the next car. I saw the spray guns, they’re just not using them for some reason.

11/21/25- cashed in a coupon for a free car wash and I wish I had never did that own a 14 Camry no issues with the vehicle body and anything else my bumper cover was knocked off a clip or two on the passenger side rear from the wash I notified a lot attendant who in return for the manager while waiting I was able to push the cover back on no exterior damage just the cover off the clip(s) filled out a report and received an email stating no permanent damage was noticed in the photos from the carwash spoke to Sydney at customer service and was told because of pre existing damage they wouldn't cover anything stating the bumper was not sitting properly on the before photos I explained that I never had an issue with the bumper and have been through plenty of car washes before that and this had never happened I was told that nothing had happened at the car wash I felt like I being labeled a liar and went completely off explaining that the only reason I'm on the phone and going through all of this is because this definitely happened I then spoke to Courtney (executive director) who actually acknowledged that this probably did happen but because they felt according to their photos that they're was an issue before all of this happened I explained that I never felt my vehicle had any problems with the rear bumper cover and even Carfax never showed any accidents in that area not knowing the previous history of the vehicle if something might have not been reported in the past my argument was simple just have it checked out by an affiliated body shop and if nothing is wrong then satisfaction is fulfilled and/ or if a clip(s) are loose or broken then be repaired that was turned down by Courtney stating that again they will not be liable for what is not their fault and that they had no affiliation with local or national shops to end that entire colorful conversation with Courtney my statement was simple never had a problem with the vehicle until I went to your car wash period! I will never use this company no matter what vehicle I may own ever again! Was only there once and I truly regret it! Whoever reads this review just remember this was my experience your experience may be different but if it does happen to you this may be the end result! Again bottom line is I went to this particular car wash with no issues with my vehicle and an incident occurred and my biggest regret besides going there which is the biggest one was pushing the bumper back on! If I didn't feel there was an issue after the fact I would have never gone through all of this mess and left this review on Google! Again if this happens this might be the end result of your situation!

I love this place and the price for unlimited only 20.00 a month and it has free vacuuming!!! Join now!!! I came in here when it was below 0 outside and my car was dry before I got out of the carwash. My doors didn't even freeze the next day when it was parked outside all night.

DAMAGE to my vehicle. The lack of accountability from this company is unbelievable.Told me the same thing as the last few Damaged complaints I have seen that my brand new vehicle has/had a alignment issue or I must have turned my wheel intentionally. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND CREW CARWASH TO ANYONE. Save yourself the hassle and go any place else. I have been a member since they opened and am very disappointed on how they handled this situation that has left a hefty bill for anyone else but them to take care of. Again DO Not Use this place. If you do have a problem the will say anything to get you to take care of it yourself.

My car hasn’t been this clean since before I moved to Minnesota in January. Finding a good car wash with vacuums (that work) has been a bit tricky. The vacuums and detailing air tool are so helpful, and my car looks great! Highly recommend!

Employees were too busy digging thru the contents of the vacuum canisters to even take notice that I was there for 15 minutes. it was only 3 in the afternoon,. do these guys go empty the vacuum canisters after every single person that uses the vacuum to vacuum out their car looking for 35 cents? I pay quite a bit more money for my wash, just to be ignored for an employee digging thru vacuum dust looking for a couple dimes and nickels. this is not the first time this has happened. They get paid by the hour to ignore customers completely and dig thru dust and dirt from vacuums to find pens, Lego Men, Skittles, cheerios,cdonslds fries and some spare change? if you are that hard up for change and not willing to be attentive to customers, quit your job, get a cardboard sign and stand in the middle of the road begging for it. you're getting paid to do a job, and you are not doing it . extremely irritated to have had this happen multiple times. Will not go back. the other car wash up. Robert street is far. more. professional and their employees don't make the customers wait on them while they dig for treasures of dog hair and dirt.

Whenever I come to crew car wash I am so excited to see my favorite employee Nando. He is always so jolly and never fails to put a smile on my face. He deserves a promotion or at minimum a raise. 10/10 experience all the other employees are amazing as well.

I'm new to the area and needed to get my car washed in Nov. The guy working told me about a deal for new members, so I figured I'd check it out. This location is further from my house, but close to the grocery stores I use, so I figured it was worth a trial for the deal, and when it was over I could try a different place. Fast forward to Jan, unrelated to the car wash, I needed to get a new windshield, and the people who replaced it, kept the sticker, but moved to a different location on the car so the scanner wouldn't work. I figured I could see what could be done, and worse case scenario I'd cut my losses and check out a different car wash closer to my house. I swung in to check, and the service Nando provided - confirming it was ok, telling me he could fix it, and then going above/beyond to fix it (removing the misplaced sticker with a tool, cleaning the window - and getting more cleaner when the bittle he has froze! -, and getting a new sticker that was valid) all while it was literally freezing outside, and he was so kind, helpful and had a great attitude, is enough for me to keep the membership. Excellent customer service is not something I take for granted. Thank you, Nando, for all of your assistance, and I hope the company thanks you for retaining a customer!

I recently decided to switch from Mister Car Wash to Crew Car Wash and I’m so happy that I did. Crew car wash has a nice set up at each post car wash station, that has vacuums and air vacuums on each side, for your convenience , and two different kinds of garbage receptacles, plus a car floor mat cleaner station where you can clip your car mats at an angle to vacuum them and even wash them if you so choose. Crew Car Wash also have free wipes for the interior/exterior for your car that you can grab before you enter the car wash . Mister Car Wash doesn’t offer free wipes. (You have to pay for their terry cloth towels.) It’s just a smoother customer experience at Crew Car Wash… a 10/10 for me. Highly recommended!!

LOVED my experience here. Lots of good options for washes plus vacuums at the end. If you aren’t satisfied with the wash you can go through again for free. They have little bags for trash and wipes for your car. The crew did not pressure me to upgrade my wash. They gave stickers to my daughter and drew a little picture on her window. Love a place that cares so much!! Everyone was nice and smiling and the line went very quick!
