Few things here. Some of this goes for all Mister Car washes. Some for just for this location. I drive for Uber and own a Transport Company locally. I used them for convenience having multiple locations, I've found this: All locations 1. You're taking a gamble if the vacuums even work or not. Gotta pull to multiple spots to get one that works. 2. Once you get one they may not work very well. 3. The price is outrageous for a monthly comparatively to other car washes in the area. They don't provide towels for windows or air freshener like other places. This location specifically 1. Their customer service lacks, not very nice, everyone here seems like they don't want to be here. 2. Sometimes the car wash doesn't get your car clean first run through, and my car isnt even very dirty. 3. They WILL NOT let you use vacuums outside of hours, even if they are on and you are a monthly member. Most other places let you use the vaccums if they are on, just can't use the wash bay. All in all, my review of 1 star, would be lower if I could make it. I've been to car washes from North Carolina to Florida, Arizona back to here, and this one is absolutely the worst. The least amount of services, for the most price. Will not be coming back here. I'll go to a coin operated wash before coming back.

Excellent! The gentleman who I got to meet was very helpful and told me that if I get a monthly membership I could go through the wash more than once. My truck was very dirty especially with bugs because I just drove from Phoenix Arizona and arrived here today!

The pressure of the water is pitifully low as well as the suction of the vacuums! The vacuum didn't even get the dirt particles from my floor mats. 👎🏾Apparently the new ownership doesn't value quality service!

I was in my work truck and it needed washing. This was the nearest car wash so I gave it a chance. I’m not in the area very often so I opted out of the subscription. If I lived in the area, I would likely opt for the unlimited wash subscription. The wash accomplished my needs and the attendant was very polite.

I love this location! The facilities are always clean and the staff are super friendly! Anytime I have ever had any issue (or high is pretty rare) they have been very helpful and went above and beyond. And the location is convenient!

Regular customer. Great wash and friendly service. Recently, the staff found my wallet after it had fallen out of my car. An hour later, I returned. All of my cash and cards were in it. The owners hire younger workers, which is great because it gives them experience, but no matter the age, they are clearly doing a good job hiring character.

5 stars on the wash. Air freshener must have been out or not working, has been out for last 5 car washes. Associates are parked in 5 bays of covered area where to detail vehicles putting customers out in the sun to detail their vehicles. I feel like this needs to be addressed. Did not take pictures but will in future if needed. This is a very good location for me and provides great service

Our business has been using Mister Carwash for years now and we are finally fed up! Not only are the machines constantly broken, but the vacuums are often clogged and do not suction. This last incident has taken the cake. After a routine carwash in my 6 month old F-250, I noticed that the black plastic area of my front grill looked as though it had been sprayed with bleached. We were informed that it was a new cinnamon scented soap, and they immediately stopped usage because of problems with other vehicles this same day. This happened to both of our new company trucks, back to back, the same day. We got estimates to replace the grills. It ended up being over $1,000 in damages. Mister Carwash took pictures, started a claim, and assured us they would replace the grills. Six months, a million promises and run-arounds later, nothing has been done. So, WE...ARE....DONE and have moved on to another more professional carwash. USERS BEWARE!

First off, I visit every location several times a day, 7 days a week and have had the membership for a few years because I genuinely loved the service. Yesterday 7/9/25 I went through the car wash like normal. As soon as I pulled out of the car wash it started down pouring rain. My tire light came on when I turned north on 51. Within seconds my front driver side tire was completely flat. The day before I had my tires rotated and checked out (no issues). I was able to get help from friends to put my spare tire on and take the flat to the tire shop. The tire shop showed me and told me, while being recorded, that the tire shine machine is what destroyed my tire and I need brand new tire because of it. I texted the manager of the Ridgeland location Markcus Lewis to tell him what the tire shop had said. When going back home I stopped at the location to show the manager Markcus the video from the tire shop and my tire, he cussed me out, when I got in my car and tried to close my door, he held it open and then tried to stop me from leaving the parking lot. After that I have countless missed calls, messages, etc. BUT I finally answered the phone once, I videoed the call while it was on speaker, he cussed me out, told me he ain’t fixing no tire, etc….. I told him if he talks and treats other customers like this, he should NOT have a job. ANYWHERE else in the world would not tolerate this behavior. I have every text, every missed call, private message and phone call recorded.. You CANNOT treat customers that help pay your salary this way and expect to have a salary. If this manager is not let go, just think about how many other customers have been a victim to this behavior but kept quiet?? Bad employees ruin good business….. @mister car wash I’ve spoke with four representatives now, with none calling me back!! I was told told that the initial complaint was actually sent straight to Markcus🤯I screen shots of your reply but now your reply is gone. Is this how someone is treated that is scared to even pull up to one of your car washes???? Your machine ruined my tire. Your employee harassed me on your property and by text, phone calls and private messages… Not only does your employee need to be held accountable and without a job but do fires corporate for letting this fall through the cracks. This is NOT good business, period

I had to go drive back around and actually ask the employee if this was normal for their car wash where it to be so dirty still and she said well yeah you did get the basic. They were packages for a reason. The vacuums are so subpar you actually end up using it more as a hammer than an actual vacuum.

Quick trip to the car wash to clean up mom's vehicle. Much quicker than washing myself. Many options for wash preferences. Also options for monthly wash packages. Plenty of stations to dry vehicles after the wash. Mister Car Wash also sell towels for $1 if you want one or happen to leave yours at home. Of course with the purchase of a wash you can use the vaccums free of charge. They have multiple areas where you can vaccum. Each area has multiple trash cans and multiple vaccums on each side so you don't have to share with the spot next to you. Great to be able to move freely and helps to complete your interior clean quicker.

This is the only car wash I have come to for years any time I have visited Ridgeland, Ms. I have always had minor scratches from the car wash, but today I noticed there were bigger NOTICEABLE scratches on the top of my car that were not there before. I spoke with manager John Ramey and there was also another manager present and he continuously argued with me about the scratches not being caused by the car wash. The scratches were not there prior to me going through that car wash. I was accused of lying in other words and I was also told to agree to disagree. Very unprofessional and honestly my was doesn’t even look washed. I was to frustrated to mention that because of the big scratches on the roof of my car. I will not be returning to that facility anymore. UPDATE: called the customer service line, no one ever picked up. Again NO HELP && UNPROFESSIONAL. I don’t understand the point of the response.

Been a loyal customer for many years with 15 fleet vehicles and 3 personal. All vehicles having the monthly subscription. All subscriptions were canceled today because of damage caused and employee telling me it wasn’t his problem. Customer service goes a long way. It’s not his problem that his company will be missing out on $4320 in revenue all because of a simple damage that could have been handled differently.
