Wash because the staff were always friendly and respectful. The people who worked here before made this place my favorite car wash, and the service was consistently good. Unfortunately, my recent experience was very disappointing. There is a new male employee who works the evening shift, and his behavior was rude and unprofessional. He was mean in the way he spoke and did not treat customers nicely at all, which really took away from the experience. I hope management looks into this, because this car wash has always had great people, and it would be a shame to lose loyal customers because of one employee.

I went back today and the customer service was impeccable. The manager there is always so upbeat and friendly. I explained to him the concern I had with the previous employee and maybe he was not having a good day. With all that's going on in the world, we can't be jovial every day. I really appreciate his candor every time I see him.

Months ago they started charging my credit card monthly for a membership I did not apply for. After bringing it to their attention the manager gave me 7 free washes on a window sticker. When I tried to use the first one it would not work and I was told my personal information (phone number and Town) were not what my info in the computer showed They gave me the one free wash and said that’s all. Nice employee at site but still took money from me I did not apply for.

Twice in the past month, I’ve went and the employee wouldn’t allow me to purchase any of the basic car washes. The first time was on a Sunday and the gentleman said “all the other car washes are closed on Sunday we charge more today”. Today they just flat out said oh we don’t sell those anymore only the premium washes. I don’t have a problem with their service or the quality of the car wash. In fact I have a monthly membership for one vehicle. But it is frustrating because the basic washes are still available on the checkout screen it’s just the employees stop you before you can get them purchased. Hard to justify a $20 car wash for my teenagers beater. I might just take my whole business and go to one of the other washes in town that isn’t pulling tricks like this.

The manager needs a 10 star rating . He’s always welcoming, and makes us feel more like a friend than just a customer. We won’t go anywhere else for our car washing needs. The staff is always hardworking. We drive from Clinton to ridgeland because you can’t beat the service!!

I use the Take 5 in Ridgeland, MS and it is the best and has a perfect location to swing in quickly. I highly recommend the all access pass, being able to get a car wash whenever I desire and not paying each time is so nice. The people who work there are all extremely friendly I highly recommend this place. They also have the best complimentary Air Fresheners on the market!

Car wash doesn’t work, your car will be left soapy, you will be blamed for not hearing them say the vacuums and car wash are both broken. To top it off, “Keisha” will swear at you!

This is my second week coming to the car wash in Ridgeland, Mississippi, off Highway 51. All of the other locations have been closed, and this is the only one still open. However, despite paying for a monthly subscription, the vacuums here have not worked for two weeks. Besides all of this they have a young lady here alone trying to mesh the windows, guide cars in properly, and assist with people having issues at the machine! I am paying for a service that I am not receiving, and that is unacceptable. If the vacuums are going to remain out of order, then I expect a credit or refund for the time they have been unavailable. I pay faithfully every month and should receive the full service I’m being charged for. Please address this issue immediately.

Car Wash USA is hands down the worst car wash I’ve ever been to. After spending $20 for the regular wash that includes a wax, my car came out filthy. The car was still covered in bugs and dust, this is after the pre scrubbing by the attendants. When I was vacuuming the inside of the car, one of the attendants came over and asked if my car had been washed. He proceeded to go to the manager and ask if I could go back through the wash. They said I’d have to come back in the morning to speak with the manager to get that approved. After about 20 minutes of vacuuming, the attendant then offered to run my vehicle through the wash again for an upgraded service of $25 if I wanted to Venmo him and the car wash a $1. I wouldn’t waist your time with this location. You’re better off spraying your car down with a garden hose.r

If I could rate this place zero stars, I would. I came here to vacuum and wash my car, but once I made it to the vacuum area, I noticed none of the vacuums were working. Nobody came to help or address the issue. There were four employees just sitting around, relaxing, and getting paid to do nothing. I went to a lady who was sitting in her car on her phone, assuming she was still on the clock, to let her know the vacuum cleaner wasn’t working. She looked like she didn’t care, so she went to get another worker. That male worker told me, “I only work here part-time, ma’am, so I don’t know. Let me get my manager.” He didn’t seem to care either. When the manager finally came, she told me the vacuums weren’t working and that I was paying for the car wash, not the vacuum. That response was extremely rude. I paid $22 without knowing, I wouldn’t be able to vacuum my car afterward. Why not put up a sign or let customers know beforehand? The service was terrible—probably the worst I’ve ever experienced. They turn off the vacuums so paying customers can’t use them, just so the employees don’t have to move and can sit on their phones all day. I never even asked for a refund, but they never offered me one either. The manager gave me a phone number to call, but no one ever answered when I called. I feel like I was ripped off and treated very poorly

It's a bright, clear, sunny day after the rain has cleared up, and the gentleman refused to turn the vacuums on. There are no visible signs of rainwater on the ground. I asked for the manager, and he said with assurance that he would do the same. I don't like this at all. I have dogs, and I vacuum my vehicle several times a week.

The manager was super nice and helpful! I had just come from TN in all the ice and snow, so my car was dirty and covered in salt from the road treatments. I needed to run it through the carwash twice to get everything off, but it looked great afterwards.
